Starting in the month of May. Savers Club LLC ($62.54), Doc Chat ************************************ LLC ($34.99) started withdrawing money from my checking account without my knowledge, permission and authorization. Thus far they have stolen a total of $157.43 from my checking account for the months of May and June. I called on July 2, 2024 and made them aware of their thievery and abuse of the elderly. They of course denied any wrongdoing however, I printed out the unauthorized checks and I stated I have evidence of your stealing. All of there so called "customer representatives" were rude and one even lied to me stating she would send me a gift card to use at ******* for taking my money, needless to say I never received this so-called gift card in my email. These companies are created to feed on abusing the elderly and disable. They are out to rob them blind if they are absent minded or just not paying attention to their bank accounts. I would like to get my money back because all I get is my retirement check to live off of and they have actually taken food out of my mouth by stealing my money. I hope the God above I pray to see the evil and wicked greed this company is doing and set them straight. I would also like the Better Business Bureau to please help me too.Business Response

A charge was posted to my joint checking account. The amount is *****. It was done by some kind of electronic check. I did not authorize this. I called the only number on website. A woman answered and all she did was try and sell me other products. I gave her all the information that was posted on this bogus check. She could barely speak English & could not spell. I asked for companies address & she gave me an office building that did not have ID Guard as its tenant. I called back and same woman said they will mail me a check in 3 to 5 weeks. I NEVER signed up for any ************** tried to make it my fault. I called again & another woman who sounded like the first. They also have an address on their website in *******. ID Guard LLC produced a check with my name, address, phone number and my personal checking account number, as well as the routing no. The ten business days to receive the refund check have passed, and I have NOT received the check from ID Guard. I contacted ID Guard with the phone number given in their 'Message From Business' response *************). After some confusing conversation with the representative, I asked to speak with their supervisor/manager. I began the conversation with ****, who then stated that there had been an electronic transfer refund to my account on June 27th instead.Today I verified with the ************ where my checking account is, that there had been NO electronic transfer of the $3.49 back to my account, as of today.ID Guard has not satisfied the response that was agreed open.Business Response

Apparently, ID Guard did not work hard enough (as in their message) or honest enough.At this point, if a check/s are to be sent, they must use check/s from an ID Guard account. On 6/17/2024 a company by the name of idguard llc. Made an unauthorized debit by check to my bank account. I have never heard of this company before and did not authorize any such debit. I dont know how they got my banking info. The check says my account number is *******. I want a refund and for them to not try this scam again. Erroneously signed up for this service, did not authorize this members/subscription. Bank account being deducted, fraudulently using "authorized" checks from my bank account. As with most of these complaints, this company seems to be preying on the elderly. While reviewing my 93 year old mother's bank account, I found 2 automatic, unauthorized withdrawals for ID Guard LLC, one for $3.49 which is listed as their 21 day trial rate, the second for $44.99. My mother has no idea what this is for, and did not authorize or knowingly sign up for a monthly service. The woman I spoke to in their "customer service" (****), refused any resolution, only that she would snail mail information to my mother, then I could follow up if further clarification needed. I will be submitting the cancellation on their website, and immediately contacting her bank to dispute these charges.Business Response

I noticed today that ID Guard debited my bank account in the amount of $3.49, while this is not a large amount of money, it was not authorized. I contacted the **************** for **********************. The representative could not give me a defined reason why this transaction happened. Instead she just kept giving me a sales pitch about the company and what services they provide. I am concerned how they even got my banking information. The representative could not tell me any information. I did not subscribe to anything from them. She told me she had no way of knowing why I was charged.
