1 starI was sold a washer and dryer set that was not delivered on Saturday after changing around my schedule with two younger children. We have not done our laundry in almost a week because our units failed. I researched ****************** to find that your store was allegedly the fastest delivery time, heavily impacting my decision making process to move forward with BrandsMart. Trying to resolve this in a reasonable manner, I've been gaslighted, manipulated, lied to, hung up on, and outright disrespected by your store management by desensitizing my experience. I came to learn that my units were sold to someone else, and now I was told that the second set of units (that I ended up having to pay twice for because I still haven't been refunded for the first), put me at the end of a delivery schedule slated for tomorrow's delivery. I tried to express today that time could conflict with picking my children up from school and your GM pretty much told me tough luck and mocked me on speaker phone with her other employees. Not to mention, all departments speak bad about one another, blaming one another for their deficits. I've even gone to lengths to try to speak with your social media team who is also refusing to connect me to someone above the store level. After little research, it seems there are many customers that have had similar experiences. The overarching theme I've learned is that your team feels it's the third party delivery vendor, ****************, is preventing them from accommodating customers by preventing changes in schedules for errors like what has happened to me. The sales rep was great, but the delivery was horrible. When they arrived they had issues with brining it 3 flights of stairs, stating it takes 4 people and cost more to bring up 3 flights of stairs. Then said that washer and dryer didnt fit. Washer Dryer was 26inch width, 30 inch depth and 75inch height. Space for washer dryer is 28inch width, 36inch depth and 81inch height. The stairs platform is 3ft by 3ft, the stairs width within the hand railing was 30inch. When that stopped being an issue, they said the vent was not going to fit, the vent sold to be my bransmart was 4.5 inches, again the depth of the washer dryer was 30inches and the space for it 36inchs. So then they say it was difficult to bring it up and they were responsible for any damages. Their story kept changing until the truth finally came out, they just didnt want to do the job, it was to complicated for them. What a horrible experience. Im sure had it been a man doing the purchase instead of a woman they wouldnt have lied so much or tried to make them feel stupid! I took my measurements before making the purchase. Needless to say, I have no washer dryer. And then, they kept blaming the sales rep for not knowing what she was doing, the nerve!BrandsMart USA

Extended Warranty a rip off. Make you wait several days to service your Refrigerator..,food goes bad finally send someone out 3 days later only after bartering your soul because the wait was suppose to be in excess of 7 days and THEN its the compressor! Golly Gee Whiz we have NONE , used last one yesterday. Well order one and itll be next week. Huh? What? You sell Services that you dont have Parts available to in fact fix? Is this Brandsmart s idea of ***************** Their Motto Buying the ********************** Way? Be stupid if you want to! I am not impressed! Did I mention this is a Refrigerator? Oh yes I did. 1 starI bought a *********** air conditioner 3 years ago with an extended warranty it broke December 1st of this year two weeks later a service man came out said it needed an compressor that was the last I heard of them after nearly *************************************************************************************************************************** as soon as they did there was never any contact a month later I was told they had to replace the air conditioner but they didn't have my size I have an extended warranty which I ended up paying an extra $200 for this air conditioner and then another $200 on top of that for installation and then the technicians wanted a 20% tip on top of that they did a terrible job on installing the air conditioner and patching up the holes around where they took the old air conditioner out I will never deal with BrandsMart again I will never buy a paper clip from these people what's the point of having an extended warranty if you end up having to put money down on another air conditioner and pay for an installation BrandsMart you should be ashamed of yourself but you don't care that's how you make your money you're greedy and you really don't care about the public or your customers remember *****'s around the cornerReview fromGlenda B

