      Lincare is HORRIBLE at customer service. I have literally been on hold for over 2 hours (a couple of times), and no one can ever seem to help. "Try calling this number" or that #, and you just get put on hold forever, with absolutely no resolution. They're billing us for someone else's supplies, and want our current insurance info - NOPE -it's YOUR error - you work through it. I would never use them again if I have a choice. Should be a ZERO star rating. Terrible company.

      Lincare doesnt deserve a 1/2 star. Absolute worst customer service. Good luck trying to speak to someone. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I called the toll free number to get assistance. They are able to get to a live person in ********, **. I admit I was a little miffed at this point but I dont need a representative that wasnt doing their job to get me riled up. All I want to do is return Lincare equipment. Im on oxygen therapy and I now have to return the equipment myself because they cant schedule a pickup.

      I agree with ******* C in the comment before. **************** and billing in ****** ******** is awful. Rarely is the phone ever answered. Today after finally reaching an actual person who put me on hold to investigate my problem disconnected our call. They never called me to continue the investigation. I have called ********* ** to have them text ****** my issue. I heard nothing from ******. Poorly run business.

      Unable to get lincare to call back and unable to get answers to question. A cpap machine is costing me $200. Month rent and they have drained my checking account to the point of bounced checks. I I CAN NOT GET HOLD OF THEM. 9 months of $200. Equips $1800. On a machine half that cost. their rep can not get them either.***************

      This company is no help to pts! You are constantly getting transferred and no one ever has answers! I have even been hung up on! I have been trying to get a cpap replacement for over a month! This also includes the local office located in *********, ****! They reported to my dr I was non compliant because they were not downloading my information correctly, making me miss two shipments of supplies! The staff is rude, acts like youre the one that doesnt know what your talking about! Then tell you it could be weeks to get a machine! The local office in Hillsboro stocks few supplies and are not apparently trained for their job. I have been without a cpap for almost 2 months now and my body is starting to feel the effects horribly! I do not recommend this facility to anyone and will be looking for a more trustworthy pt oriented business! If you call, either no answer and no return call.If you get an answer, you get transferred and after several transfers still no answers or help. It saddens me to think of the people that depend on them that dont realize how unprofessional they are or that pt care and satisfaction is not their priority

      Lincare is the worst company to have. If you need help with anything. Their customer service is terrible from day one. Good luck if you have a billing question. You will wait on hold for hours just to be transferred to a department that tells you they cannot help you and that you need to speak with billing. They are rude and take advantage. They have no desire to help their customers at all. I wish I would of never gone through them. I cannot wait until my year lease is up and I own the equipment and can switch companies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE STRESS OR HEADACHES OR HOURS OF HOLD TIME YOU HAVE TO WAIT TO SPEAK TO THEM EACH MONTH WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES TO MESS SOMETHING UP!!!!!!!

      My credit card started to get monthly charges of different amounts, but we never got a bill. She was sent home from the hospital and lincare provided the oxygen tank. My mother insurance covers all medical expenses, so we don’t have any idea why my card was charged. I called multiple times and the last call took over 2 hours to get someone on the phone. They refused to talk to me and once my mom was on the phone and they were verifying my mom’s identity they insisted that it wasn’t her. She gave them her birthday and address and since they had her previous address they claimed it wasn’t her. They keep insisting it wasn’t her. We even spoke to the supervisor and she was also not much help. By the end of the call they said they needed her Medicaid information, which they have since my mother has dual complete 1 Medicare/medicaid. IT IS PRINTED ON THE SAME CARD. Not only this but it going to take at least 45 days. Very poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

      Update as 06Jan2023:My mother received a bill today from Lincare with the invoice date of 27Dec2022 for customer beginning balance. We are absolutely shocked!! They were supposed refund the credit card since the insurance would have covered all of the cost for the tank. It appears they have the incorrect insurance company listed on this bill and are still charging my mother, but at least the managed to stop the auto payments from the credit card and update the address. This is unbelievable and this needs to be resolved ASAP.

      They messed up my CPAP supplies. I called and was told that they would give me a return label for the wrong supplies and would ship the right supplies. I waited a week and received nothing. I called again and was told it was being taken care of. On day 10, *** showed up at my door without warning to pick up the wrong items. On day 17, still no replacement supplies. I called and was told that they won't ship the correct item until they receive the return. It was their mistakes in the first place! My insurance was billed for these supplies nearly a month ago. Here I sit, nearly 20 days later with nothing. It's time to get the insurance company involved. Avoid Lincare at all cost.

      I would give no stars if it was available. My husband has gotten the run around from the local office up to the ICare corporate office trying to resolve a cpap machine malfunction for 6 months. **************** means that they should service the customer. Poor documentation and follow up. I would not use this company EVER!
