      Haven’t received a bill since August. Have received two notices for non payment, so they know where I live. A statement would be helpful. All I get is the statements will be mailed in a few days. Get on the stick people!!!!

      I was sent the wrong supplies 6 times! I have called customer service and spoke with management and still sent the wrong supplies. They sure billed my insurance company though! I was told I would get a call back by Jocelyn today and NOPE! No call They owe me 6 pieces of equipment that the We’re paid for! They are committing insurance fraud and I will call my BCBS and file a fraud complaint.

      Lincare is the most disorganized company I have dealt with. Id give ZERO stars if I could.. Their wound vac machines are the worst. I had to get 2 replacement machines due to them not charging. Three wound vac machine all together! Their billing department takes forever to post insurance payments and they continue to send you collections notices after they have received 100% paid in full! "We Team" is worthless. They can't resolve anything without again trying to refer you to yet another dept. Absolutely the most inefficient process I have ever seen!

      Ppl lazy poor customer service!ALWAYS GOT EXCUSES even if they don't need one. Sad,I ask ****** to send me paper receipt she they didn't have any stamps! WOW ! WHY N HOW ARE THIS PLACE STILL EXISTING???

      They send me the wrong equipment that I didn't order and somehow it is my responsibility to get it back to them or they will charge me? DO NOT USE LINCARE! CALLING THEM INCOMPETENT WOULD BE A COMPLIMENT.

      I've purchased a CPAP machine from Lincare last year. I paid for it up front do to high deductible. There billing department keeps sending me a bill because of there Owen billing dept mistakes and the way it was inputed when I purchased it. Now the office is closed in Marysville Oh. and there billing department in FL. Will not work with me. NEVER AGAIN

      My doctor referred me to Lincare for CPAP. Customer service is the worst. After being told 2 weeks, then 4- 6 weeks, then 6-8 weeks (it changed every time i called), i did receive a call at the 8 week mark that i missed. I called back within minutes and the phone just rang. No one every called back. Now after 12 weeks, i called again, and asked when i could get my machine and how long i've been waiting. After scheduling an appointment 3 days from now, i went and looked at reviews. It seems the customer service is terrible for everyone. So i have cancelled my appointment. If i can't even get the machine to start, i can't imagine how terrible it will be to continue to work with Lincare. It's a shame your people don't care, don't apologize, and are rude. I don't know how you stay in business.

      I have been a customer of this business since 2015. From the start Ive had problems with them and could not change to a different one due to the fact that my insurance only has thus business as a supplier of ************** equipment, canisters of oxygen to keep appointments, etc. *** complained to my doctors but as they said their hands are tied and since my insurance only had this particular supplier listed as was plain out of luck. I had tried to talk to a supervisor but the person(s) were not on site and I could leave a message, which I did. No one ever contacted me. I was hospitalized the 2nd of February cause I got double pneumonia. I was in the hospital and rehab for a month. When I was in rehab I called the provider to check to see when they were going to make an appointment with me to service the in home oxygen concentrator as it hadnt been done in the 3 years they had brought it out to me. We made an appointment when I knew I would be back home from the hospital/rehab. When they came out they just swapped the machine out. When I called there office about this they said if I wanted it serviced I would have to pay for it (which is not true according to ********** I had asked what their records show when I received the machine they switched out and they said they dont keep any records on any of the machines they send out to clients.After a week and half the machine they brought quit working during the night and the alarm didnt even go on. I called them the next morning at 7 and told them the situation and that I used up all my portable bottles. They said they would get it out right away. Hmmm, 8:30 at night is not right away. So I was without oxygen for a very long time and was having a hard time to breathe. It quit working, got a different one, it quit working, got another one. My pulmonologist and primary doctor tried to get my insurance company to get a different provider but to no avail. Now I am changing insurance companies.

      This company leaves you waiting for an hour. Never returns voice messages.Waiting over 2 months to replace leg tubes.Claims they don't get messages from the dr.Don't know status of my order.

      This location is horrible for providing information, it's always the same run around let me check into it or ask someone else. Been waiting 6 Months for equipment with no one response or call when I asked, they say something about need a PO no purchase order and or shipping label What does that mean? I believe it just a big farse. My doctors office placed all the requests and conditions, they have tried to get information from them also and they give the Doctors office the same run around. Bad Management and employees who really don't care.
