      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ********************** **** care can't be bothered to answer the phone for in-home delivery or billing questions. I called the local number in ********, ** multiple times only to be on-hold for over 30 minutes, I submitted 2 email requests that went unanswered and finally I called the Headquarters only to be sent back to the billing department. And went unanswered.

      I have dealt with this company as a healthcare provider for over 20 years. Their quality of workmanship, customer service, efficiency and care has always been subpar. They continue to decline in their skills in the healthcare sector. Today I waited for them to provide medical equipment all day long. The driver claims to have called multiple times and did not. Knowing their practices and behaviors I was sure to stay near my phone and still the driver lied and claims he could not reach me. This is absolutely horrible for people who need their services to have to deal with such incompetent service from someone they need help from.

      Company has extremely shady business practices. Delivered oxygen equipment to my home months ago; I've been trying for over 6+ weeks now to have them come collect their equipment. They keep telling me 'im on the schedule; theyll come pick it up' and they never do. Six weeks in a row ive called and no one comes. Yet they keep billing me for equipment i have in my home.. that i've asked for them to collect! Practices like this should absolutely be illegal its unreal.

      Yesterday my son received an EOB from his insurance carrier denying a claim for "ineligible " service description for Linacre with service date of 7/14/22. Absolutely ridiculous! Last September 2021 my son had COVID that ended with him in the hospital with pneumonia. Once released sent him home on oxygen and had an oxygenator sent to the house. After recovery requested a pick up was given a date and time, no one showed up. Called again, same thing given a date and time but still no show. Third call was told they couldn't pick up the equipment unless they had a doctors order. Couple weeks go by I have to get a C-pap from them- date and time scheduled. I have to make arrangements for a ride because I also had COVID that ended with having a stroke that has caused partial blindness. Arrived for the appointment and they tell me I have the wrong day. They sent me out the door telling me I had to reschedule only to have them come racing out to the car and tell me they could get me in. I sat through the presentation that the guy stumbled through which was ver awkward. At the end of that I asked about them picking up equipment from my son. They said that they would the following Tuesday- which they never did. The equipment is covered in dust from being stored in the garage. Maybe I need to charge them storage fees? I am so upset and frustrated with the lack of follow through on their part last year I don't even want to waste my breath on calling them to get this straightened out. Totally disappointed, especially after reading all these poor reviews.

      We transferred my mother over to them for her oxygen equipment in hopes of getting her a more convenient inogen machine for her to use as the other cylinders were too encumbering to use. After talking to them, and getting her doctor to sign off on it, we get a call saying that she need to order 8 cylinders per month to qualify. This is the first we had heard of it. After that the person on the other end of then phone started being rude stating "How is she gonna carry the inogen if she can't carry the cylinders?" and telling her she would be using her walker, she repeated herself like she was making a good point. This is were I become rude back, and she tried to play the there is no need to be rude comment. She said have a nice day, I said f off.

      On top of that they deliver once a week and do not give you a time when they are going go appear, either showing up early in the morning on later in the afternoon. Honestly I will be glad to be switching back to **** ********, while they have issues sometimes they were practically saints in comparison.

      This company is absolutely horrible. They charged me over $1200 dollars plus whatever my insurance company paid them, for a $500 cpap. Will not ever ever ever ever answer their phone in billing. And if you do happen to get lucky enough to get someone to answer. They hang up on you. I have warned ALL those around me including online social media to stay away from this company. You people are crooks. You should be ashamed 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

      This company is denying me the amount of oxygen tanks I need each week, even when my doctor had ordered 7 large tanks of oxygen to help me get through the week due to my COPD and emphysema. It's very frustrating when I need to call each week to see how many oxygen tanks that I can order even though my doctor had sent a script for 7 tanks and week. Not knowing how many tanks that they will send me has cased me to have anxiety which can effect my breathing. I just don't know what to do anymore.

      This company is full of excuses. I got my CPAP over 3 months ago. I have had charges from them every month withdrawn straight from my bank account. I have also received phones from them all of these months saying I'm available to receive products that never get sent to me. So they are getting paid and giving no products in return. So then I start asking where is my stuff and they just say "Well I'm at the corporate office so you have to talk to your local branch". I then call my local branch but before I can talk to anyone I am on hold for 40 minutes. I would have held longer but I hung up and hit any menu to talk to a real human being. That was a big mistake cause as I talked to someone I transfered 4 times between the local branch and the corporate office. Finally I talked to someone and they said it had something to do with my doctor that a form was not filled out. The guy said he would call back in 2 hours and now it has been 3 days later. I did get a call from a different person this morning saying that it was not a doctors issue but a "pending charge". So I have been paying money to them this whole time but yet there is a pending charge. WTF. **** company and no one should ever take them for their word and expect to be ****** around the whole time. Avoid these people at all cost

      So frustrated with this company. When I first got my Bi-PAP machine I was told I'd be paying on it for 10 months. After 10 months I still owed and was told it was actually 13 months. I told them I wanted statements mailed to me every month instead of having them auto withdraw money from my account. That was April. It's near the end of July now and I've never received another statement. I looked in to their portal today and it says I owe $558. My insurance changed and I knew I'd have to pay more but since they haven't been sending me statements it's kind of hard to keep track of what's going on. You can't call them because they simply don't answer the phone and there's no way to leave a message. I've tried calling and it just rings and rings. I sat on hold one day for 15 minutes and never did get through to anyone. I did manage to speak to someone a few months ago but I have since lost her number (my fault). Since I purchased my machine I've submitted 3 different requests (one just today, the others much earlier) through their Lincare Portal. Not one of my requests has been responded to. I just want this over with and have this machine paid off once and for all. Seems like it just keeps getting pushed out a little further all the time. Very fed up with them. I tried stopping by their office in a nearby town to figure this out but they had a sign on the door refusing entry without an appointment. Basically, they just want your money and have no desire to talk to you.

      I wish I would've never gone here. They have made my life so freaking difficult.
      So I had the "send automatic supplies" option checked.. Well my insurance ran out, and I didn't think about it. All of a sudden, I'm getting a charge for $300. So I tried calling them about it, because they took it right out, and put us in a very tight spot. They made it very difficult. Said I needed to talk to my local place. I tried, but people where only allowed in for an appt. I called, and got the big company, not my local one. Finally got ahold of someone, and THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I wasn't taking my anger out on the rep, because I understand it's not their fault directly. I call again, and fi ally reach someone who knows what they are talking about, and he actually helped me. I said I want nothing to do with this company anymore, and we set up a payment plan, and they put me as inactive or whatever. We paid everything off in February. We'll I'm sitting here still getting "You owe us money" letters in the mail in June. So I called back. They have been piling up my bill for the cpap rental. Try once again to setup a payment plan. I needed to talk to my husband about a reasonable number we could afford monthly. I called back twice, and no call back. But I'm still getting Letters in the mail, saying my account is 105 days past due, and will go to collections and affect my credit score. This is a BS company. Like seriously. Don't come here. Do not come here. I've been fighting with them for more than a year.
