      I reserved my car online and showed up to pick it up a few hours later at the airport. Waited in their long line for OVER an hour, just to be told by the staff at the desk that "they are not honoring any reservations made in the past 48 hours". This is ridiculous! If you can't honor reservations, then DON'T take people's money. We were told we would get refunded and we had to find another company and paid double because it was last minute. A few days passed and I received an INVOICE for a car I never rented because of THEIR booking error. I have been searching and trying to contact a human to dispute this, however, of course, they make it very difficult to locate any contact information for their horrible company on their OWN website. The "Help" tab is just pre-answer questions and has no contact information. This company is a total shame and is just taking people's money without upholding reservations.

      Vehicle pick-up was slow. 45minutes since the staff member decided to go hide in the bathroom instead of tend to the long line of customers.Vehicle was clean and had full tank of gas. Days after returning the vehicle I received an invoice for $150 for damage? This is unacceptable. The vehicle was not damaged in my care.

      I prepaid for an Intermediate SUV. They didnt have the vehicle I paid for and assured me they were going to give me the same size vehicle with an upgrade. Instead I got a downgrade in size. I got a *** X1. This vehicle is compact and very small compared to the ****** RAV. I told the Customer Rep. that I didnt care about the name. The size mattered because I am tall and my son is also tall. He assured me it was the same size. Once we got in the vehicle we realized it was compact, but we waited for an hour and didnt feel like waiting again. A simple exchange would have been fine but they wanted us to come back and exchange it or they would bring us an exchange at our cost. If the customer Rep did not lie to us we would have never accepted the vehicle. Instead of taking off $100, they insisted on a voucher for future use. I will never use that rental car company again. At this point I just want a $100 credited to my credit card.

      Never use this rental car company. This company is a complete fraud. I rented a car and returned it in the exact same condition that I took it out of the garage in. No one walked around the car with me when I rented it and no one walked around the car with me when I returned it. I am an optimist and was **** and did not take a video of the car myself. I will not make that mistake again. A week after I returned the car they sent me a letter stating that I had damaged the car and were charging me $448. At no time did we ever damage the car and the damage that they claimed that we did we absolutely did not do and was not there when I turn the car in. I have tried to call and email and have gotten absolutely no response. I asked for ************* stamped photos and was not provided with any proof and it was me. Now they say they will send me to collections if I do not pay their damage cost. Sine I do not want to ruin my credit score and ruin parts of my life I have no choice but to pay, which is what they want. This company is greedy and fraudulent and they are the worst people that you could do business with. I did some digging and this is a VERY common trick that they do to renters all of the time. NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM.

      Never rent a vehicle from this company. Its already two months and I havent gotten my money back from this company over charging my credit card. This has been a headache and I will never rent from them again. Im just warning others to be aware of this fraudulent company. I made a one day reservations to pick up a rental car through Sixt ******************* I returned the car back on time with no damage and the gas tank was full. And these crooks (Sixt) overcharged my credit card. This company is a fraudulent business thats overcharging people credit cards and hitting people with outrageous charges.

      Bastards! Got charged for putting car on reserve and my son paid for the car AGAIN WHEN HE picked it up! THIS COMPANY YOU ALL GETS ITS SUCKERS THRU EXPEDIA! B******* THIEFS DO NOT RENT FROM THEM... EXPEDIA GETS A CUT FROM RENT CAR SUCKERS!! I HATE THEM.

      Our rental was a 2021 Chevrolet . It was infested with red ants. I have contacted them with no true resolution. They only offer $150.00 towards another rental from them. This was a unhealthy and unsanitary SUV. I have email and video confirmation of the infestation I would like BBB to assist in some form of recovery and put out information about what a bad rental company.

      Im very unhappy we booked a rental online paid $500 got the airport the lady informed us she could get us a better deal & was even able go upgrade our car for cheaper she said we wouldnt be charged online only through them not only were we charged both times but we never got the deal & when we called to complain they said since we signed the agreement there is nothing they can do ???? Im out double almost quadruple what they told us we paid online price, plus sixt charged us & then charged us double what they said it would be. I just want my $$ back as the lady informed us she gave us a deal & wanted us to leave her. A review well lady negative 10 & Ill be telling eveyone not to use this company becuase they just s**** everyone over Ive yet to see a good review about this company. Dont believe anything that they say becuase they do the exact opposite. Very unhappy customer & will NEVER USE THEM!!! DONT USE THEM youve been WARNED!!

      6.7.22 My little sister and I are at the ******, ** airport. Download the sixt app, reserve and pay for a rental, screen says go get your keys. Arrive, they deny me the rental because of my CHIME credit card. Speak to a manger and nothing. No budge even though you have taken the deposit and rental out of my account into the limbo of pending. (Believe it or not those funds are needed.) I am assured the money will be refunded. Weeks later there is still no refund. Its absolutely ludicrous to try to get a hold of someone in accounting. So I try to dispute this charge with the Bank they wont bank with but will take money. I get denied because SIXT sent them an invoice of my car rental for a car I did not get to rent!!!! HUMILIATED AND CRYING IN A STORE FRONT AND NOW YALL REALLY GOING TO SEND IN A INVOICE TO TRY TO KEEP MY MONEY!!!! Its disgusting the amount of time and energy I have had to put into getting my own money is hurtful. Yall have no sense of customer service and dont belong in business after reading how careless SIXT is with peoples money.
