For a company that supplies life-saving oxygen to home care patients, they are very hard to get ahold of and slow to respond to requests for O2 tank replacements. I was appalled at their cavalier attitude after I had a power outage and could not use a concentrator for my breathing and called them because I was running low on electricity-free tanks. They didn't come for 5 days with replacement tanks. I shudder to think what might have happened if we had another power outage during that 5 day period. Terrible.

Terrible ***************** Employees are rude and unresponsive to giving any help with a problem. Why do medical professionals still refer patients to them? After reading a good many of the BBB reviews I realize I am just one of a great many very distressed customers! An average 1 star review of over 900 customer reviews? Why hasn't this company been closed down?

Avoid at all costs. Theyve screwed my mom with her account. Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to talk to a real person. Their live chat feature on the website is just as horrible. No one is really there to talk to you.If you have an option, go elsewhere

Dealing with Lincare for my father's oxygen needs has been a nightmare! I order oxygen for my elderly father several times a month. Many times orders are misplaced, forgotten or only partially filled. One time a family member had to drive to Westbrook to pick up my father's oxygen because they forgot to deliver it.
Talking to anyone on the phone is difficult. Depending on who you talk to you will get different answers. No one returns your call.
My father's doctor sent an order for a portable oxygen concentrator and Lincare is refusing to give one to my father.
I do not want to give this company one star but the computer is forcing me to fill in at least one.
      Lincare is a ZERO!

Friday, September 20th, I called Medicare to file a complaint against Lincare. I initially spoke with James *****, who escalated the call and transfer me up the food chain. I told the woman to whom I was transferred that a man from Lincare came on Saturday, September 14th to replace Steve’s oxygen concentrator, which was malfunctioning. He gave us a new concentrator, but took away 4 etanks. I am a pastor, and I was not home at the time as I was at the church office. Steve objected, saying that he needs several etanks in order to get to Dr. appointments in the Kansas City area, which is a 2-hour round trip. Steve also said that most of his doctors do not have oxygen to which he can connect in their offices. The man said that this is company policy and that there is nothing he can do. Steve called Lincare on Friday, September 29th, asked to refill his etanks and to please bring back the 4 that were taken, again citing Dr. appointments. Lincare not only refused to bring back the 4 tanks. The Lincare rep stated that they are taking away his M6 tanks on Monday. The reason given is that he has too many tanks. Steve asked what he’s supposed to do when he goes out to take the dog in the backyard or walks across the street to the neighbors. Lincare answered, “Take a big tank.” In the meantime, on September 18th, Mom purchased for us an Inogen g5 for Steve’s birthday. It came today, September 20th. We are no longer victims of or at the mercy of Lincare. I told the woman at Medicare that I do not expect her to fix the situation. I simply want this documented. She read me what she documented: that we had to purchase an Inogen so that Steve can get to Dr. appointments. People who do not have $3,476.20 for an Inogen g5 package will not be able to purchase one. Not having portable oxygen on a long drive and wait could result in death. If anything happens to Steve where he needs portable, continuous flow, doesn’t have it, and dies, I will hold Lincare accountable.

This company has billed items to your account without your consent. Scam company trying to bill products to you without your permission. Trying to resolve issues but no one has authority to change anything on your account. DO NOT USE this company.LINCARE is a scam

This company is a joke! Billing is a nightmare! Unable to get to talk to a representative and if you do they aren’t trained to help with billing issues! They said there was a breach in contract from 3 /2023 and now feel they can bill us from 3/2023 in June of 2024 due to the breach in contract? We were never sent anything in regards to a breach in contract? Don’t deal with this dme company! Go online and find your done equipment cheaper out of pocket!

My 80-year-old husband has been getting the run around since April regarding a portable oxygen machine. He eventually went to the office (after several phone calls) to talk to the manager who promised to find out what the hold up was. Never called him back when he said he would. Called again today (a week after going to the office). Again, said he would check and get back to him in an hour. Didn't happen. Awful company. Awful customer service. Again, 80 years old, COPD, hospitalized in April, an NO HELP from this oxygen company. Looking for another supplier in Youngstown area.

If i could i would leave 0 stars.
Lincare has no patient support. Whenever I call them, I have to leave a message, because no one answers the phone. They may or not call me back. My oxygen concentrator alarm went off in the middle of the night. I called them first thing in the morning. At 2:30pm, I still hadn't heard back from anyone, so I called again. And again I had to leave a message. Finally at 3:30 I received a call back, and the person told me to try the concentrator again that night. About a 1/2 hour later I received a second call, was told that they would come the next day to replace it. That left me with no oxygen for 2 nights. Unacceptable!!
Now I have been taken off the oxygen, and waiting and waiting for them to pick up the equipment. I received a text on Monday and Tuesday stating that they would come for the equipment those days. After 3 calls to Lincare asking for a time frame I finally received a call back from the driver. He now tells me that he is in the area on Fridays only. I have wasted my time on Monday, and Tuesday waiting for them. Terrible patient support. MD ordered a Nebulizer for me. They sent only the hose. They finally called me back, a month later, saying that they would be sending me the Nebulizer. I told them I no longer needed it, as I had already purchased my own.

Working with this company has been a nightmare. I have received wrong equipment multiple times. I have had to ask them to stop charging my account several times and I am still being charged. I was told I had to deliver the equipment they sent me in error to their office to get things resolved. I drove there and I'm still getting things in the mail and getting charged. No one ever gives me a receipt or anything showing that have received my returns. I want my money back and my financial information wiped from the account.
