This website leads you to believe that you are renewing your passport online. They collect personal information including your social security number, information about parents, etc. They collect money and then after you pay, you find out that they are only filling out a form that you could have filled out for free. It is very misleading, and I would like a full refund. Please see the attached screenshot of ther website and the link to "Apply to renew your passport".Initial Complaint

Similar as the other complaints. I went online believing that i would pay $68 for a passport to go towards my application however i got to the post office they had me pay $150 and told me that the place was not legit and i should never have to pay for the form. Went online to renew passport and this was the link that popped up. Filled out the form and paid the $88.85 not knowing it wasnt for the passport. Didnt feel good that I hadnt received confirmation email so I started doing research and learned this place is a scam. Just placed order yesterday so I emailed them right away for refund as I see their site pays 100% refund. Im hoping this will reach others first before being scammed. I filled it out for both my husband and I. Two different debit cards so need refund for both. Attached are our order numbers. Please help!Initial Complaint

I went to a government website to find out what I needed to renew my current expired passport. I followed the prompts and information from the website which took me to a place to fill out the form online. I went through the entire form thinking that after I enter all my information and pay the fee, the form would be submitted and I would go get a passport photo and the process would be complete. Once completing the form, I was prompted to pay $67.88 to your service and then received and email to print and send the application. Once reading the email, it shows that I actually have to send $130 and the application to the **********************. I could have just printed the paperwork, filled it out myself and sent it in. How dare you charge such a fee to fill out information that can just be printed. You have offered no service whatsoever and it's absolutely disgusting that you would pray on people already spending a significant amount of money for passport renewal. I require a full refund immediately or will continue to post negative complaints on any and all services possible.Initial Complaint

I went to a website that I thought was a government passport site. **********************. The site captured my passport application information and charged me $68. Afterwards I was redirected to a real passport website. I received an email saying I could download my completed form which was totally useless since the same form is available for free on the real site as well as my local post office.The final straw for me was reviewing my credit card statement and seeing that charge went to a site called "form filler" not even the site that I was on. So not only did they disguise themselves as a government website, they are also hiding the fact that their real business is simply filling out forms.Had I known that this was a form filling service, I would have immediately aborted. I thought I was entering my info to renew my passport . I entered all my personal info and cc info and was charged ***** , It was not even for my passport it was just collecting my info .Business Response

I need to renew my passport online. The first website that comes up is this us passport and ***** above the US Passport 'real' site. I selected renew my passport online and completed all the information - A LOT OF INFORMATION, then I paid a fee $85.83 to request a passport and a passport card. I received a form to download and send in, basically I paid to complete a form that I need to print and mail and then pay ********************** for the passport for $160, then an extra $60 if I wanted it expedited. I do not need it expedited but that 'site' would have charged me directly the $60 and I would have received nothing for selecting those extra charges. This is very misleading and the ********************** - *************** should shut this down. I did not need to pay to fill out a form. I am since submitted my renewal with the actual agency for $130.Initial Complaint

They lead you to believe that you are paying the passport fees when in reality they are only providing you with a filled in ***. The *** is not even filled in correctly to the government standards. The **** worker went through my form and had me fill in additional sections and corrected one other piece. He also said the shipping label they provide is not how the **** recommends sending passports/applications.I am not submitting supporting documents due to the amount of my personal information. This company advertised that they provide a one stop service for renewing your passport. They had me fill out the form online and print it . They charged me $68 that I believed was to be put towards the passport renewal fee of $130 and it was not. This website was an impostor of the official government website for passport renewal. On approximately 2/18/25 I was redirected to the business when searching for the State Department site to apply for a new passport. The website appears official and states that the service will allow the passport applicant to complete their application from home. At several points the website implies that their service covers the entire process "start to finish." The website implies that payments are being made the US state department. It is not until the user has paid their application fee that they are informed they must also apply in person and pay additional fees. The companies provided phone number does not have service agents available. Some examples from the website:"Forget about complicated paperwork and long waitsUSA Passport Online allows you to manage everything from the comfort of your home, with our user-friendly interface leading you through each stage for a seamless, stress-free experience.""Our expert team delivers complete support from start to finish, guaranteeing accurate and timely submissions.""Once your purchase is complete, we will provide you with clear, step-by-step guidance for the full process."
