      They won't stop calling me about a car that I have never had. I dont owe any debts! They call repeatedly starting at 8am central time. I blick number but same company calls from other numbers. Please stop them

      I have received numerous calls from this company throughout the day in spite of blocking the number All to no avail because they change numbers and area where the call is coming from. I have also asked to be taken of their contact list twice. I would like the calls to cease.

      Received an unsolicited email stating the following (my email is incorrectly addressed too):***********************,This Legal Proceedings issued on your Docket #: **** with one of ACS **** SERVICES. Company in order to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone number we were not able to get hold of you. So the accounts ********** of **** Advance has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against you.Case File # : ********** Balance Due : $850.86 Email Address- *********************** Address- ************************************************************** Phone Number- ********** Already we have sent you several notifications but you failed to respond on time. Now it's high time, if you failed to respond in the next ************************************** court. Consider this as a final warning and we will be Emailing/Fax this issue to your current employer to make sure they take strict action against you. Your salary and all your wages are confiscated.The opportunity to take care of this voluntary is quickly coming to an end. We would hate for you to lose the option of resolving this before it goes to the next step which is a Lawsuit against you. If you want to stop it now you must take immediate action.We will be forced to proceed legally against you and once it is proceed the creditor has entire rights to inform your employer and your references regarding this issue and lawsuit will be the next step which will be amounting to $2473.90 and will be totally levied upon you and that would be excluding your attorney charges.-- I've never taken out an advance payday loan, but I am the victim of identity theft by such organizations.

      So many scam emails about me having to pay back a pay day loan I never got. Be careful yall

      I will like to press charges you guys are harassing me and i will do that today , my lawyer told me you guys have been doing scams and fraud you will be arrested and charged its multiple people you guys are trying to get

      This company sent me a threatening email saying they will garnish my wages to collect a debt but did not provide any meaningful information.I would like to know:- To whom I owe this debt.- How ACS *** got my contact information - The mailing address for ACS ***.- The full names and titles of ACS ***. owners and senior management.

      I have been getting continuous threating emails about wire transfer fraud with this company. I have asked several times for proof of legal documentations of this charge they keep threating me with being arrested many time. Never sent proof of any paperwork documentation regards to these threats of payment wanted. I have asked for any direct number to call and have **** Legal Aid to be my representation on the matter but never send this information just threats of warrant arrested.

      I received an email from this "business":This is to notify you and requires your immediate attention.We are going to file a lawsuit in the next 24 hours at *************** (***** *******************, ********, ** 10038).against your Name and SSN. After giving several notifications we did not receive any response from your side. We will consider that you are ignoring this matter and you want to dispute. We are in a process to inform the ****************************** & major Credit Bureaus as well.If we do not hear from you today, we will be compelled to seek legal representation in the Court House. We reserve the right to commence litigation for intent to commit wire fraud under the pretense of refusing to repay a debt committed to, by use of the Internet. In addition we reserve the right to seek recovery for the balance due, as well as legal fees and any court costs incurred.Note:If we don't get any response from your side, we shall have no alternative but to take action through the local County Courthouse to recover the amount due together with court costs and legal fees including all taxes which cost approximately $5825.35.Note: The Legal Charges Section 19(A), Clause 21(US) is against you and if you ignore this case then our legal department will take immediate action against you.If we receive the remaining payment from you thereafter we will provide you with a full and final receipt stating that your case file is closed permanently with remaining zero balance.       Has sent multiple emails harassing me claiming I owe them a debt that I have never heard of and claiming that if I do not pay, there will be a warrant for my arrest. I have contacted lawyers who have all stated this is a scam.
