On a daily basis I receive ***** calls from this company (they use numerous numbers). I have requested numerous times to be removed from their list and it does not help. I am on the National list to prevent unwanted calls but it does not help. This needs to stop .Initial Complaint

On my phone ************** I have received countless (over 10 phone calls a day) phone calls from DIFFERENT phone numbers labeled ASC, LLC. They asking about a car warranty. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the list. I believe that has prompted them to call even MORE! On 1/20/23 I received a phone call every 30 minutes starting at 8:48am. The Company, ASC, LLC contacts me about 6 times every day about a ********* The company uses different numbers for every cal, so blocking doesnt work. The calls started about two weeks ago. I explained that I do not have a ********* nor have I ever owned one. They must have the wrong number. I have also asked multiple times to remove my number from their list. I receive a call more than 10x a day from ASC,LLC asking about a car warranty from over 10 years ago. I have blocked every single number every time they call and they keep calling, I have asked them to not call me anymore, I have asked to speak to a manager, I have even said I was going to report to police for harassing me all day every day. I NEED THESE CALLS TO STOP. I have added the spam blocker but they continue to get through and I dont even own that car anymore!!! PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE!! I have been contacted by said company. Threats were made in the effect that I would receive jail time. Charges to include cheque fraud( their word). Theft by deception I asked several times for proof and what company. They refuse to provide any evidence. Also gave me a case number not to be found in any court case.
