      This company is a scam I canceled my reservation and then I get an email that a new reservation was made . I need them to give me my money back .

      Absolutely horrible customer service. I went back and forth with ****** in the ********************** because I accidentally booked my reservation at a branch not located at the *** airport. Because of the significant price difference, I would have to cancel and go with another company. They are refusing to waive the cancelation penalty of $100. NEVER book with this company. They would have me load up my children, car seats, luggage and take a taxi 30 minutes from the airport or pay $250 more to move my reservation to the airport branch. They are shady and need to be out of business.

      I had the worst customer service experice from a woman named ***** at the ******-********* (***) location. She was rude, disrespectful, felt I asked too many questions, and handed me off to someone else because she didn't wanna deal with it. She was disgusting in the way she handled me. I never used profane or even disrespectful language. I have a 17sec clip of her disrespect and I wish I could post it here.

      On August 15,2022 my daughter forgot her iPad on the back seat of the vehicle I rented at Sixt location in *******. I returned to the vehicle immediately the iPad was gone. car rentals want to hold everyone responsible for the damages or anything wrong with the vehicle I believe they should be able to be held accountable for items left in the vehicle that they do not turn in. it's easy for people to steal knowing there are no consequences for they action. yes, items in cars are your responsibility but things happen especially when you have little children. moving forward I know to be more careful and to never rent from Sixt car rental nowhere because they have bad customer service you will never get in contact with anyone plus, they stole my child iPad

      Like many othersfraudulent claims of damage that I caused to the car without any proof that the car wasnt damage when I rented it. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

      I made an online reservation and prepaid ahead of time two weeks ago. Just found out that the price had gone down since I booked so I called customer service to see if I could get a price match. The representative on the call (I didn't get her name) was very rude and told me that it was MY JOB (that was her word) to read the terms and conditions. I told her I understood that but wanted to speak to her supervisor regarding her negative attitude. She then refused and hung up on me. Have never experienced any customer service like this where a representative would hang up a customer call because she didn't want her behavior to get exposed to her supervisor.

      No Apology!I have used Sixt a few times. My last time was in Maui, ****** where the attendant pointed me in the direction of my vehicle. My minvan was beatup, so I decided to video the exterior and thank God I did!When I returned the vehicle the Sixt representative then decided to check the vehicle and make record. She said I caused damaged and that I was responsible. I told her I have video of the day I picked up the car and wanted to demostrate that the damaged was caused prior to my rental period. She didn't want to see the video.Weeks later I received email notice from Sixt stating I caused damaged to their vehicle. Again I explained the situation, but they didn't want to hear it, they just want me guilty. I proved my innocents by forwarding over my video. Its now been a month and I haven't heard back from them, not sure that's a good sign or not as they are slow to respond.Sixt, I have an idea... Why not inspect the vehicle with your customer before they drive it off the lot and sign the inspection, rather than trying to make extra money by making fraudulent claims?Shame on this company.

      They don't deserve any stars.Released a vehicle with known issues from 2021. Car turned out to have a bad alternator and battery Waited 4 hours for a tow. Car was returned over 24 hours before it was due.Reached out multiple ways and still have no resolution.Currently on day 3 of waiting for a refund/ invoice.

      Made an online reservation, prepaid and went to pick up the rental from sixt assuming everything would be like every other time I've rented a car....paid over 600$$$!!!! Get there they tell me I cannot rent through them because of the type of credit cards AND debit cards I have and turn me away. I'm stuck at the air port now with no money thinking I'd get a car to goto work. Got fired because I couldn't show up with no rental, no money for uber (which would have been over a hundred dollars!!!) And no money to try a cab or even buy a bicycle! The manager told me she would put a rush and expedite a full refund. 3 weeks later still no refund even after countless times of contacting them! Its wrong to take someone's money instantly then take forever giving it back. I've contacted my bank and everyone else I could think of with no progress on getting back $600 that left me stranded and screwed me out of work
