      Horrible company! I had my delivery scheduled two weeks in advance and confirm multiple times, including the day of the delivery. After the delivery window came and went without Ryder showing up a got a new email and text asking to schedule the delivery. What?!? I called their customer service and all they said was that it was not on today's schedule and I had to schedule it. How come I got multiple confirmations and reminders of the delivery, including one just an hour before, and then they tell me it wasn't scheduled! And they said they had no idea why! Now I have to wait another week and take another day off without pay to see if they will actually appear. It's shameful that prestigious brands like West Elm and Pottery Barn work with such a disorganized company that has such poor service.

      Horrendous experience.Had a $3500 nordictrack treadmill delivered and set up by this company and their "white glove delivery" service.I provided the workers drinks, offered food, and left them a generous tip. Yet any time I asked any questions they'd begin speaking to each other in Spanish and seemed too preoccupied watching the world cup on their phones. At the conclusion of the installation they failed to set the treadmill up properly by failing to wire key components of the motor. When I asked why the belt was skipping and turning off randomly they blamed nordictrack, and it ended up resulting in me waiting six weeks to get the treadmill fixed. When a tech came out he showed me how poorly the treadmill was set up and installed.I'll never, ever use this company again.

      I have spent over seven hours at this point on hold with Pottery Barn Teen and Ryder to try to get a damaged cabinet returned and replaced. I won't go into all the twists and turns, but suffice to say, I have been on hold for hours at a time and then am inevitably transferred as soon as I finally get through to a person. At one point, I even got a call back from a ****** and **** representative, who had somehow become involved because I had once had a cabinet from SL delivered by Ryder. I am beyond frustrated that Pottery Barn takes no accountability for their delivery service and instead expects customers to spend long periods of time figuring out how to navigate their convoluted supply chain rather than just owning the issue. This is the last time I will order something from Pottery Barn as long as they continue to partner with Ryder.

      I have had this company deliver 3 different items and each time was a huge hassle. They are not accommodating and do not listen to the customer. When they only delivered part of my couch, I got the run around and was inconvenienced by having to take another day off of work for the other part to be delivered. I've spoken with countless employees who are not helpful and cannot offer any solutions. They also left my $1000 piece of furniture at my door with nobody home. It's just a terrible company with no accountability.

      Awful experience. Scheduled delivery for a bed, confirmed to 11AM-1PM. Worked hard to get morning off to receive delivery. Deconstructed, removed old bed from room and dropped off bed to donation center. Oops!! No delivery. Called, zero explaination, zero apology, zero assurance if or when it will be deliverered. **************** was awful. Poor employees. Must be an horrible place to have a customer service job. Tried to remain calm with the person but extremely annoying so venting here. Still waiting for information about bed. Probably stuck in some warehouse. Unfortunately when you buy a product its not clear who will be delivering but avoid this business if possible. Im reaching out to the company I bought the bed from so hopefully they can consider a different option for their deliveries.

      If your furniture is miraculously not broken in transit after waiting 3 months for it to deliver from the time of order and you dont then have to wait 2 more months for the replacement as we did, at minimum this company is furiously unable to predict their timing. For example, theyll give you a window of 3-5PM and remind you 5 times of it in the preceding days, then theyll call at 1130AM and say theyre 30 minutes away, then show up an hour or more later. They wont know if they are supposed to assemble the furniture or not, even if your order says you paid for it. Simply awful to deal with and a dread to have to have them come to your house.

      Reading all the other reviews I am shocked you guys are still in business! To reiterate what others are saying "YOU SUCK"!!!!! Same as all the others....I was given a window of 1-3PM, waited an entire day, they kept telling me the "truck was on its way". Never showed and never called back that day. 3 days later someone calls to say the driver had run out of DOT hours which is why he didn't show. So, they reschedule for over a week later. Not, so sorry that happened let us bring it out to you today! Nope! Now, over a week later and same thing is happening. ****AM window and it's 11AM and they are telling me they will still be here during that time frame. However, the truck hasn't left the warehouse (and their warehouse is more than an hour from my home). Their customer service is terrible, totally incapable of giving any kind of a straight/honest/meaningful answer. Meanwhile, they have my very expensive dining room table that I needed for Christmas. What kind of condition is it in when it finally arrives and I doubt they care that they ruined both my holiday party last weekend and looks like my Christmas dinner this weekend if it doesn't show! No Table! To reiterate what others are saying "YOU SUCK"!!!!!

      Ryder attempted to deliver a dresser I ordered from Anthropologie twice .The first time they broke the marble top but told me that it arrived to their warehouse damaged. I called Anthropologie and they did a replacement . The second time they called me on the day of the delivery an hour before and told me that the marble top is broken again !! WTH ! How can you be so careless and irresponsible to break the same piece of furniture twice? I called Anthropologie again and they have ordered another replacement and have promised to check the furniture before shipping to Ryder now hoping that the third one doesnt break again . Worst customer service and such an irresponsible company !

      I recently purchased a box truck at one of Ryder dealership. The unit number is 313236. When I bought the unit, Ryder gave me two tickets of PM. First time I took the truck to ryder Chanelview for repairs and PM, the manager ****** told me that Ryder was going only to cover the PM and would have to pay for additional repairs. This was on October 21 2022. My company pays $2,600 for additional repairs. October 27, Ryder called me and advised that the truck were ready for pick up. I picked the truck on Friday October 28. Monday November 1, I sent the truck on the road from Houston y to California. Thursday November 4, while the driver was driving, on highway 5 to Bakersfield, the engine broke down. I towed to truck to nearest shop. Mechanic advised that there was not enough oil in the engine that caused the problem. I contacted Ryder to explain the situation on November 4. November 7 around 1200, Ryder called me and advised they were going to reimburse $540 for PM not done. Although, they put an oil change sticker on my front Glace to show that oil was change, they did not do it. In conclusion never trust Ryder or buy any unit from them. My case is not over yet. Will keep you updated

      I'm going to describe your company in two words "YOU SUCK"!!! I don't know how you are still in business. My delivery was scheduled between 2:30-4:30. No one had the courtesy to call and let me know that my order was delayed, When I called I was told that my delivery had been rescheduled to 7pm. Long story short they showed up to my door step at 9pm. I had to miss a day from work and all customer service had to say was "we are sorry". They are not willing to do anything to make it better. Ryder last mile YOU SUCK!!!!
