      I have paid out three accounts with buddy's in Raleigh nc and almost another until one of their employees messed up people accounts and mines was one of them and now they expect me to pay for this person mistakes after I had gave well over 1000.00 dollars to this person for what I got and made my payment even when the employee went in my checking account and took money claiming to be for my rental payment and it wasn't. So now they are threatening to take me to court for it .well I hope they do so I can tell my side. I will never ever get anything else from that store in Raleigh off Rock quary rd

      tHE STORE IN cRYSTAL CITY MISSOURI IS VERY POOR THE MANAGER LIES, STEALS MONEY AFTER ITEMS RETURNED BEFORE THE DUE DATE THEY DO NOT HOLD TO THEIR WARRENTY ON ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. iSS UE WITH THE COMPUTER THAT WAS CONTRACTED THEY BOUGHT OUT A MASSIVE POWER SUPPLY UPON PLUGGING IT IN IT CAUGHT FIRE THEY LIED AND SAID THAT THERE WERE BUGS IN IT BUT IT WAS USED BEFORE US AND I HAD AN EXTERMANTOR COME OUT OT PROVE THERE WERE NO BUGS IN MY HOUSE. THE SECOND ITEM WAS THE OCULAS AND IT WAS USED THE REMOTE QUITE WORKING I SENT IT BACK BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT FIX IT THEN THEY STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. THE MANAGER TRACY HAS LIED EVERYTIME I HAVE TALKED TO HER AND A DIFFERENT STORY WAS TOLD EACH TIME. THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO LOSE HER JOB AND FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WHEN THEY HAD THE MERCHANDISE. I TRIED TO TALK TO HER AND SHE JUST KEPT SCREAMING AT ME LIKE A TODDLER. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE,

      Where do I start with this company. For starters who owns this piece of worthless establishment. Secondly, if you go into the store located in ********, ** and is greeted by ****** you better run and run fast. ****** will lie to you with 0% of integrity. He will take your down payment and try to give you used, non working items/merchandise. He will also give you the lie that he has to go pick up your items and trust me you will never receive them. When I say run and run fast. ****** has lack of knowledge, he surely has a personal issue to want to deal with the public and feed us lies thats a mental issue that he really need to rectify with the help of professionals. Please listen to me dont waste your time.*** was very kind and understanding and gave me a refund immediately. That guy doesnt belong with that trashy company.

      This company took $500.28 from mine and my moms back account without our consent. My mom agreed to $36.28 not $536.28.My daughter rented a speaker and dryer from Buddy's on June 2, 2022.She called Buddy's on July 22, 2022 about a dryer that was supposed to have been ordered. Buddy's had given her a loaner until they ordered the one she wanted. They were to order her a different dryer that should have been received in 6-8 weeks and it was never ordered and she never received the dryer that was agreed upon. She told them to come and get the dryer and that she wasn't going to pay for a dryer she didn't want. She continued to make payments until August 26, 2022. She made numerous calls to them to pick the items up but **** continued to call her and my mom and harassed them instead of picking up the items. She called them on July 22, August 23, September 12, December 1, December 31 to pick the items up. Items were finally picked up on January 13, 2023, after they stole $500.28 from our account. Will from Buddy's Appliance continually called my mom screaming at her and demanding money from her and threatening to have her granddaughter arrested if she didn't pay him money. My mom was worried and trying to help her granddaughter out because she had been out of work due to having neck surgery and agreed to pay him $36.28 NOT $536.28 to keep this man from having my daughter arrested. My mom has an inoperable brain tumor that has left her just about blind and has lost most of her hearing. This man took advantage of a sick elderly person by bullying her into giving him money. These items were NOT my moms and were NOT in her procession and she wasn't the person who rented them. I have had to block Buddy's and ****'s phone number for my mom because they continue calling her since the items have been picked up demanding money. My mom is on a fixed income and wouldn't have agreed to this much money. These people take advantage of the sick and elderly and bully them.

      If I could give 0 stars I would! They constantly take unauthorized payments from my bank account. We discuss one amount and then they take a completely different amount which is over the amount discussed. I have never seen a billing statement from these people but they just deduct and deduct. Its annoying.

      They have been harassing my daughter for over a year told her to file police report she did they went to pick up items from her x told him they where damaged and left them instead taking mind you she told them she didn't work and she has never made a payment but they continue to harass her John is rude and needs to be fired

      They were supposed to set us up with monthly payments. Then took it upon themselves to set us up with ***** patients instead. Now they call every week. Even before payment is for and try to get us to pay early! They are a horrible business! Its like a loan shark runs it!
