      I ordered CPAP supplies in April before I switched health insurance. Lincare promised me they would be billed before the end of April. Of course, they were not so I received an outrageous bill over $1000 and I never received the supplies.After multiple calls to Lincare over the course of 7 months regarding the bill for supplies I never received, I find out today that the supplies had been returned to them but my account was never credited. I have had more than one negative experience like this with Lincare. I would never ever use them again. There is no communication between billing and the supply department. I have had customer service representative promise to look in to my issue but never get back to me.

      On hold after hours for 15 minutes still no answer. I am a patient. It has been over 6 hours since I placed my order for a nebulizer that I need for my asthma. The person took my $16 payment over the phone & said 3 to 4 hours for delivery. I am really sick right now & have my rescue inhaler only. Very disappointed in this company, which looks as if others are too.

      Can't get a hold of billing **** due to up to two hours hold times. I finally got someone on the line and they tell me that they don't support payments made online and sent me to another extension where no one picked up. I've tried to call them twice since but still no answer. They are billing my insurance each month and my out of pocket amount was supposed to be ninty four bucks a month but that amount keeps getting higher and higher each month and though they accepted my payments my balance never seems to go down so it's hard to track. This CPAP rental has now cost me almost two grand over the past 6 months and that ain't right! The retail value is only ******. I feel like I'm getting scammed by Lincare.

      SO many excuses and poor logistioc management. I call to order formula supplies and the order goes in and i'm told it would go out today or tomorrow. I call the next day, nothing-no tracking-item is backordered. Then I'm told it would auto-ship--once I waited 2 weeks for an auto ship----never did. I called and it just so happened that it again " is available", but told not to call back because if order is canceled it will not auto ship. Every month is a new story-no confirmation of an order or shipping, going on a year now. Sad excuse for "customer service"

      You would be far better off sucking on car exhausts than to use this company for oxygen and supplies. I have been trying to switch from portable tanks to a portable concentrator since September so I could get home for Christmas with my family. My wife passed in August and all I wanted was to be with them. Lincare has thrown up one barrier after another since losing the original order from my Doctor. Today I was told "but you didn't order 8 tanks for the last three months, AND your appointment needs to be less than 60 days (anyone else see a logic error here?), AND no you can't have a rental because you didn't order it 15 days in advance..." and this was by their "We Care customer advocate after I escalated. And that was just today's batch of excuses. There is a reason they have one star - you can't give them 0.

      I have literally never tried to work with a worse company in my life. I don't know if they're corrupt or just insanely incompetent. Their "customer service" is completely worthless (if you can actually get someone to answer the phone after being on hold for at least an hour). Apparently the only way to get any issue resolved is to file a complaint with the BBB, which is something I'll probably be doing soon. In the meantime, I'll be working with my doctor & insurance company to find another provider.

      Very hard to get a hold of and when you finally do they promise to come out and never show up. Never. How can thru get away with affecting the breathing machine for someone? Its life and death! Do not choose this company.

      I have asked them to call my insurer for prior authorization. I asked them to call me back to confirm it was done and its been 2 weeks with no response. Happy to take your order but absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service. Have had to wait on hold for hours for a task that could take their billing department 5 minutes to complete.

      I have dealing with lincare for 3 weeks solid to get nebulizer and they where going to deliver it today,and they couldn't leave it because no one was at home to sign,no one told me that the last 10 times I have spoken with them,they could have told me something, I have heart failure COPD,I have not had a nebulizer in 10 days,sorry a** people Lincare in *************

      The absolute worse customer service I’ve ever had. Billing department locked my account for unknown reasons? I was unable to order my cpap supplies. My account had a 0 balance. After 4 long days of holding for more than an hour each time. I tried in the am, midday all different times with no success. A cpap rep said I can’t help you, your account is locked. They said they would send an email to billing. No contact. 3 days later I got the # for billing “Manager” Called and went straight to voice mail. Left a message. 4 th day same. Left a message. No return call. Out of frustration I called my insurance provider. They said they would contact them for me and long behold got through. My representative stayed on the phone with me to clear things up and order my supplies. Huray! Lincare billing person was extremely rude. In another case my husband went on Medicare and provided them with new id# for his air concentrater. After 5 months of lincare not submitting claims he gets call from local Vero beach “Manager” Dennis saying he had to pay the bill? Dennis is very rude and condescending and my husband pointed out he did everything he needed to do and lincare didn’t do there job. I would change my supplier if it wasn’t so difficult. Need new dr orders and because of Covid most supplies are short on inventory. Thank goodness I got all my equipment before Covid. Btw Dennis would not provide me my mobile air compressor because he didn’t get enough $ from the insurance company. Say what? My dr ordered it? Nope you can’t have one ??
