My bank notified me of a suspicious transaction for a check in the odd amount of $3.49. After rejecting the transaction and flagging it as fraud, I saw a copy of this supposed check that I wrote in my bank account and then ******* the company name. Ironically, ID GUARD LLC is a fraud prevention companywho literally just attempted to scam and steal from me! Ive never heard of this company in my life nor have I ever done business with them. I am rejecting this response because:There was no supposed authorization on Friday 4/18. Just because you somehow scammed my phone number/address and created a fake check, doesnt mean I officially made any such purchases. I never delete my text messages, so just to entertain your bogus claim I checked and of course there was no text message sent or received on 4/18 authorizing ID GUARD to charge my account. I did not authorize any transaction with your phony business and it appears youre somehow scamming other unsuspecting people as well. Thankfully, I have a bank who monitors suspicious activity and alerts its customers, otherwise you might have gotten away with it. Go get a real job and stop ripping hard working people off!

ID Guard has accessed my banking information and charged me for services I did not authorize. When I called them to discuss after being charged ***** they continued to try to sell me the product. I called back and they cancelled it but only offered to refund 50% of a charge that was billed fraudulently. They refused to give me information about filing a refund request. The account number listed is the account number listed on the echeck that came out of my account. They gave me a cancellation # *****. My bank called to tell me that this company, who I have never heard of, called them to verify my bank account information. The bank did not verify my information and flagged it as fraud. However, ID Guard, LLC debited my checking acount for $3.49 on March 13, 2025. They tried to debit my account again on April 3, 2025 for $44.99. This company is a fraudulent company. This is regarding 4 transactions that happened in the last 2 months. The first being for 3.49 for id guard llc on 2/28/25. I called about this charge was told it would be canceled but wasn't.Then again for ***** from id guard on 3/19/25. I called once again to have this canceled and refunded on 3/25/25. I explained i never signed up for this and I do not want it. The guy then would not cancel it said I had ************ and *************** also. Which i also knew nothing about. I told him I wanted none of it and to cancel it all he refused, said he would send an email and If after that I decided I still didn't want them call back and he would cancel. I never received and email and when I tried to call back I got nothing. Now today 3/26/25 I have a transaction from *************** for ***** and from ************ for *****. These did not appear till I tried getting ahold of id guard llc over the first transaction as stated above. All i wanted was a simple refund now I am out about 120 plus bucks. On February 27, 2025 my mom (who is elderly) called into a number for the Price is Right. The number she was directed to is the ID Guard LLC, which is also known as ***************. They told my mom that she won a $150 ******* GC, all she had to pay was $3.95. My mom gave them her checking account information for them to charge this to her account. Yesterday, they charged her checking account for another $41.00 dollars for a monthly subscription that my mom didn't know she had. Upon calling both companies they will not reimburse my mom for the money they took. They took advantage of my mom!!