I made a return at the store for $117 on 1/30/2023. I received a receipt for the return and was told it would take 24 hours to process. I called customer service on 2/10/2023 after checking my bank statements and never seeing any return. I spoke to a woman who told me that the return was made on 1/30/2023 and she even checked that the last 4 numbers on my card were correct. I called half an hour later and now another customer service agent tells me they never processed the return and that my money would show up in 24 hours. This is criminal behavior, meant to prey on older people forgetting to check their bank statements. How are you going to say "We never processed the return" if I have a receipt for the return and an employee checked on the system and said that I had already made a return? We purchased a very expensive refrigerator from Brandsmart. It would’ve taken too long to wait approximately four months to get it new so we decided to take the floor model. We understand that the floor model comes as is but when we got it delivered to us they just dumped it on our floor in the kitchen and left. At the bottom of the refrigerator on both freezer and refrigerator doors, there was a big buildup of wax splat. Evidently they wax the floors and they dump it on the floors and it splats onto the Display models. They didn’t even clean it up when they delivered it to us and we had to spend two days scraping with a credit card and cleaning that wax off. I understand buying something like that is as is, but there is no excuse for not cleaning it up at least before delivering it to a customer especially when it’s over $8400 .00. this doesn’t say much for their customer service is what I can say. Terrible terrible condition we got it in and it wasn’t because it was defective. It was because they didn’t clean it and make it look presentable. It was an ordeal to get it off and we still haven’t gotten it all, but I guess that’s what you get when you buy from a company like that.BrandsMart USA

I have spoken to the store location and was informed that the customer was aware that there was wax on the refrigerator at the time of purchase. The purchase price reflected the wax on the refrigerator. The customer stated to the salesperson that it was no big deal as the inside was in like new condition. If you have more questions, you may contact the department manager at this location.

1 starWorst customer service experience ever!!!! Two years ago, I bought a mattress Sealy and a few months ago it started having significant sagging areas in the middle. I requested an inspection from the company. It took them two months to schedule. When they finally arrived for the evaluation, the person had horrible customer service manners. He treated me like if he was doing me a favor, ignored all my questions, barely spoke and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He didnt get near the mattress nor touched it; he only took a few pictures from a distance. A week later they gave me the results of the evaluation. They told me that my mattress wasnt sinking enough to be covered by the warranty. Warranty covers if it sags 3 inches or more, and that was not my situation. I wonder how they were able to determine that with a few pictures from a distance. Stay away from this store..it is clear that to them, the customers NEVER come first!!!!Review fromAkhila P

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!NEVER PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!I placed an order for a tv in November 2022. Initially they said it will be home delivered in 5 days after the purchase date. I got a notification that it will be delivered in 5 days after the purchase date and gave me a time window to confirm the delivery. We were at home waiting for the delivery, nothing happened. When contacted after the time window, they said the item is backordered and will be available in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I got the same text notification asking me to confirm the delivery window. We confirmed, waited, again no delivery. This continued for 4 times. We will confirm, they will say in the next 2 weeks, get notification and nothing.After following up with them via chat and phone multiple times, now they are saying that the item has been discontinued. They could have told this many times ago, I would have just cancelled the order.Now I have no option, but to cancel the order, and wait for my refund.Giving us the run around and not giving us a straight answer.... WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY. They might have the most competitive prices, but in my honest opinion, not worth the headache.NEVER PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!BrandsMart USA

Buyers beware!During Black Friday, I ordered online a ******* refrigerator that they promised would be delivered by December because the sake was tagged as end of the year clearance as of today I have not received the refrigerator . Every time I called Brandsmart to inquire about the status of my refrigerator delivery I was given the run around and told flat out lies.First, they told me my refrigerator is will be delivered in a week. Then they told me the refrigerator is out for delivery, but It never came .I called them the next day , they said the truck from the delivery company broke down (12-11-2023)I couldnt go out to work or make no many that day waiting on brandsmart at home for schedule delivery .And then they tried to convince me to choose a different refrigerator at a lower standard .Why would I do that when I clearly chose the refrigerator I wanted already paid for it! And I already missed out on other company Black Friday sales because I choose brandsmart.This leads me to believe that Brandsmart is selling products that they do not have in stock .Or that they had my refrigerator but decided to sell it to someone else.Either way, this entire process has been very disappointing and frustrating. Because I have paid interest on my credit cards since November 6 that brandsmart took my money for an item they dont have .And to add insult to injury, their customer service reps are very rude and impatient with customers like me that have spent good money and has waiting for 2 months for the item I purchased to be delivered. Now the refrigerator is double the price.Save yourself the time and the headache buy, go directly to Best Buy to get your electronic because Brandsmart will leave you hanging for months and then give you attitude when you follow up on the item you purchased months ago that you never received.I will post this all over internet because I felt used by brandsmart and the rude web team.(******* in particular)BrandsMart USA
