      Ryder has had my piece for over a month. Per the contract they had ********************** which they did not. Weeks of complaints to the shipper and multiple requests for them to contact me ( which they did not) I finally ****** formation for delivery. Delivery was scheduled for today between 8am and 10pm. When it didn't arrive I called to wait in hold for an hour. When speaking with an agent, I was told there were no notes, only that For "some reason" my package was on its way to ************* ( opposite direction of where I live). Then I was simply told "let's just say that you're not the only person Ryder has disappointed." Are you kidding me?

      Am going to be on my third attempt at getting my new mattress delivered and getting the old one picked up by them. The first time was scheduled and never received a call and never showed up. Yesterday was the second. Was supposed to show up from 2-4. Get a call at 5 saying he's on the way. Said I wasn't home and you're an hour late. Again said he's on the way. Had to again say I'm not home and you will be over an hour late. Sarcastically asks me what do I want to do. Obviously this needs to be rescheduled yet again. Appears they believe our time means nothing to them. When I reschedule this time, will definitely be letting them know not to be late or they can take it all the way back to ************ **. Which is over a 5 hour drive from me. My time is very valuable especially this time of year. Not to mention can pay the $8 bridge toll each and every time this happens

      Horrible .. got over on me because I was knew to the business. Took advantage of my lack of knowledge and Sold me an undersized unit. With the unit being undersized its heard for me to get consistent loads now Im being sued by a lender !

      I ordered furniture from Anthropologie. The drivers went to the wrong address two times. When they finally made it, they damaged my property. I have been spending the last 7 months trying to get reimbursed for the damage. They have been non responsive to my claim. They passed me to an internal claims processor who requested documentation and proof. I then spent 3 months obtaining the level of proof they wanted. They then passed the claim to Progressive. Progressive has been ignoring me for 2 months. Therefore this claim is still outstanding and I have damaged property and am being ignored after spending hundreds of dollars of my own money to repair the preoprty they damaged. This is a hit and run so I am really upset at the lack of accountability.

      Too bad its not possible to give zero stars. Yesterday was the third time Ryder was supposed to deliver my west elm couch. 1st - no call/no show. **************** had no answers but promised a supervisor would call. I called back several times but could never speak to supervisor. 2nd - one piece of my 3 piece sofa was delivered with no explanation where the other pieces were. I called Ryder again and was told they didnt know why, but the other 2 piece didnt make it on the truck. I again asked for supervisor, they said one would call *********. Never heard from one. 3rd - no call/no show. I called customer service AGAIN and they said there wasnt a reason that they could find. Same supervisor run around.All 3 times I received an email and text the day before delivery confirming delivery window. All three times I got a text the day of confirming my delivery window.No supervisor from Ryder has ever called me back. Ive missed 3 days (will soon be 4) to be home for this couch delivery. 4 DAYS. Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence. I will never buy anything from West Elm or ANY company that has any affiliation with Ryder

      Original delivery arrived at the house damaged. Exchange arrived at their warehouse damaged, so we arranged a second exchange. That one also arrived damaged. We gave up and asked to return the item. I scheduled a pickup for the return. Their automated service cut out, we called back to confirm it was scheduled for the 11th. I got repeated voicemails and texts asking me to schedule the return; I called AGAIN to confirm we were set for the 11th. Got the 2 hour time window on the 10th and confirmed that that date worked. Then got a text today, the 11th, asking me to confirm pickup for tomorrow. I called to inquire, and they said I had never confirmed the time slot on the 11th. I have a confirmation email for the time slot, so that it absolutely false. The pickup is now scheduled for the 12th. We'll see if anything actually happens. I would NEVER recommend this service. I'd leave zero starts if I could.

      I've had my "white glove" delivery scheduled 3 times now. 1st time they called after my delivery window had passed and said Driver had "family emergency". It took 3 weeks to reschedule the delivery. Then the on the rescheduled delivery date they called me saying the item wasn't in their warehouse. I then had to re-order the item (at no cost to me at least) and wait for it to ship to Ryder and for them to reschedule my delivery all of which took almost a month. Then today I was supposed to receive my delivery between 10am and noon. I received a notification around 11 that they would be here in 20 minutes. 2 hours later still no delivery. I called and after a very long hold time in which a recording keeps suggesting due to high call volume that you leave your number and they will call you back (they won't I've tried that on previous occasions), I was told they don't know why I haven't received my delivery and they would send a request to the drivers to update me. Still no update. Not sure if I'm getting a delivery today or not at this point.

      First they lost a piece of my West Elm sectional. I had to reorder the piece. One month later they sent me the invitation email to schedule appointment for delivery, today was delivery day, this morning they sent me an email saying that my order had to be canceled because they could not find it in their warehouse.

      Delivery drivers who were also installing the product we purchased damaged our personal property. In front of our faces damaged our denied denied they did it. The same day I started the claims process with Ryder and Pottery Barn. Its been a month and no resolution, just lots of back and forth emails saying someone will get in touch with me. Ill never order anything again from pottery barn, ******** Sonoma or a company that utilizes Ryder Last Mile. Horrific experience.

      Horrid experience. Ordered box spring/mattress from JCPenney. They delivered before scheduled time and left both out IN THE RAIN leaning against my garage door! Being a 68 year woman I was unable to move them into my garage with plastic cover being stuck on my garage door handle. This made my garage be in the half open position for several hours until a relative could come to help me move it. Wasted about six hours of my day with the embarassment of having mattress/box spring in my driveway for hours. To top it off, it was three and a half weeks before they would reschedule a pick-up. The pick-up went fine and I did speak to at least one pleasant customer service person. Of course, I re-ordered from a different store that had better delivery service. Will not be dealing with them ever again.
