      Negative stars. I tried to order something 2 months ago and had to call them back to remind them to order it. Once it came in they tried to rush me and I was out of town. When I tried to confirm the delivery date they got an attitude and then refused me.

      Do not shop at Buddy's Home Furnishings!! I recently purchased a washer dryer,king size mattress and pedistal. The weekly payment was quoted at ***** a week plus tax due on Saturdays. On Friday they tried to take ***** out of my account. I just purchased this and it was the first week. I was then contacted by the "credit manager" on Friday, wanting my payment of *****. Naturally I was highly angry because it was not the price I was told I would pay and it was Friday, not Saturday when it was due. I told them I absolutely was not paying that amount for the merchandise when I was originally quoted ***** a week. I told them to come get the washer dryer and was told the mattress alone was now ***** plus tax. Now with they're calculated tax my weekly payment is ***** at 7% sales tax..it does not add up. They are dishonest and scammers. Do you're self a favor..Do not deal with Buddy's. Call the competitions they're sales tax is the true amount and you do not get harassed a day earlier and to close, I had made my payment on Friday for the matteress and I'm still getting delinquent texts for the payment I already made!!!

      Used this company, their location *********, ** and paid off a deep freezer with them in 2021. Had no issues with management at the time. Then they changed management in 2022 and I started being hassled. I used to be able to pay extra on my account every week, they denied me from doing so. Then when I became briefly unemployed due to being laid off, I informed them of my employment status and that I will will continue to make payments, even if I have to pay a few late fees here and there. They were so nasty and mean. They would continually call and text, even after having spoken to me one or 2 days prior about when I would be in exactly to make a payment. They wouldn't take notes and every person I spoke to had to be given a full break down of my account every single time. It was crazy!! I asked why no one is documenting the calls and conversations and when I stated I would be in or when I couldn't make it in and they would gloss over it or not respond at all. And the kicker is that they had even started charging my card or attempting to without my permission as well. They double charged me at one point before and I stated to them to not keep any of my cards on file anymore and I would just pay in cash. But this final manager and his staff lied and kept 2 of my cards on file and tried to charge me without my permission and I had to cancel one of my cards. I was not on autopay at all ever with Buddy's. I would suggest never doing business with them especially the location in *********, **.

      Horrible business practice !!!! I have been out of town for a family emergency and missed a few calls about my payment ( I am 3 days behind YES 3 DAYS) someone texts me about my lease is expired followed by a text of a screenshot of the Ga law about theft by conversion. I responded by asking ummm really for being 3 days late you can come get this bed. I asked is this the manager or the owner he said this is Valdimir the owner and it’s because you didn’t respond to me. I said come get the bed tomorrow. He said I don’t have a driver tomorrow I will be there Thursday I said no come get it tomorrow or wait until my next day off he said I can only come after 7 when I close I said ok fine just come get it. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE USE BUDDYS HOME FURNISHING IN STOCKBRIDGE GA. I have never been treated this way as a customer. Hope you sit on this bed for many years to come Valdimir I WOULD RATHER EAT A BOWL OF WATER WITH A FORK THAN TO EVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! Shane on you

      Had a terrible experience with this company and absolutely would not recommend anyone to purchase from them . I applied for a dining room table and after doing all paperwork and making my first payment I was denied, norther won't even give me my refund I I live on disability and have limited income and the manager was told this this is a horribly run business

      I was told a couch was used and would be $500 by ******** and there was 6 months to pay that price after that there was interest. Ive made I believe 3 weekly payments and I asked today how much is it to purchase the couch, they replied with $601.80 I asked how is this even possible? They then continue with a string of emails gaslighting me with " U want to payout or regular payment?" , yes they spelled " you " as " u ". I then told them to please arrange to pick up the couch and that I want nothing to do with their business model. They responded with " can u please call the store to arrange a pickup". There was more communication but it was like texting a 16 year old. I also got a " new" lap top from them and they play the same game. They also will run your credit card for whatever amount they want. Which I di not think is legal.The icing on the cake was when they delivered the couch the girl who works the desk was one of the delivery persons. And actually the guy who was with her did go above and beyond because they couldn't get the couch in he had to take the front door off. That didn't work. I live in condos and we had to walk it around the building and through the neighbors back yerd , and he took off another door to get it in.But she was not strong enough and I felt bad , even though I just came off a 12 hour shift at the hospital I was all the sudden responsible for carrying the couch.I work for the prison system and we are not allowed to use or phones, and they would also text me numerous times. I wish I could attach a picture, I was texted and called 22 times in 1 week.If someone tells you it's $500, that is a verbal agreement. I do accept fault for signing their ridiculous contracts because they slide in a group membership fee I was never even told about.I am starting my career over and I knew this place was ghetto but I had no idea it would be this bad.

      ******** experience the district manager talked to me like I was a piece of trash in front of his employees he was rude and I felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable he is arrogant and talks to people horrible and its sad I cant believe he is the district manager and this is the type of behavior buddys allows I tried to contact corporate but all you get is a voicemail

      My wife and I got a couch from buddys a couple months back. The couch was broken to begin with. We have tried to return the product and they refused to take it back. Now we're left Making payments on a broken couch . Also when I have called to make a payment with a card they ask do you want this card on file . I tell them no and they still run the card. They told me we can't keep the card and run it if you say no and yet they are. The store manager also acts very shady when it comes to asking him questions about how much we still owe . First he says $1200 and a month later it's more when we are making payments. He is very rude and I don't trust him . They have even charged my card double a few times . Very unprofessional and very rude.
