      The first time they came out they were supposed to call and they just showed up at 7:50 at night second time they were supposed to call and they never did and never came out either very disappointed we're choosing another company if I were to grade this company I'd give him an F

      Terribly service and unethical practices. After hours on the phone and in person, I'm finally extracted from business with this colossal horror show of a company. Lincare is a dodgy sales company that has determined how to exploit the most vulnerable among us.       One of the worst businesses and organizations I've had the displeasure of working with. It seems like they're billing department is highly inconsistent. The reception is horrible whenever I'm on a phone call with them. When on the phone with them, it sounds like they are speaking underwater. The number of times I've been disconnected on a call is unacceptable. Currently, I'm having to dispute a charge for receiving the wrong item. I got a shipping label to send it back, and I sent it back, but I was not credited for sending it back. Then they promised me they would send another one, which I got charged for which was never sent out, so right now, I'm having to pay for three of the same item while only having one in my possession. I plan to contact my insurance provider, let them know about the instances and problems I'm encountering, and see if there's an alternative company I could do business with.

      Do not do business with this company!! I'm getting charged monthly for a condenser that I do not use. They will not take it back and just deliver the oxygen because the condenser is a bundle deal with the oxygen. I ordered oxygen 7 days ago on the portal. To date no oxygen has been delivered nor any contact from Lincare. I keep getting bills and paying, but no service from them. And try reaching someone via telephone...not happening!! The Lincare office that I go thru is in ******, **. But after reading the comments, Lincare treats customers the same no matter where their business is located. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LINCARE!!!!!!!!

      Unresponsive, over priced, no service, just bill it and forget it .Five requests for billing information ignored. Service cancelled, never again! Only reason they are in business is lack of competition.
      A major rip off as described by virtually ALL their customers.

      Terrible customer service. They sent my ********************** to my summer address and I had to pay over $40 to have them redirected to me. The company has not answered my emails or phone calls.

      This company is a bad joke. They have been nonresponsive from the start, Once you have your initial equipment they will never provide any service again, they just keep sending bills. The local office will not return calls, will not let you see them in the office, and are rude. Furthermore the web site chat will not provide any answers other than to take your money and you will spend hours on wait on the phone for someone to answer and they never do. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

      Been a customer for almost 2 yrs. We paid on time when we got the bill. They started sending the bill a weeek after it was due and then got another bill for being late. Then in 2024 around April we didnt get no bill for 3 mos. And I finally got a bill for ******* when I was paying ***** a month. I ask for a statement of the bill and all I got was from April till July not for the year of 2023. I feel like they r overcharging me and I dont like it. I wanted all my records. Cause I have everything they send me and how much I paid them. Do not trust these people they will rob you blind. Cause I cant pay the bill cause Im on an income and it will take my whole month of income to pay it off.******** *

      How can this company have an "A" rating with 1.3 out of 5 stars? Is the *** not paying attention? This company is a scam. I returned my equipment as I decided to purchase my own and get out of this Lincare nightmare. Today, I received an Email from Lincare that my recurring payment was successfully processed. Most honest companies will send a notice "your payment will be processed in ___ days" - not Lincare. They know people will dispute the inflated charges. I'm surprised insurance companies are allowing this to continue as well. $141 for tubing, $333 for a face mask - these can be purchased online for approx $50-$75. Not when going through Lincare. They were constantly sending filters, masks (ie: any supply they could charge for). Today's charge was $336, already debited from my bank with no notice, warning or heads-up. Their customer service is a joke - spend over an hour on hold for nothing. Want to cancel the automatic supplies? Call again. The government needs to do something about this company and shut them down once and for all - a $24 million lawsuit settlement against a multi-billion dollar company isn't going to make a dent. I'm sure Lincare laughed about it.

      Agree with other messages here. Who can help us resolve these issues? Will BBB do this? Too many similar problems have been left here. Is it time to reach out to our state attorney general to help resolve? Regarding my issue, I would rate this company a full zero. Horrible customer service and billing support. I have been trying to speak to or message with a customer representative for over 2 weeks. There is no responsibility for any customer care and finally left a message with a therapist recorded line who likely had to redirect. But I get no call back or response. I have waited over an hour when I call multiple times and no one picks up. When I try the chat, no one responds. How can this company remain in business???? I have not received any itemized billing and Lincare has sent me one letter stating that I have not paid my balance. What balance and for what services that my insurance has not covered???? My insurance is billed monthly and there is never a detailed EOB. I have yet to receive a copy of an invoice for any remaining balance owed. I need someone from this company to return my calls and send me my itemized statements. I am a responsible person who has excellent credit, but I refuse to send money for something that has not been detailed or explained after insurance payments. This is really borderline criminal.
