      First you can't get equipment delivered, then you can't get it picked up, now I'm being double charged for everything, charged for stuff I never received, and stuff I sent back. I rescinded auto payments when I closed the account and sent everything back only to be automatically charged today for the total amount of a disputed bill I was told would change once insutance paid and all the returned stuff was inventoried. Another lie from this terrible company. I had to cancel my card and get a new one thanks to these crooks. I forsee a court case with them about their fraudulent charging practices.

      The worst customer service ever! The minute I picked up my machine, I was on my own. From that day forward it was nothing but a run around, and what I can only guess is complete insurance fraud! Supplies were coming to my house almost biweekly and never the correct supplies! I attempted to send them back and was told no, you own them now. I attempted to cancel the autoship of supplies that I never asked for and was told, nope! If you don't do autoship, you're not compliant. My machine is completely useless to me and I've tried getting assistance only to be hung up on after waiting on hold forever, or being transferred to someone who barely speaks English for them to hang up on me too! I've also tried going directly to the local office to get assistance only to be told they can't and won't help me and that I have to call "the number."

      worst company ever.I already cancel the service hey keep sending stuff .Keep charging my card . They told my balance paid it off keep getting bills I tried to call several times I waited 30 minutes on hold and then got disconnected

      If I ever need oxygen again, I hope to God there is another company. Lincare is horrible start to finish. Driver was being inconvenienced with my hospital discharge so my ride stayed to receive equipment and we delayed my discharge. Then cancelling service - wow, did he get nasty with me! And all the hoops they would make me jump through to get the service again.With no notice, they went to pick up equipment from my legal residence NOT the residence they brought it to. Driver said he'd pick up the following Wednesday from the residence with the equipment. No call. No show.A week later, I called. Driver will call tomorrow after their 10am meeting to pick up. IF NOT, we will deliver to THEM.I've never experienced such a horribly management medical company in my life. I cannot believe they aren't responsible for MORE deaths.Maybe AMAZON can step up with this service?

      How is this company still open? Ive only been with them for 2 months and have found multiple fraudulent transactions and insurance claims. They need shut down! They will bill your insurance for stuff you didnt get and charge your bank account for things you didnt receive. I still cant use my cpap!

      Ive spoken to this place 18 times in 3 months. They still haven't sent me the corrct mask but they billed my insurance for 3 masks. They don't care about people's health! The stress is worse than the stopping breathing in my sleep!

      I have been using their company for many years. This year when my physician sent my renewal order in they said it could not be filled. When I asked why I was told Inhad a bill for $1000. I told them I did not receive a bill from them. They proceeded to tell me the bill was from 2015, 10 years ago. I then called the billing office and asked why if I owed so much money from 10 years ago they kept filling my order. The response I have only been here 5 years. I asked them to take off the money because I never received a bill and was told no they is not their policy. That I would have to pay a 10 year old bill before they would send my supplies . This is the office in *********, **.

      Yo, Chad, at Lincare ********...why would you hang up twice on my insurance company who was just trying to help me decide if I wanted to use your ser ices or not? Well, guess what, Chad? You lose!!!!!!

      They could care less if you get oxygen or not. Some of the people that answer the phone have really nasty attitudes. They talk like we are bothering them by calling.

      Lincare out of Clearwater Florida is horrible to work with. We just received a bill for CPAP supplies thar was over a year old and they finally decided to send it to us last week. With forcing us to pay it in full or going to collections. They wouldn't accept any payments just pay in full. After telling them our situation all we got was a "we're sorry" but you still need to pay in full. What a crappie business. I didn't even want to give a star but I had to.
