    On approximately 2/18/25 I was redirected to the business when searching for the State Department site to apply for a new passport. The website appears official and states that the service will allow the passport applicant to complete their application from home. At several points the website implies that their service covers the entire process "start to finish." The website implies that payments are being made the US state department. It is not until the user has paid their application fee that they are informed they must also apply in person and pay additional fees. The companies provided phone number does not have service agents available. Some examples from the website:"Forget about complicated paperwork and long waitsUSA Passport Online allows you to manage everything from the comfort of your home, with our user-friendly interface leading you through each stage for a seamless, stress-free experience.""Our expert team delivers complete support from start to finish, guaranteeing accurate and timely submissions.""Once your purchase is complete, we will provide you with clear, step-by-step guidance for the full process."

    I clicked on an official government website (as I was led to believe) to renew my passport. When I finished the online paperwork, I was charged $67.88. Then I received an email from this company with a prefillled DS-82 form which is what I actually paid for ************** add, they have all of of my personal information including my social security number, address, place of birth, and my parents information as well.

    This website makes you believe that you can renew your passport online with them instantly. This is false. You enter in all of your data and numbers for them to just sent you a form that has to be mailed in. I tried to email them and the email bounced. I tried to find a phone number but can't. This is a complete bait and switch situation.

    Date of transaction: 3/5/25 Amount: $64.88 I was under the impression that easy form filler would help me obtain my passport but the advertisement was a scam. All they did was put my most basic information into the paperwork that I could have done myself. The only information they took before charging me was my name, address, parents names and address, and my social security number. This company is a complete scam!

    This company is a scam. Paid $85 for forms that stopped being used 3 years ago. i would like my money back

    Like many others have described, the service provided is misleading. It appears that you are paying the fee for a passport, only to find out that you still have to pay the fee to the *******************. Nowhere during the process does it indicate that it is solely a form filling service and that it can be done for free. I have requested a refund from the company.

    i paid 85 dollars for something I couldve done myself for free & it was wrong. I want my money back. the website is deceiving and unfair.

    I was trying to apply for my passport and got put to this site. It said I was paying the application but it was just the form which is free to fill out. This is not applying for the application fee like what they said.

    I was under the impression that this company would help us obtain the passport for our child. Once I submitted I realized that they do nothing but complete an online form that could have completed for *free*. They charged $65 and now have our sons social security number and birthday, as well as name and address. Im honestly scared.
