  Login to pay site is horrible. changes from myloancare to Lakeview and then says it wont login. Over and over again. I like to make my payments online and dont want to automate. website constantly blocks you from logging in. Able to login on phone but the pop up windows block the pay screen. USELESS!

  The WORST experience I have ever had dealing with a loan company! They acquired my loan from an excellent mortgage company and I have had nothing but problems since. They offered to do a streamline refi and I was told there was NO out of pocket cost. That was a lie, the loan officer was incompetent, impossible to contact, never returned calls or emails, and I could never get answers. The title person was worse, she sat on my title search for weeks because I reported her for allowing some guy to have access to her phone and I got vulgar texts. After the weeks of dealing with the streamline refi I had to pay $1000+ and still don't know where that money went it's nowhere on my account and even the staff can't account for it. I have the cancelled check so I know someone cashed it. Then I got a notice in October that my payment was going up over $200 a month. After days of trying to get someone on the phone I final got through and was told my Escrow account was short!! There is NO reason for it to be short! They said I had to pay the shortage of $1273 or deal with the increased payment. I paid the shortage and now It doesn't show on my acct. that I was to one who paid it and it was never accounted for on my taxes! I wish they would sell my loan back to my previous mortgage company!

  Horrible customer service! They Acquired my account from my original mortgage company and has my account under the wrong name and refuses to change it. Takes forever to talk to someone and then when you do they cant help you. Website never works correctly and after 45 mins on the phone with a manager they still wouldnt help me. This is the worst mortgage company I have ever had!!! NEVER use this company by choice!

  We have owned our home for 3 years. Company continues to pay land taxes but not mobile taxes. I start calling and emailing the Dec before they are due in Jan. **** continue to tell me they are paid yet my county office says they are not. Usually paid by Feb with penalties then my loan amount goes up. This year same thing except now its March and they are yet to be paid, again they tell me they are paidLoanCare services our loan under Lakeview.

  I'm on my 3rd attempt at sending forbearance papers for my mortgage. My husband caught covid for the 2nd time last year, which caused a two-week stint in the hospital. It sent our finances into a tailspin, and we're just trying to get ahead of it.It's so frustrating because I can't view or access the forms on the website now. I called this morning and was told I must send the documents again. On this occasion, I will send it via certified mail and to the email address given.My assumption is the company is experiencing growing pains but the consumers are catching the brunt of the organizational overhaul.

  0 stars. Am getting a notice on my credit report that they haven't received payment for Feb. 1st due date however, received a payment on January 27th and another payment received Feb. 28th. The statement says my Feb. 1st payment is 36 days past due. Payment history shows payment made every month since acquired in July. Also had to deal with failure on their part to note insurance on the property and therefore bought there own insurance on my property which was already insured. They are a mess. Can't wait to find out how this incredible mistake was made. I need a new loan company NOW!

  Hope you don't have these people as your mortgage company. Forget about security, even when you type in the right password, it takes you to the wrong webpage. This sin is the doing of ***** Fargo, they sold a lot of people's mortgages to garbage companies, that have no customer service and never apply your on-time payments on time. I just want to pay my bill, so why do they make it difficult?

  Lakeview Loan escrow department managed to send my homeowner's insurance to an insurance company I've never used (Liberty Mutual) and to some other homeowner's policy number. That was in November 2022 and after over 8 hours on the phone, multiple "resolved" claims, and promises that it will be resolved **** business days later, I still don't have my money back in March of 2023. The incompetence of a company to (1) disburse money to the wrong company, (2) disburse money to the wrong policy number, and (3) not be able to get that money back once the issue is identified is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I have no ability to change my loan servicer, otherwise I would have left Lakeview long ago. What an awful company and awful experience.
