      I have been waiting on a hospital bed for my elderly mom for the last two months. Finally received a bed and the remote does not work. Called the very next day to schedule a repairman to come and look at the bed. They took my mom off the schedule, And then told me that the remote to the bed had to be ordered after I called them before a closing the day that they were supposed to come out.I actually spoke to a supervisor who failed to communicate any other information to me. This company is the absolute worst.!!!

      When I got my cpap machine, I was told by lincare that I had to pay 8 dollars a month for 10 months and the machine wood be mine, after 10 months of paying 80 a moth I caught where my wife had been paying that amount, I told her It was supposed to only be 8 , so I called in I talked to a billing supervisor about this matter she said would credit my account , but I still owed for supplies, I told her every time they call about supplies it would be at no cost to me because my insurance would pay for all supplies, after arguing about it a while she told me, with what I credited you deducted from your bill you still owe 127 dollars, I payed that she said I owed no more, I said will would never order any more, now a year later they bill me all over again, this place is a scam

      Sleep chair ..... absolutely terrifying in KC. Went From could do a commercial for . You currently takes 3 or 4 times a day ( if you're Lucky) to even get someone to pick up a phone. Specific needs or add one are made with a post it note and left somewhere near a drivers area. Or do I'm told by their ***. Never gets right. Used to be a day when drivers had a extra one of this or that - in case a need came up . Will not come near your machine on any regular basis. All things done like clockwork work before last ************** it's oxygen we maintain on. Whatever changes were made, huge bad mistake. Attitudes , drivers say I'm just taking care of my family. I'm leaving as soon as I get a Job.. all the really great caring employees have Left. And better know what you need. We used to have service - and good whenever you needed it. Now policy is one day a week. Live with it. It is your life here

      I called them yesterday to have them come out to swap my concentrator it hasnt worked right since Saturday and told them that. They were supposed to be out today but never showed up or called. They will be hearing from my first thing in the morning and will I likely have to wait till Friday since I work the next two days and dont have time to wait all day for them. ????????

      My husbands concentrator started showing a yellow light last night, the unit was hot to the touch and making a noise. The technician said that it was against company policy to replace an oxygen concentrator with just a yellow light. I told him I was afraid that the unit would catch fire and I would never be able to get my husband out of the house. He still refused to bring a new one to replace it. We didnt go to sleep till 2 oclock because my husband did not want to turn it on and was using his portable oxygen which he cannot use with a BiPAP machine. Well we got up this morning at 6 AM beeping noise when I looked in the room the machine has literally exploded. There is some type of powder all over the office. its all over the desk, the printer all of my electronic equipment that I keep in there. This is absolutely ridiculous.

      This is the worst company to deal with! Been trying to get CPAP supplies since May 20, 2024 , it is now September 27, 2024 and still don't have them. They have lied to me several times and hung up on me 4 times. I have made 7 phone calls to them.

      Preferred home care is the worst! I use a power wheelchair and they are contracted with my insurance so unfortunately I have to go to them to get it fixed. I had an appointment in June at that appointment. They told me Andrew from quantum was going to get a hold of me to personally fix my joystick controller. They already had the parts everything is there. They just needed that gentleman to do That work. As of September 10 I had not received even a phone call from them, so I called to see what was going on. The lady apologized to me and said oh my gosh this was back in June. I’m so sorry they must’ve forgot about you. I couldn’t believe it. So I scheduled an appointment for today, September 26. Where Andrew was going to, install and adjust my chair parts. I just arrived here today at my appointment time and they came in to tell me oh we’re sorry Andrew can’t make it. I can’t believe they stood me up for months without calling me then scheduled an appointment for me to come down here and meet the guy and he Doesn’t show . They should have called me and let me know this man was not going to be here. I am a quadriplegic had to get Transpotation to drive me one hour to this appointment to find out that he’s not here and drive straight back one hour. They simply don’t care! Whoever is in charge should be disciplining people when they make mistakes, but nothing happens. No one told accountable so they keep making more and more mistakes and no one cares. This place is a joke. I told them that to their face! If my insurance was not contracted, I would go somewhere else.

      For a company that supplies life-saving oxygen to home care patients, they are very hard to get ahold of and slow to respond to requests for O2 tank replacements. I was appalled at their cavalier attitude after I had a power outage and could not use a concentrator for my breathing and called them because I was running low on electricity-free tanks. They didn't come for 5 days with replacement tanks. I shudder to think what might have happened if we had another power outage during that 5 day period. Terrible.

      Terrible ***************** Employees are rude and unresponsive to giving any help with a problem. Why do medical professionals still refer patients to them? After reading a good many of the BBB reviews I realize I am just one of a great many very distressed customers! An average 1 star review of over 900 customer reviews? Why hasn't this company been closed down?

      Avoid at all costs. Theyve screwed my mom with her account. Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to talk to a real person. Their live chat feature on the website is just as horrible. No one is really there to talk to you.If you have an option, go elsewhere
