I'd leave a zero but it has to be a 1 to leave comment. Lincares a joke. Money racket. They don't return calls, don't deliver oxygen bottles. I have to travel 50 miles to get my supplies. They lie, never get a straight answer. One day they may need oxygen. They will have to deal with what they've put on the patients. GOD sees and will take care of it. The Lincare on **************************** is one I have to deal with. Shame on you Lincare and ********.

This is the worst medical supply company on the planet!!! They will not return calls. I have been trying to get CPAP supplies from them for over 5 weeks! They will not return calls. My doctor has sent my prescription via fax at least 3 times already. Do not go with this company!...they are a complete waste of time. Next, I'm going to try to report them to the better business (BBB), and then some medical supply review board, if one exists!!!

I'd rate them a minus 5 if I could! Absolutely horrible service in *******, ** regarding cpap therapy. I'm 6 months in and have STILL not been measured for proper mask fit (wasn't even aware that masks come in different sizes until my recent overnight sleep study). The sleep tech looked at the masks that Lincare had given me to try and told me they are ALL the wrong size for my face/nose! No wonder I've had SO many problems, which I've complained about to Lincare to no avail. They've also refused to supply me with billing statements, so I can see exactly what they've been billing to my insurance. I called insurance and went over my EOBs with them, and sure enough, Lincare has billed LOTS of 'cpap supplies' that I never ordered or received...can you say, 'billing fraud'?!! Now, the local Lincare office won't answer my calls/emails/etc...imagine that! Due to the MANY problems with Lincare my insurance suggested switching to a different company, which I just did for cpap supplies. That company immediately set me up with a respiratory therapist (which Lincare never did) to help find the right mask and size for me, and I have a 2nd appointment to follow up in a couple of weeks. I'm stuck with Lincare for my machine, but once I'm due for another machine I can switch companies for it (thank goodness). I can't say enough BAD things about my experience with Lincare, and absolutely can't say a single good thing about them! I will avoid them like the plague from now on, and strongly suggest that everyone I know avoid them too. I have a friend who has had the same bad, bad, BAD experience with them, and she says the same thing...avoid Lincare at all costs!!!

They literally just stole money from my bank account for a bill that I told them my insurance would cover if they would actually bill both insurances. I'm so angry and trying to reach anyone in their billing department has been absolutely impossible for months. They said because I had a deductible at the beginning of the year they don't ************** which is BS because my ******** pays my deductible. They're just robbing people blind...

They're terrible I used oxygen for 12 days and charging me for a whole month. Impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Would never use them ever again. They get zero stars from me.

I returned all my cpap devices and material to lincare, however, they continue to bill me for it. I broke down and paid 100$ just for them to leave me alone. They are a terrible company and no one should use them. I can guarantee you that.

There truly aren’t adequate words to describe how unprofessional and irresponsible this company is. I’ve been managing my Coumadin therapy for over a decade without incident, and I’ve used the CoaguChek device through MDINR since 2020 to monitor my INR levels at home. I know my body, I know this medication, and I take my health seriously. Over the past two weeks, my device has reported dangerously high INR readings—results that were proven to be grossly inaccurate when verified by lab draws taken within an hour. Despite this clear discrepancy, the person who answered the phone dismissed my concerns, stating that because the lab draw wasn’t done within 15 minutes of the home test, there’s “nothing to be done.” That’s not just poor customer service—it’s medically irresponsible. Worse, no one I spoke to expressed any concern that a patient received two false high readings from a medical device used to monitor a life-critical medication. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told the best they could offer was for me to “call back and speak to someone else”—and then I was hung up on. Anyone who understands INR monitoring knows how critical accurate readings are when managing Coumadin. Wrong data can lead to serious consequences. MDINR/Lincare has shown a complete disregard for patient safety and treats their clients with shocking disrespect. This isn’t just frustrating—it’s dangerous.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. My insurance company has limited providers for **** and I went with Lincare because ************ was only 20 minutes away. Getting the machine was fine, the auto-shipping is a nightmare, and they send you more supplies than you can ever use. Their billing 'broke down' and didn't send out invoices for my first 2 months with them. I got a bill for 3 months' worth of supplies and a threatening 'past due' stamped on it. This is the first piece of mail I ever received from them. They tried hard to get me to do auto-pay with a credit card and thank goodness I didn't. The billing situations got worse each month with incorrect billing, not crediting payments, false past due amounts....and waiting hours on hold to try to resolve the issues. And don't even think to try their "portal" - it's a scam.....I left at least 4 emails and tried 'chatting' several times but never a response. The best I could do was wait for hours for someone to answer the phone and try to help me.Finally, after 5 months I returned the ****. I decided to just buy one and buy my supplies - it was cheaper and I didn't have to deal with Lincare. So after returning my equipment and canceling all supply orders in person at ************, the company continued to send me supplies. Twice I called, had them look up my history, they sent a *** to pick up the supplies.....and took at least 40 days to credit me, but continued to sent past due ********** total, they sent me 4 shipments that were never authorized and sent after I canceled my service with them. I have called at least 6 times and have spent over 6 hours trying to get them to resolve ********** I just filled a complaint with the ****************************. They are shameful and are trying to scam patients and insurance companies out of money. Look them up online, "Lincare lawsuits" - this is their business practice, of being scammers. They need to get shut down.

This company is disorganized, utilizes poorly trained people, and does not care about serving their customers. Ive been a customer of this company for more than 3 months and have documented 11 phone calls asking to speck with specific people and have had one call returned. They do not have voice mail and make it very difficult to get answers to questions regarding equipment. Not a good situation for a company that deals with health care equipment! Tried to discuss this situation with the administrator at this facility but he never returned my calls!!!

Zero stars! It won't let me leave zero so they lucked out with a ONE STAR. Never answer phones, when you use automated system it doesn't tell you when to expect oxygen. We finally got through and they gave us a date 4 weeks later!! When I drove there in person to in dire need of oxygen, I caught them all on their cell phones with all their trucks in the yard. Why are they in charge of life-saving equipment? And no one is doing anything about this.
