      I called our local store in Adel Georgia last week to come and pick up furniture that we no longer would need so they tried not to but they finally sent someone now they don't want to take it back and he's talking about wanting to garnish wages I have filed bankruptcy and we are in current bankruptcy I need to know where and who to speak to to send these bankruptcy documents to because they cannot garnish my wages. I don't even work

      I Have To Brag A Little Bc **** From The ********* Store Went Above *** Beyond For My Delivery! I Live On A Steep Hill *** He Could Not Get The Company Truck To Come Up Without Getting Stuck. He Parked At The Bottom Of The Hill *** Brought My Washer All The Way Up The Steep Hill **** The House Without A Complaint. He Was Happy To Do It But I Felt Really Bad He Had To Do It Plus It Was 80 Degrees Outside. He Kept A Smile *** Was Very Nice. This Guy Was Awesome!!! Youll Give Him A Raise He Deserves It. Excellent *******************

      *********** , ** location Refused to service my couch Im renting which was out together incorrectly by their delivery men. This company only cares about money And has very poor customer service. Not to mention the harassment on the day a payment is due. Phone calls, texts and emails every 1-2 hours. Will lie to you with 100%. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

      The Buddy's in Clute Texas is a full blown scam! The store manager is harassing my mom saying that she is 28 days past due when in fact she is fully caught up with ONE more payment left! One day he say she own 675, then its 666 and then is 660. He telling her that at this point she needs to give him 500 dollars in CASH only and then he can just write it off and if she dont the they're going to pick up her couches. Keep in mind she only owe one more payment of 350. This man has been scamming people at this store for years and they owners continue to allow him to do it. There is no number for the owners and he wont give it to you when asked! Something has to give asap

      I received a letter from Buddy's Home Furnishings of the notice of right to cure default. The letter said I had until 04/20/2023 to pay 136.15 to renew my rental agreement. On 04/20/2023 I called the Whitehorse RD store to pay the 136.15 and I was told that they would not accept my payment and that they were filing court papers to reposes the rented items. I think they should honor their written word to renew the rental agreement as stated in the letter sent to me. The rented items is almost paid off and I feel as if they are trying to cheat me out of the money I have already paid for the merchandise.

      I sent back an item I rented and they took the money out of my account and have yet to refund my money and its been almost a month. Every time I call I get an excuse and its getting ridiculous.
