      On March 3, 2023, placed an order (#*****) for a custom size Hot Tub Spa Cover for $459.00 including tax and shipping. Florida Spa Covers confirmed they were processing the order and then advised of a shipment date. I requested they delay the shipment date due to my being out of town and not available to receive it. A new shipment date was scheduled for 5/5/23 with a delivery of 5/17/23. Florida Spa Covers provided a tracking number with YRC.com freight company. I checked the *** of the shipment but it showed the item being at a terminal in ******* and the movement dates just being extended out on a daily basis. A case file with YRC.com (CAS-918266-TDB6JE) describes the item picked up from the shipper but lost in YRC.com's system. Seeing BBBs other complaints on this company makes me wonder if YRC ever received the shipment! Florida Spa Covers advises in their confirmation of the order to contact them if there is any problem receiving the product and they will file a claim with the freight company. I have tried to contact Florida Spa Covers numerous times by email (3) and phone (6) to initiate the claim or to explain to me what is going on with no response. A phone call goes to a recorder device and you never get a live person or a response to your call. To protect myself, I have filed a "dispute charges" to my credit card with the card holder bank.

      I ordered a spa cover from this company on April 16th. Order number *****. When cover was delivered, the item had obvious damage (according to neighbor who was receiving it for me) and delivery was rejected. I contacted this company to understand how long it would take to manufacture and ship a new cover and was told 2 1/2 weeks. It is now June 28th and have not heard back from this company despite numerous attempts to email and call searching for an update. The total cost of the spa cover was $672 for which I have already been charged. Based on my review of some of the other complaints about this company this seems to be a pattern.

      Got cover and returned it because it was damaged. They told me if damaged not to take it return it so I did. Have not got a replacement cover or money returned. Cover for my hot tub was ordered (11/23/2022). The cover had about 6 + holes in it some holes went into cover. ******

      Placed order for hot tub cover on 2/20/2023, $405.53. March 27, 2023 asked about status of the order, finally heard back from FSC on May 3, 2023, they asked for a full size template of the hot tub cover. I sent the requested template and it was received by FSC around May 10, 2023. Response email from FSC, said that I should receive the new cover in 2-3 weeks. After FSC received the template I had to pay an additional $74.90, to upgrade cover for outdoor use.We have made many phone calls and left messages without any response from FSC. I finally sent email on June 7, 2023, requesting a full refund for the cover of $405.53, that I have never received.

      Ordered spa cover 4/17/2023 - stated it would be about 6-8 weeks. I got an email on 6/19/2023 - stated my order was refunded.I have called them everyday since the "refund" and still have not received the refund.

      On April 16, 2023 I ordered a spa cover from Florida Spa Covers (FSC). On April 17th I received an email from FSC thanking me for my order and stating that production time would be 3.5 to 4.5 weeks. On June 19,th I had not received any communication from FSC regarding my order, so I called the company's contact number. No one answered so I left a message to inquire about my order and asked to please call me back. I also left a text message on FSC's website. At 8:00 pm on June 19th, I received an email from FSC stating that my order had been refunded. On June 21st, I had received no refund, so I called and left another voicemail message, since no one answered. I also responded to the June 19th email asking why I wasn't getting the spa cover and how and when to expect the refund. Called again on June 22nd-again no answer-left another message. No refund has been processed to the account I used to purchase the cover. I should have checked the BBB website before I ordered from this company but it looked legitimate. It sure seems like this business has a history of taking money and not providing a quality product. How are they still in business?

      Below is the listed spa cover I Purchased from Florida Spa. The company has a no return policy on improper measured spa covers. However, they also have an available option to size your spa cover by make and model. I provided my make and model "Hot Springs Spa - ENVOY".Florida Spa covers sent me an incorrect size that was to small. I have called and left 4 messages, I have emailed and left two emails. I provided my phone number, email and reason I was reaching out. I want to get the proper cover and return this incorrect cover. I do not feel that I am liable for this incorrect cover that was sent to me.       I bought a hot tub cover from Florida Spa as well as some other accessories in March 2023. They took $590.00 from my account. *** called them over and over. Its a machine and no one returns my calls. Ive left several messages. I had to turn off my hot tub as I now have no cover. The old one finally fell into pieces. My electric bill was $500 this month. I dont know what to do. Should I order another cover so we can at least use our hot tub or continue to wait on these jug heads to give me what I paid for. ?! Very upsetting. Please help.

      I am just now seeing the responses here.  I would like to reopen my case. Florida Spa did NOT refund my money.  There has been no deposit in my account from them.  I also do not see where they emailed me.

      Ordered Spa Cover, Lift assist, and solar blanket on November 8, 2022. Was supposed to be delivered February 3, 2023 via Yellow Freight. Informed it arrived damaged at their site and would not be delivered. After several calls finally spoke with someone and set up for replacement. Since then all phone calls go to voicemail with no returned calls. All emails no responses. Have attached the order and the email chain. Total amount of the 3 items ordered was $672.99 and have received 0 items to date. I would like to just get a spa cover at this point and no confidence this company can provide that for me so refund is preferred.
