I have had nothing but issues with this lender ever since they bought out our loan. I have been on the phone multiple times about them shorting my payments. Every time they said "yes, we see and we will fix this". Two weeks later and I am still being lied to. I would never ever suggest anyone use them as you lender! **VETERANS BEWARE!!!** Lakeview will not honor any tax breaks/exemptions you have earned through your military service. They have received my benefits letter twice in less than a year, and I am still waiting for them to review and make a determination as to if they want to give it to me or notas if the letter they received doesnt say that I have earned it.In the interim, my mortgage has increased twice, and they have the nerve to tell me I am late on something! Not to mention that their customer service is atrocious! I imputed what it asked me to, and it tells me that it doesnt recognize the information, but it recognizes my phone number? My wife hasnt had problems when contacting them too. If you are looking for a mortgage company, keep looking! This one will I walk all over you.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

Very unprofessional and inconsistent. Have a current mortgage with them and was looking to refinance to do some home improvements. Called them and told them what I was looking for and they went no problem. Had the house appraised and my cost and then they informed me that they do not do cash out mortgages on manufactured homes. Let me remind you that they have the mortgage and was looking at that information when we began this process. I requested to get my money back along with the copy of the appraisal and so far crickets. Not a word from them.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

Been trying for months trying to get unemployment forbearance with them. They're "not tech savvy enough" to receive a PDF and why they couldn't. It takes ***** hrs for them to receive something via Email. Their website for applying for assistance is going "through an update" and I've called them 3 times to verify and to check on my loan assistance application.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

Lakeview took two mortgage payments out of my account. 1500 dollars taken out twice. I noticed it immediately and when I called was told I can ask for a refund but it will take weeks for it to be transferred back to my account. Weeks. I am not overdrawn and I have a newborn, food to buy and other bills to pay. I called my bank and they said the soonest they could do was 10 days. How can a company process the loan twice (their mistake) and tell me it will take weeks before my money will be in my account. Now I am overdrawn and have no idea what we will do until my next pay. I think at the very least any overdraft fees I get they should have to pay them. I am going to immediately see how I can switch my loan to another mortgage company. Took an unauthorized payment out of my account for over $1700. Nobody can tell me how or why. But I have to jump through 99 hoops to get my money back? That is insane. Definitely caused my bank account to go into the negative. So they got the money that I did not owe them and I cannot actually pay the companies that I do owe. Might be a good idea to not store your payment info on the website. Make the payment and then remove it. This company is a joke. I called to pay the back back escrow and my house payment. The following month I find out the only payment that was made was the escrow. I spoke to 2 people at Lakeview and neither of them told me I could not make 2 payments on the same day. So apparently, the escrow payment cancelled out my house payment. When I called to make the current months payment, this is what I was told. Does this company train their employees? With the economy the way it is, I can't even afford to eat, and Lakeview lets their employees s**** their customers and charge fees for their (Lakeview's) mistakes. Disgusting! My last mortgage company should NEVER had sold my mortgage to Lakeview. These people have no idea what they are doing. Unless what they are trying to do is take people's homes from them for their benefit. That's exactly what it looks like to me. Money hungry, unhumanitarian company is my opinion of Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC. Getting out as soon as I can. So glad I was able to buy my very 1st home and get a mortgage company who doesn't care about their customers. They would rather pad their pockets instead.
