      Do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off!! They are a bunch of thieves and liars. They do not bill insurance correctly and then expect the consumer to clean up and just pay what they did not bill correctly. They lied to my face when I called to question something, and then lied again when I had the insurance company on the phone with me!! They will do anything they can to collect their money. I dont know how they sleep at night with their shady billing practices. Scumbagsz

      AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I have had more problems and more stress since getting my CPAP equipment from them. It took FOREVER for me to even hear back from them and I had to call my doctor and let her know several times that I hadn't yet heard from them and then they suddenly got a hold of me to set up an appointment. At first, things were fine. The trouble started when I had to change insurance. They started sending bills and I would call to talk to Eric about why I was being sent a bill and why my insurance hadn't been changed. I even went in person to the local branch to give him the card to put in the system. I kept contacting Lincare when I received two bills and both times was told to wait which I did and I wrote down the date and time of the most recent ones. I was told I'd hear back from Eric after he found out what was going on. I never heard back from Eric but instead got a note from a Collections Specialist saying I owed 420 dollars. Again, I called Eric who at this point has proven to be useless and have to go through several people to finally figure out what's going on. I'm told that I owe a HIGHER amount than on the notice which was sent on the 15th. They attached a late fee before I even got the notice!!! I only got it a few days after that and on the call mentioned all of this. I was told that the late fee would be waived and that I could pay online. So I promptly went online and paid what was on the notice and then set up a payment plan to avoid this mistake. Big mistake. The day after I paid the amount on the notice I was charged AGAIN in the amount I was told over the phone!!! I paid what I owed, the late fee wasn't waived and I got double charged. I want the second charge reversed immediately and I want to know what steps I can take to finish paying for my machine or to send it back and never have any dealings with this company again. I've contacted them several times by phone and email the past few weeks and have heard NOTHING!!!!!

      I would give 0 stars if I was able. This company is horrible. I get letters saying they have sent me statements regarding my balance which I have NEVER received. I try to call them and have yet to reach a person. I have been on hold for as long as 2 HOURS. I have tried their portal to pay the balance, and their portal is "unable to locate any account that matches the data entered", the data which came directly from their nasty collection letter. They continuously send replacement supplies for my CPAP machine that are not even for my machine. Literally the worst company I have ever done business with. There are no other companies in our area that provide this service, so I am stuck with this lack of service. The worst part is that I'm not trying to avoid my bill, I have not received any statements or invoices before this nastygram and I'm trying relentlessly to resolve it. But apparently, they would rather mail nastygrams than actually provide any sort of customer service to their patients.

      It is impossible to get in touch with this company to resolve any billing issue. I am not receiving billing statements and despite agreeing to only send supplies covered by insurance, Im repeatedly sent bills for optional supplies not approved by insurance. When I try to call to resolve Ill wait in hold for over an hour before Im hung up on. Their online chat feature is also not monitored and never responds.

      They won't send a paper bill or electronic bill. I can't get into a Portal, it's having issues , again and always. I called several people, they all said I can't pay at that phone number. But yet they had no issues sending a letter to my account to collections. That's the only letter I received! Don't trust this company. They don't know how to send a bill to their customer.

      My 80-year-old mother regularly uses another pharmacy/supplier, one that's connected with her hospital and her pulmonologist, one that she has a legitimate account with (verified by me), yet keeps receiving random bills from Lincare. FRAUD!

      Very poor communication, billing practices and customer service. • They started automatically billing to a credit card that I did not authorize for that purpose. • They sent automated text messages about my needing to order supplies but did not wait for me to actually place the order, so they shipped unneeded supplies without authorization. • Their text messages do not give the name of the company, so the messages sound suspicious, and they have not made any changes after I alerted them about the concern. • They billed me for a large total amount even though the bill said that half of the amount had "insurance pending." They communicated nothing about how what is "pending" would be settled. • For an entire year, they made no effort whatsoever to check my experience with the equipment or with their service overall. • When I wanted to stop equipment rental, they suddenly told me that I had "bought the equipment" even though rental charges were still appearing. There was no prior effort to ensure that their policies had been communicated clearly. • Customer service is very difficult to reach by both phone and chat. Hold times are long, or they are completely unresponsive. Even their call service audio quality is poor.

      I would give 0 stars if I could, I asked Lincare 2 years ago to STOP sending me supplies but I still get supplies almost weekly and get calls from them every day!!

      I've had multiple issues with this company.. Lincare/ ********* location. It took months to get my initial order because they claimed they never received Doctors orders. I've gotten multiple orders that were missing supplies, or I got the wrong items (I had received a random 30+ stoma paste) When I call to correct the situation, I'm given an excuse that the previous person that put my order in did it wrong because they are new and they can't ship out anything to me til next month. JUST for it to happend again! The last time I called to request my daughters correct gtube extensions be sent, I was told by the *** that it sounded like I didn't know what I wanted ( not the fact that each time I have a *** calling me to order, I'm given a different /wrong answer as to what they carry.. which each time I request a non-enfit extension). I explained I simply wanted a non enfit extention, and the *** said okay she will ship out 2 JUST to call me back and say they only carry enfit and nothing else... but of course I'm the problem; I felt so defeated. I'm currently looking for a new *** company . The lack of communication, empathy and professionalism in that branch is astounding. No one should have to constantly fight to get quality care for their child. So just beware; if you looking for a competent company to supply your enteral nutritional supplies don't go with them.

      If you contact Lincare of ***************** FL do NOT work or talk with ******. Shes rude and doesnt appear to want to work. Talking to her on the phone can make a person very frustrated. She does not want to provide any help to her Customers that pay her salary. If she doesnt like her job maybe she needs to be fired or removed from talking to customers.
