      I had this company replace three windows in my house and the company did an outstanding job with the installation and cleaning up after all work was done.This came is just outstanding, and I would recommend them to everyone.

      Recently I had my windows replaced by FHIA and I need to let everyone know that I would recommend this company to everyone...The work that FHIA performed in my home was exceptionally perfect. They not only installed my windows and frames but they were very clean and meticulous in their handling of everything in my home. I would definitely recommend FHIA to anyone who needs any improvement work done to their homes. THANK YOU 'FHIA'!!!!!

      The installation was great. Yes,communication between the Company. and me were excellent. At all phrases, they They told me when I get my windows. How long it takes to install? And they did a real fine job at everything. I would highly recommend this today. And I do. Tell everybody else. And after the job, they still call and make sure I'm alright and if I need anything for the windows.And they will be going to rest the windows of my house.

      FHIA STINKS! BEEN OVER 2 YEARS AND NEVER COMPLETED JOB. THEY BROKE SEVERAL OF MY BLINDS AND VERTICALS. WAS OFFERED $250.00 TO REPLACE THEM. I REFUSED. IT'S MORE THAN THAT TO REPLACE. WINDOWS. AS FAR AS CUTTING BACK THE ***** FROM OUTSIDE IS A TOTAL JOKE. ************************* DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THEY GET PAID. KARMA!!!!!

      I was absolutely impressed with the representative from JAX who came to our home for demo. Dan ********* was highly articulate and knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure or I would not have been interested no matter how high quality of the 8 windows I purchased. These will be the forever windows inour forever home. Will review install when complete.

      I highly recommend FHIA from the sales demonstration to the installation I was extremely pleased. The order time was fast and the installation crew were meticulous keeping me informed with every step. I also got a follow up visit to make sure that I was happy with my new windows. Even the state inspector was impressed. I can't say enough about the company and the materials that were used.

      I had my bathroom changed from a tub to shower March 2022 I wish that I never would have did this project with them. I have been calling leaving messages no one call me back I did have a person come out and look at the PROBLEMS name ***** he was going to get back with me tat was 2-3 months age. I think when they see my name they don't answer. Someone should call me to correct this bad work the floor is leaking water cracks in side of the wall This work is not old and I had a warranty, I wish I had check with other companies or waited to redo the Bathroom as you know the salesman give you the VERY VERY GOOD ABOUT THE COMPANY and then they don;t want to talk to you once the contract is signed. I do not have money to have this done by another company. I will check and see what RIGHTS i have under the warrant. BE AWARD OF THIS COMPANY.
