I talked to a rep yesterday who said we are behind from Sept until now. No record of payments sent and processed per their request by mail. The bank informed me today that they did, in fact, deposits the payments sent and I am now holding on to Nov AND Dec payment until further notice and the issues is resolved and updated. ******* I spoke with essentially lied about having processed the check payment that was sent OR they lost the record of it. ******* didnt even MENTION anything about an outage or cyber issues and kept informing of the late status of my account and that it needed prompt attention. ******* I talked to went as far as to tell me I needed to send a WIRE TRANSFER via western union. Absolutely not. I will not be doing that. Nothing but bad things to say about this whole issue and the way they are handling it. Im not even sure if I was talking to a legit rep or they are still hacked given the advice I received on the phone. I will be getting an attorney if this doesnt resolve.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

My loan was recently transferred to this company, and my payment that was due December 1st has not came out of my bank account yet. I need to speak with someone as soon as possible over the phone about this, but the customer service team is terrible and unreachable even though I call during business hours!! I feel helpless. It says my account should be available at this time online but it is not. I do not want it to be prolonged and potentially damage my credit. The website does not recognize my old loan number, the new one, or my social security number. I have never had problems with a mortgage company until now.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

Unfortunately my loan was sold to this company exactly 1 year ago and I have had several problems since then. It is difficult getting straight answers from them. They do not use escrow funds to pay taxes and insurance as required without advising the customer. Every person you speak to have a different explanation of the errors then they transfer you to a different department when they have caught in tbeir lies trying to cover their errors. I hate that the mortgage companies does not give you a choice when they are transferring your loans over. They also draft payments from your account without knowledge and have the nerve to catch an attitude when you ask to cancel the transaction. They do not hold themselves accountable for their actions causing home owners thousands of dollars for their mistakes. The worst company I have ever dealt with.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

**************** After they were Cyber Attacked, AGAIN, and their website went back online, I logged in to see if the payment Scheduled was still going to come out. Website said I had nothing scheduled and that I needed to enter my checking account to schedule a payment. So I did that. They took 2 house payments out of my account. Over drafting me and causing me over draft fees. I called them so they could correct this. They are going to refund me in about 15 days via a check they are going to mail me. They are not putting it back in my account and I have to jump through hoops now to get them to refund my over draft fees too. Keep your check. I'm not making another mortgage payment again until February since you already got December and January this week. Next step us trying to figure out how to pay my other bills now. Thanks Lakeview. We are sorry to hear of your experience but please know that Lakeview was not attacked again. The particular company handling your loan was a completely separate company and entity from Lakeview.
They are both assisting and refunding customers who did experience duplicate payment issues as quickly as they can, including overdraft fees where applicable. T
Typically the only time a check would not be refunded is if the account was not current at that time, but we will reach back to you and further research what occurred.

This company is terriable. While doing payment they showed error message with payment did not go through. But in next day it deducted from my bank account. Due to this issue i paid double payments. When i called them they do not give concrete information when they refund my money back. I need money back asap to complete another transaction. As of today, I cannot log in to my account to make a payment and still can't access my account. I have been trying since November and their website freezes after I enter my login credentials and the page disappears also no luck on the phone been hung up on several times. Weve had our escrow analysis done and two times they raised our payments. We arent paying our mortgage until we resolve the escrow error. At some point we might have to contact a lawyer. *** owned several homes and this is by far the worst customer care weve received. If you want to reach out to us and get your payments then call us. I have been trying to make my mortgage payment for weeks. I have not been able to access my account through the website or App, I deleted and redownloaded the app several times thinking it was something wrong on my end. I called and finally was able to talk to someone on 11/21 who said they had closed down all the online access and did not have access to any accounts to due a privacy/ protection breach. I explained I was trying to make my payment and asked if their would be any late charges or be in trouble for not being able to make my payment. they stated no their would be no penalties and to call back and try again on monday. I called back this week after receiving an email stating they were back online, an automated message came on stating they recognized my account and to input my last 4 ssn to verify and stated how much my due amount was and my late fee. it said I would be able to make a payment online, still not able to access the website or app. I attemtped to call again several times and have not been able to get through to talk to a person or get back into my account. I feel my information is vulnerable now and dont trust making a payment or inputting my info online especially without talking with an actual agent.
