      This is a follow up to a previous complaint #********.Current status update, per my email sent to business on 2/1/22. See email text:Hello -I placed this order on 10/27/22. Your website stated, "receive your spa cover in 2 weeks". Which is why I ordered from you. I then contacted you on 11/3/22 to check the delivery status and I received an email from you stating that it would be delivered by 12/21/22 "if not sooner".With no advanced warning, or shipment information email from you. The spa cover was delivered to my home yesterday, 1/31/22 - almost an additional 6 weeks past the date that was confirmed by you per our last conversation. And 14 weeks (3.5 months) past the date that I was to receive the cover - based on the point of sale. I was very surprised to have a freight delivery at my door - as it is February 1st and I thought the order was actually cancelled.Now in receipt of the cover, I placed it on the hot tub and the skirt is too short and the lid is too big. The cover is not to the dimension that I ordered:A - Measurements:80.5 B - Measurements:70 C - Measurements:10 Skirt Length:6"I received:A - Measurements:81.2 B - Measurements:70.7 Skirt Length:5.3"As you can image, I am not pleased to receive this cover with the wrong dimensions after waiting 4 months.How would you like to arrange for return and refund?Thank you,********************************** As, of now - no response from business.

      I ordered a spa cover and the freight company called to deliver it. We scheduled a time for delivery and the freight company called and said the check cover was torn down the middle and never delivered the item. They gave me a special code and return number and told me to call customer service to report the issue. I have called and emailed several times and get no response or they tell me they will call back and I dont get a return call. The spa cover was never delivered or replaced. I paid for the cover and have never received the cover. The cover was $489

      I ordered a spa cover on August 28, 2022 order number *****. Total cost $517. Cover was delivered damaged 10/26/2022. I refused delivery from the shipping company as instructed by Florida Spa Covers. Despite repeated attempts to communicate about next steps by leaving numerous voice mails and emails ever since that date, I have been unable to get any response to either get a replacement cover or a refund. No communication whatsoever.

      On 10-5-2022 I purchased a spa cover from Florida Spa Covers in *******, Florida. The cover has not been delivered. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service or anyone for that matter to no avail. I used a debit card for the transaction through my ********************************* out of ***********, *******.

      We purchased a Grey Hot Tub Cover online at Florida Spa Covers on September 4, 2022 & paid that day with credit card in 95 days ago. The Order # is ***** That order was completed over 95 plus days ago & have no hot tub to show for the purchase. We have called Florida Spa Covers 6-8 times in the past ********************************************************* credit card reimbursed, with no response from Florida Spa covers on an order we made 3 months ago. We keep getting a voicemail machine saying to leave a message, which we do & get no response back from Florida Hot Spas.

      Truth in advertising. Website states will ship in 14 days, which is why I purchased a hot tub cover from them on 10/27/22. Contacted them 11/7/22 to ask the status and received an email stating it will ship sometime after 12/22/22. Replied immediately about the ship in 14 days promo - never received a response. Called several times and emailed, no response and they do not answer their phone. On 11/29/22 called several times and finally got an incredibly rude man that stated you needed to pay for expedited shipping and only wanted to argue that the website stated that in the promo. IT DID NOT.

      I paid $419 for a replacement spa cover on October 13, 2022. I received an order confirmation- order #***** - outlining the aspects of the order. Standard production listed in terms of agreement are 7.5-8.5 weeks. We have one week left BUT no response from the company after several voice messages and emails is becoming increasingly concerning.

      I ordered a spa cover and paid in full roughly $700. I paid the extra money in order to receive expedited processing and that the product would ship within 14 days. We are now almost 60 days later and I cannot get a response from Florida Spa Covers. They don't answer emails or respond to voice messages. I live in ******* and because I didn't have the cover I had to pay someone to close my spa for the season instead of using it when we enjoy it the most. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. I think this company is violating consumer statutes with deceptive advertising and should not be permitted to charge before delivery of the product. The number of complaints is amazing.

      On October 25, 2022 I placed an order (#*****) for a spa cover and expedited production (ship within 14 business days) for a total cost of $415.16. On 11/14, I sent an email inquiring about when my product would ship because I paid $39 for expedited production and the website stated it would ship within 14 business days. I did not receive an answer. On 11/15, I sent another email stating I was going to dispute the $39 charge since the expedited production would have allowed my item to be shipped on 11/11. I request an update on my order. On 11/15, I receive an email from ******* stating if I am going to dispute she will cancel my order and provide a FULL refund and to let her know how to proceed. On 11/15, I inform her that I want the cover but will not pay the $39 if they are not able to ship within their terms of 14 business days. I then inform them that I noticed they changed their expedited shipping to ***** business days and that on 11/16 it will be 17 business days and to please provide an update. On 11/14, ******* then states she is placing my order on HOLD until the $39 dispute gets resolved. On 11/15, I ask her why she is holding my order and that I am requesting a shipping date within the agreement terms and I am requesting my $39 back since they are not able to adhere to their own terms of their agreement. No response from *******. On 11/16, I inform ******* that I was on hold for over 15 minutes to try to speak with **************** and I am still looking for a delivery date within their new agreement terms of ***** business days for a ship date of 11/21. I request a reply of either issuing me a full refund or return the $39 and give me a new delivery date. No response from *******. On 11/16 I call the business and leave a voice message. No response. On 11/17, I send another email asking for a response and at this point I want a 100% refund since I cannot get any response. STILL NO RESPONSE!!

      I ordered a spa cover and paid for expedited processing and shipping. When it was delivered, the box was torn and ripped in several places so I examined the cover. The vinyl was torn in multiple places and the seams were torn. I refused the shipment and called Florida Spa Cover. In my email paperwork, this is what it said to do. After calling and leaving multiple messages over the next 7 days, I received no call back and nobody ever answered the phone. After 10 days I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Florida spa cover responded that they do not allow returns or refunds, which directly contradicts their policy on the website and in my email. It has now been 6 weeks and I still have no direct communication from the company, no refund and no hot tub cover. My dispute is still open with the credit card company.
