DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My loan was sold to them a month ago! I have not been able to speak to a single person with that company. Ive sent multiple emails and have called and called. On their website you can send a message just for them to tell you to call customer service! Theres no customer service period. Worst company Ive ever dealt with.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

I discovered by happy accident that this SCAM COMPANY charged me 1 month's extra interest every time I made an additional payment towards my principal - so be careful!I have been dealing with them for months, writing them and calling them, and in the end I determined that I could not trust them with extra payments so I went in and increased my monthly autopay to avoid the additional payments that they can't process correctly.Behold! They messed that up too... they claimed that I missed a payment, then cancelled my autopay, and after I called them and thought I got it fixed - they reported me to the credit companies and dumped my near perfect 800+ credit score to the 600s and I have never missed a payment in my life, have everything on autopay, and always pay ahead.The only useful thing I have gotten them to do, was to credit the extra interest they had charged me back to my account, thus admitting their guilt, but they did it as sneakily as possible by just making adjustments to the balance I owe.I wish *************** had not sold my mortgage to Lakeview, but maybe *************** is in on the scam too.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

Horrible company. Reads scam all over it. Our mortgage was sold off to this joke of an LLC. Ever since December we make payments on time,get confirmations and the money never gets taken out. Then they always have an excuse of a "data breach" if you manage to get one of their inept "employees". The ******** last time thought he put us on hold and the whole time we can hear him and his "co worker" joking and insulting us. Now just this month the payment issue comes up after we have payment confirmations and money never comes out. Now they are saying we need to pay next 6 months by check or western union! All because of their lack of ability to do anything besides lick a window. Avoid this company at all costs. I hope the BBB is reviewing these and do something about this.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

Since the data breach Ive had nothing but problems , I pay from my same bank account that has not changed. New app. I have snapshots that prove paid and on they account transaction listed it shows amount and February date but then I sign in to pay march and says past due and contact them? They payment for feb never went in and now I need to send a certified bank check for 6 months!? How in 3 months do I have the same problem over and over again. Horrible. This is the worst loan servicing company I have ever had. What a joke of customer service. They tried to add hazard insurance for over $3,000 when I already had insurance through ************ No one ever called me; they just added it because they bought the loan and did not have record of the insurance and had to jump through hoops to try to get it removed.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

I was overcharged on my taxes- by Lakeview Loancare. I received a bill from both counties for 1700 and 3700. I was charged 3300 and 3700. I paid the shortage in my escrow in FULL to cover my end thinking they would rectify and refund the remainder. what ended up happening instead was they put me into a shortage before my payment posted giving me an "advance" on my escrow. This in turn caused the payment that i made IN FULL to pay them back instead. When contacted hey said they would investigate and i heard nothing back. I called multiple times after that and this was during the breach so the phones were down. Finally after a while i spoke to someone who then said this should be sorted and i would get the refund on the extra county taxes. This never happened, instead, i have continued being "short" on escrow and instead of now my money going into escrow it is being used to pay back these "advances" they have supposedly given me. The customer service is a nightmare and every single person I have talked to cannot help or say something along the lines of "yeah that's weird i'm not sure exactly what's going on". I work in customer service and get it, call center life is tough, but this is a lot of money we are talking about and i need real answers to this. I don't mind paying higher if it's warranted but I know for a fact its NOT. I got the tax bill to my home, i know how much it was. i called both counties to confirm the amount, i covered all my bases.
