      I will never buy anything from BrandsMart USA again. The customer representatives are not knowledgeable about the company policies, and do not inform the customer of the different store policy associated with the different merchandise sold in the store. The customer service and store managers confidently lie to your face, about explanations and call backs. My experience with the Stockbridge, Ga, location was horrible, horrible, horrible and a lesson learned not to do business with BrandsMart!!!

      A terrible $hithole NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Buyer beware never ever shop here!! Sold me a defective air conditioner which was one month out of warranty! It was a ********* ac and ********* dropped them for unethical practices! All of *********** recommended manufactures gives a 5 year warranty Brandsmart only give a 2 year warranty which I wasn't aware of!! If you shop here you will regret it!!...

      I would rate them at one star, but they were honest in chat prior to me placing an order. The site shows in stock but when actually talking to their chat team they advised the item is not only out of stock but discontinued. They advised they would "work on it" when I let them know that an item was showing in stock and on sale. Below is the link to the item for reference: ****************

      I spoke Manager-*********************** about the ** Manager ******* and the experience I had with one of his salesperson this morning. I came in to purchase a ** and pick it up later. The ** at first I was told was not in stock. The salesperson informed me he could sale me the same size and brand ** at the same price because there was a $50 difference in price. He began to input the information into the computer and needed a manager's override. The manager ******* walked passed me and my 2 year old granddaughter constantly without trying to assist the salesperson or myself. I walked up and stated to **************** have been here for quite sometime and you have yet to assist the salesperson with this matter. He advised the salesperson and myself that there was not going to be a price adjustment and walked away to continue assisting Hispanic Customers as if I did not matter. His customer service skills and ethic training in my opinion is very poor! I was spoken to as if I was beneath him all because his salesperson made a statement to sale me a item for the price of the ** that I came to purchase. If the salesperson was suppose to come and ask permission before telling a customer what the price was going to be, that's not my fault. They did nothing to try and fix the problem and informed me that they are under staff, which is not my problem either. As a customer who lives in the area, I should not have to go thru things like this with Management. More training needs to happen and everyone should be treated accordingly no matter what "RACE" they are. We are spending the same color of money. I am hoping that someone from BrandsMart **************** looks into this matter for me because this needs to be addressed and no one should feel the way I am feeling about this horrible experience. I had to go online and purchase my item from another city and county. As a BrandsMart Card Holder and customer I expected to be treated with respect because that is how I treat everyone/!

      Terrible sales people, they lie without blinking. They tried selling me a used Sonos saying it was a gen 2 when later I found out it was a gen 1 and returned it. If they think they can get away with lying they will.

      I purchased a refrigerator to be delivered on Saturday, they gave me a timeframe between 1130am and 230pm, at 2 o’clock I got a text that it would be here in 10 minutes, 15 minutes later, I got a call from the driver that he was lost, I explain to him where the address was, five minutes later a customer service rep called me, saying the driver was still lost, when they called the driver to explain how to get here he told me he was too far already in another route, and that he wouldn’t be able to make it, I wasted my time all day here, waiting for them, and I emptied out the refrigerator, put everything on the counter, and in a cooler, I’m very disappointed with brandsmart delivery system! Canceling order and ordering from somewhere else!

      Purchase 86 in tv a grille and two Carpets. TV had a crack in it brought it back to exchange it the guy in the back end up hitting on the yellow tall poll the dropping it flat on the floor Manger looked at it and said I broke it refused to exchange it then had the audacity to try and sell me another tv at a discounted price and the whole time smiling at me as a mockery that he just stole $2000.00 dollars from me.Im am horrified that this man is a Manger and he treats customer like total garbage.

We do apologize for the problems you have experienced with the *** When you picked up the ** from our receiving dock, the store employees opened the ** and had it inspected for damage. The ** was signed for that it was working and in good condition. The customer came back to the store location with a damage to the screen of the ***  These **'s are very fragile and it appeared to the store manager that the damage to the screen was done while the ** was being taken out of the box. The customer was offered a good deal on the repurchase of the ** but the offer was declined.

      I purchased a Frigidaire induction cooktop from Brandsmart on 1/16/2023. The large burner does not heat properly.I had a service call on 4/21/2023.First the tech. said my pan was to big it's not.I told him that there is a pan setting that flashes if pan is not the right size. He got annoyed that I was right. He then ask for the serial number which I did not have on any paper work from Brandsmart. He then told me it was under the ccoktop and two men were needed , one to lift it and one to read the number. He then left! I need said number in order to have Frigidaire to make a service call, I called Brandsmart to have some one come to get the number, I was told I be charged $85.00 They still have not provided me the SERIAL NUMBER !

      They brought me a fridge that doesn’t work. It’s been nine days and I get transferred from store to service department and all they can say is keep waiting for service dept, meanwhile no working fridge. Don’t buy from Brandsmart. They only care about getting the problems out of their store.
