      Everything was a lie in the beginning the products quality was horrible broken and missing items. Than as the new store manager came in Creg it started going south even further the harassing calls and voicemails back to back, and him telling me I have to pay for something that was already used and I no longer want than he threatened me to reconsider, my options on sending it back and trying to force me to pay. They are unprofessional and ignorant, I would not waste my time money or effort here ever again and I will not be forced to pay for anything.

      I mean they was nice when I went in I just had moved and needed a washer and drier now mind you im a few days late with payment. That is because when they came to install it they broke a pipe. Water was every where and no nobody helped clean it up. Yes the original hoes was stuck in there because of the paint, he used strength to pry it off which busted a pipe in my wall. Now me I would of left it alone and let told the customer have your maintenance do this since they are the once that painted it and got it stuck. Remember I just moved here so water every where which resulted in mildew that I had to pay for someone to come clean it ********************************************************************************************************** didn't get it,instead I got a few days to pay it but the payment was even higher. I be at work and the every hr calling, if I didn't forget to out my phone on silent I would get fired. Also whats the point of showing up within a few days like I can see maybe some weeks. The fact I had to pay to clean my carpet new carpet and need to do it again cause the first cleaning didn't get it good enough.. I tried paying told me it was the wrong card when I have the card I use the receipt stored so I can see its the right card. I really need this washer but ******, and also they should have a email or text system everybody can't answer at work. I'm not giving my card info over the phone to make payments either and nothing on my paper work has the customer number the agreement number that's it. So I can't even set the account online.

      The representative *****, is so unprofessional, this guy has threatened me to file charges on me, and also had the audacity to try and chastise me concerning my finances. He is very rude. He has tried to take money from my account repeatedly to where my bank froze my account and one I told my bank that the payment was not fraudulent they still wouldn't unfreeze my account until I come in the bank with my ID to prove that it is my account. I tired to explain that to Mr. ***** and that's were the threats came in. Stating that he would file charges on me. I then told him if that's what he needing to do and if that's how you handle your customers like criminals that's not a good look.

      We've asked repeatedly for our products that were damaged by them moving them in to repair the products they refuse to do so and then I also gave personal information to a 17 year old boy who is no member of my family just a neighbor trying to not mind his own business and I am currently seeking for this to be resolved and the manager's name is *****

      Yes this is buddy's home furniture **** ******** ************ *** on ******** name is **** he said he's store manager he's very rude I called and asked for corporate number he wouldn't give it to me keep calling me everyday I make my payments they're stealing n money I write down now my balance couple of months ago turn around **** had different balance people being scam ************* need to check this out because this is not fair to people people don't have money to throw away and they constantly keep calling **** is very rude and unprofessional and nasty I asked for the corporate number and he told me he couldn't give it out who says anything like that very unprofessional I should be able to speak with anyone concerning him

      Buddy's Home Furnishings has a lot of problems with its website ....1st, the items on the website.... are national items...The local store in Lacey did not have the items we were interested in....Consequently, we had to settle on another brand of washing machine....On the website ...It gives rental prices, weekly...When we got to the store ......we found out....that we could not rent for a week or two ....we had to rent for a minimum of one month....So the next customer...All I can say is Buyer Beware!!!!

      Would give 0 stars if I could. Buddys on Midland in FortSmith is rude and very unprofessional. My fridge quit for the 2nd time called and they tried diagnosing on phone. Then told before they came to call Tim said he would call before coming. Showed up unannounced and now we stay without a fridge for 6 days. My food is ruined and they care not. I do NOT recommend buddys for anything. Will be sending everything back as of Monday.

      Marrero, Louisiana store is completely unprofessional, lies and doesn’t value customers at all! There is a lady in there, that lies about EVERYTHING, doesn’t remember her lies, wouldn’t take the time out to call a customer if they can’t do something that they promised. Just no professionalism at all! I use to love this store but since unprofessional is the direction this store is going I’ll pass. I’ll pass and I recommend you do the same!

      I do not recommend buddys. My payment has went up for no reason and they tried saying insurance but in the agreement, they highlighted the insurance and my payment is only supposed to be $34.09. They raised it $23. Not only that they told me the couch is new and it was not. Why is there holes in the couch if its new? And *** never had to deal with roaches until I got this furniture. Now we had to pay $300 to get our house sprayed. At this point they are not getting another dime from me or my husband. They can come get the furniture.
