      I have had nothing but problems with Lincare in Ruston, Louisiana. I needed replacement CPAP supplies so I went online and found them listed. The first problem was when I went to them to register, they said I needed to have my doctor send all the files associated with my sleep study. I contacted my doctor's office and they replied with the files directory to Lincare. After not hearing from them for 3 months, I contacted them and they said they needed a release form. I asked them why they didn't contact me about this - no reply. I have called the local office several times and they said they would have someone call me. That didn't happen. I went to their office to get fitted for a mask that didn't hurt. They measured me and said they would order the mask. This was on 12/21/22. I called them today (02/13/23) and they said they couldn't find the mask on the order list. I also had a problem with the billing statement. When you look at the statement, it looks like there is double billing involved on some of the items. I am going to try my best to find another medical supply location.

      I understand that Lincare purchased Adult and Ped Specialists recently. My bill comes from Adult and Ped Specialists. When I was discharged from the hospital I was required to have oxygen available. The hospital arranged for me to have this equipment. This was on the day of my discharge from the hospital and rather than delivering to my home the company met me in the parking lot of a pharmacy and loaded the equipment in my trunk. I got no information, no company name or number. I was unaware of who to even pay. Later that month I got a bill from the company and called to tell them I no longer was needing or using the oxygen. They said I would need a physician's order to cancel the order. I was told that since I was calling there would be no further bills. I paid the bill over the phone and called the physician to write the order. That was on Nov. 29th. In December and January I had to make several calls to remind them to pick up the equipment which was eventually picked up on January 18th. Since then I have gotten several additional bills for December and January. My insurance company has paid them for November and December. I called to question the December and January billings. They were agreeable to delete January but still charged me for December. My advice to anyone needing to rent medical equipment is to steer clear of this company.

      New Cpap. They stood me up 4 times!! & then after many complaints from me- the next visit was over an hour Iate- no phone call. I said this was the worst customer service I have ever had & the regional Mgr joker said I was verbally abusive!! I told him I never was verbally abusive & he kept arguing so I told him to GET OUT!! I wish there were severe consequences for this kind of service!!!! Sooooo frustrated ??

      What a nightmare this company is... If you are expecting good customer service or discretion of any kind - THIS MAY NOT BE THE COMPANY FOR YOU!!! New to Medicare and require discretionary packaging. Many Phone calls to complain about not ADHEREING TO MY HIPPA RIGHTS. It's the law Lincare!! "******" told me it was ********* fault. I wonder how ******* ********** feels about that. ******* Lincare is thowing you under the bus!!! ****** says, "its the way they send it." Then why are there Lincare Jacksonville Dist Ctr stickers on the items - ITEMS THAT AE NOT IN SHIPPED IN THE PROPER PACKAGING. Lincare has humiliated me and embarrassed me to all my neighbors with their deliveries. Not to mention all the HIPPA laws that have been broken. Lincare SUCKS!! I'm calling Medicare to lodge formal complaint. ****** says, do what you have to do -OVER & OVER AGAIN. So rude and condescending. TRUST ME - FIND ANOTHE COMPANY!!!

      Horrible customer service. I am trying to get a different mask. My sleep Dr sent the prescription in November. I still don’t have it. Most of the time no one answers the phone after I am holding for 40 minutes. If I do get someone, they do not follow through. If they did, I would have the mask.
      I have been in touch with my primary care doctor and the sleep Dr. She is now ordering my supplies through another company.
      As I read the other reviews, I wonder why this is happening. I had been getting my supplies without issue for 4 years. Maybe they need more employees or better training.

      I have a CPAP rental from Lincare. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Constant billing errors. When you try to reach them, extremely long wait holds, then you talk to someone who can't help you. They may redirect your call and you're on hold for an extended period again. Have had insurance claims denied because they use incorrect codes, and they don't fix the problem. What I don't understand is why many insurance companies will only cover supplies from Lincare, and not other providers. Believe me, if my insurance company gave me other options, I would NEVER do business with Lincare again.

      Mother 94 yrs old/ trying to obtain small O2 tank . Dr Ahmed’s office state order faxed- healthcare solutions alleges never received- spoken to different people at Healthcare & they promise to check & follow up - NO ONE HELPS OR FOLLOWS THROUGH- again my mom is 94 yrs old !!! This had been ongoing for months !!

      I need to get something clarified on my bill from 1/8/23. I appears that I have been double billed for 4 items including some that I don't need. I just waited 2 hours on the phone today (2/3) for customer service, but no one ever picked up. What kind of company is this?

      Can’t get supplies in a reasonable time frame. I ordered a replacement hose three weeks ago, but it didn’t come. I called back last week, they hadn’t shipped it yet. She was shipping it as we were speaking on the phone. Now, three weeks later, it still isn’t here. I just called for the third time, and they tell me they have been backed up, but she would put a priority order on it, and send it out today. WTF???? It’s not a pair of socks, or or something I can get at Walmart. It is a priority to me and my doctor, so why not to them????? Why am I still waiting for my hose to my c-pap machine three weeks later???? Fed up!!!!!!!!!

      I can't believe the horrible customer service from this company. I am trying to purchase a new CPAP and set up supplies. They don't even try to help. ******** says my unit is over 5 yrs old and I just need to find what model I want and someone to supply it. My doctor says find out who you want to do business with and the unit I want and he will supply the prescription. I know what I want but they wont help me figure out what's next or how to get set up to receive supplies. I'll never be able to deal with a company like this for the next five years.
