      These negative reviews are 100% accurate. I can not use the CPAP machine since my health condition, I requested my doctor sent documents to stop the order of CPAP supplements for me (every month); I did request by myself to stop the order of CPAP supplements , but they continue to charge my MEDICARE for their services and leave message to ask me to call for them to order the supplements. When I talked to the number of Lincare Supplies, the lady talked in very aggressive way, continue to ask me all my personal information, I refused to give them my address since I do not want to receive their supplements (I did give my birthday, my name, my phone number to verify the speaker), she said she will continue to leave phone message to ask me to call them for supplements order, although my doctor did send the request to STOP ORDERING FOR ME. (Today is 02/20/2023)

      I need some new cannulas for my o2 machine. I:be called 3 times today and put on hold for at least 10 minutes each time with no response!This is totally unacceptable.

      What good does it do to report a company to bbb or as I am doing write a bad review. You still never get answers or results from this company. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly in this area and continuously take advantage of the elderly, not to mention the possible insurance fraud!! Worst company I have ever dealt with!

      Exact Same issues as the rest of the cpap customers. They never follow through, nightmare etc.........Sadly, I can't even get another company that ******** pays for. ***** stars!

      Lincare cancelled my CPAP supply order 3 times without notifying me, and is now repeatedly refusing to seek precertification insurance coverage for my supplies because I was "non-compliant" per my CPAP machine. Of course I was non-compliant with my machine; I was not being sent supplies I needed to use my machine, and Lincare themselves were responsible for that non-compliance. Severe sleep apnea is absolutely terrible,,,and now months without supplies and no end in sight. I have no idea how they are in business.

      I would give zero stars if I could. This company is AWFUL. I tried to get supplies in November. They never came. When I followed up 3 weeks later, I was told my insurance rejected the order. I've been ordering through my insurance for 4 years without a problem. I called the insurance company and they said there was no reason for them to reject the order, my insurance would cover it. I tried again, they put the order through. It's now early December. I waited 3 weeks, no supplies. I called again, they said the insurance rejected it again. At that point, I was due to start with a new insurance company, so waited until January to reorder. Called in early January, spoke with someone who appeared competent and was very friendly. Gave him my new insurance card info, told him of my past troubles. He ensured me the order would be put through as soon as the insurance was input into their system. I followed up 10 days later, the insurance had not even been put through yet (or was done wrong). Gave the info AGAIN to a new person who put it in AGAIN and said she'd follow up on Monday. No call on Monday. It's now Friday, February 17...4 months after I started requesting supplies. I called again this morning. The insurance and order had not been put through as yet. She transferred me to the "local" office. I was on hold for 40 minutes when I finally hung up. I am DONE. Taking my business elsewhere. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for this level of incompetence -- especially in the healthcare field. WASTE OF TIME -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

      Worst company I have ever dealt with!! I went in to pickup a cpap machine and was explained how my insurance would pay and what my part would be which I was explained a certain dollar amount a month and was told to sign a tablet saying I was okay with that amount. I only had the machine for a month and returned it and then had a charge on my bank for almost $200. When I called to ask what it was they told me it was for a bill owed which I was never informed of. The local office told me I shouldnt have owed this bill and told me to call billing. I talked to several different people in billing and explained the situation and each one was rude and told me because I signed that box they could take any amount out of my bank at any given time. I was never shown this paper stating they could do that nor was I given a copy. I was told I was signing for the amount I agreed to pay every month which was $11 and not $200. When I asked for a refund I was denied, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was denied and told they would just tell me the same thing. They didnt have authorization to take that amount and refused to help me so they take your money without you ever even knowing and told me it was my fault basically. They were the rudest people I have ever dealt with and apparently a money hungry company that doesnt care what they do. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone not to use them. You should be informed of the fine print in your paperwork and given a copy because they do not tell you that they will take your money whenever they want in this signing process and that is against the law!!!

      THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE 100% ACCURATE!! i AM DISGUSTED WITH THEM. Their equipment is faulty, rebuilt and break down. You cannot get a straight answer from customer service - even on delivery timeframes- and they make mistakes on orders and keep you on hold while checking!!! I NEED TO FIND A NEW SERVICE

      An utterly shambolic, shameless and morally and ethically bankrupt company.Have been waiting for CPAP supplies for over 3 months now. Called their customer service 4 times now and they just keep making excuses. My insurance has paid for this and I paid the co-pay over 3 months ago. An utterly incompetent mess.

      Like so many others I am having a billing issue. I have repeatedly tried to call them and have been on hold for over an hour, at which point I've had to hang up. I went into the office closest to my home about three weeks ago and thought the issue had been resolved, but recently had more money deducted from my checking account. The equipment was removed from the home in the beginning of November, yet I have had payments automatically deducted from my checking account in December, January and February. I believe they used a check that had been used for payment, to get the routing number and account number, and now they help themselves to money from my account each month. My next calls are to my bank to dispute the charges, to my insurance company to let them know that Lincare is committing insurance fraud, and to the state's attorney general's office.
