      I receive multiple calls every day from ASC,LLC using different numbers. Nobody answers and automated message says press 2 to be removed from call list.

      This company ACS LLC calls my phone atleast 10 times a day. Have asked them to remove me from this list. They just keep CALLING! HELP me to stop this harassment!

      I receive at least 3 calls a day every weekday for months. I work nights so I get women up every time because I have to leave my ringer on in case of an emergency work. I have asked them to please stop calling, and they agree to stop. An hour later they call back. This harassment is ruining my life and affecting my health and sanity. I would very much like some help with this issue.

      I received an email from the above mentioned company stating that this is a final attempt to collect a debt and that I would need to settle this debt by end of day today. the email also stated that they would be contacting my employer and that my wages and salary would be effected. I have never received any doumneted proof of who this email is coming from and where this debt was supposedly accured.

      ASC, LLC has called me ~3 times daily every day December 2022. I've answered and requested to be put on "Do Not Call List" but they will call from different numbers each time. I've reported as spam with my network as well. They are clever and continuously spam call from different numbers daily and there isn't a person on the line when you pick up either.

      I received the following email: "CASE NO: SJ840216 Total Outstanding: $1286.00 Settlement for Today: $680.00 Date: February, 27th 2023 Respective Debtor,Despite our previous reminder, we still have not received any payment or answer from you. Therefore, we regret to inform you that if we do not obtain the payment of $1286.00 in full before today we will have no other alternatives but to undertake court actions against you in order to retrieve the debt amount for our company.As we were unable to reach you so we are sending you this final notification through email. This legal matter will require your cooperation, so kindly get in touch with the department to make a payment and freeze down this case.Should your payment not be received in full today, immediate court actions will take place.Consider this as a final warning. And we will be Emailing/ Faxing this issue to your current employer to make sure they take strict actions against you. Your salary and all your wages are confiscated.And we apologize that this notification will also be sent to your current employer. The opportunity to take care of this voluntarily is quickly coming to an end. We would hate for you to lose the option of resolving this before it goes to the next step which is a Lawsuit against you, but to do so you must take immediate action.We would advise to treat this matter with urgency and we believe you will not ignore this final reminder.       I have over 60 calls form a firm calling themselves ASC since early December 2023 - almost daily lately. I've asked them repeatedly to remove me from their list. They ask for mileage on my truck, confirm my zip code then pass me to a salesperson. I say I'm not interested and please do not call me again. They immediately hang up.Sometimes when I answer, they hang up when they hear my voice.

      I am constantly being called by this company and when I answer they either hang up or leave a pre-recoded message.
