Have been trying to login to my account since the 23rd to pay my mortgage. There website has been down since then and when you call, they tell you they don't have any information as to when their website will be up. it's the 28th and my mortgage is due on the 1st. I have been trying to pay my mortgage since 11/12/2023. All of a sudden the phones arent working and the representatives dont have access to any of anyone loan info. The app nor web login is working. I received a statement charging me a late fee along with an increase in my mortgage. I've been trying to get into my online service account for 4 days, and I cannot login into my account. First two days my screen stayed on a loading screen for over an hour. They have refused to take our payments, they have jerked us around for months, raised our payment multiple times for no reason with no notice. And now have foreclosed on our home even though we have they money and have spent morha trying to pay them. I have never known a more crooked and shady company in my life!! This company must hire the biggest con artist/scammers they can find. My mortgage was sold to this scam of a company almost a year ago, and immediately they went up on my mortgage by $300. When I called them to ask the why did my mortgage increase, they said you had an escrow shortage. I called my previous mortgage company to see if I had a shortage and they confirmed I didn't and told me the balance of my escrow. After not being able to afford my mortgage of $1719 and fallen behind on my mortgage by one month, I decided to call them to see why haven't they updated my tax exemption. While speaking to a a big scamming call rep, I asked her why haven't you'll honor my tax exemption? She said we did honor your exemption that's why your mortgage decreased by $80. Mind you, that decrease happened before I submitted my tax explanation. The call rep. told me that my escrow is still short by $1900 and can I pay that today. I told her No. After me telling her that my mortgage should've went down far more if the exemption was applied. She lied and told me that that's the amount my exemption was for. I asked her for a copy of my payout and received it just recently. When I looked through the paperwork it says my escrow balance is $4489. Why did she lie and say my escrow has to be $5000 and I'm short by $1900. These ppl are forcing me to sell this house because I don't want to deal with their lies and scamming of the people. No one never has a good review about this company. Someone needs to really investigate. I'm tired and stressed. I wouldn't refer this company to my archenemy.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

Less than 1 Star. Negative star. Been trying for 6 weeks to get my escrow acct fixed and the Tax parcel changed to the correct one. Have been lied too, passed on to others, refused to give us their Tax people phone number or names, was told it was fixed and issue closed, but once again lied too.. ************* we have delt with in 75 years.
