      I urge you to reconsider purchasing any warranty from Brandsmart, especially for refrigerators. Be aware that you may find yourself without a functioning fridge for an extended period, potentially up to a month. There seems to be a lack of urgency in addressing medical needs, particularly for those who are diabetic. Additionally, it often requires multiple calls to get any response or action taken.

      This is the second time ordering from Brandsmart Never again. Honestly, just spend a little more on quality and customer service for you to actually get something thats worth it. The 1st time I ordered a refrigerator and when it was delivered they scratched my new tile floors.The second time I ordered a washer and dryer They were supposed to install it and take the old ones, but instead they just acted like they didnt know they had to do that and left me with the f**king washer and dryer next to the old ones uninstalled. Its been 2 weeks of me going back-and-forth trying to find customer service to come back and install the washer and dryer and take out the old ones. We have not had the laundry in all this time and no one in this company gives a f**k.I have not had such a bad experience with a company in my life. I cant believe people would do this. Now I have to find a 3rd party service to handle this and spend more on something that should have been simple and handled on installation.

      The rebate is a scam, they said it is another company and they are not responsible for it. I think Brandsmart is not reliable since none give you any answer to solve the problem after calling many times and talking to the managers.

      I bought 4 appliances which were suppose to get rebates. One year later still trying to get our rebates. **************** manager said he will take care of it. Two weeks later not a word from him.

      The worst, I paid for the 4 year extended plan, well the refrigerator lasted a little over a year. We've called brandsmart over and over, keep getting hung up on. Finally got someone out here 2 weeks after it stopped working, he said he would have to order the part. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks without a refrigerator and no sign of the replacement part or the repairman. Went to brandsmart and got a cold reception and no help. Never again. Do not trust these people, $250 for the extended warranty and they could care less.

      BrandsMart issued me a Digital Prepaid Mastercard as a rebate. Unfornuately I was unable to use the card at other places. I went to BrandsMart to make a purchase so that could see if I could redeem it there. BrandsMart Manager told me that I could not use the card there until it was activated. The manager activated the card and the Cashier was still unable to redeem the card. The Manager tried several times, and she was unable to redeem the card. About ***** minutes later, the Manager stated, "Well I can override the system so that you can redeem the card." I asked, "Why didn't you do that from the beginning, instead of wasting my time!" Unfortunately, it appeared to me that the Digital Prepaid Mastercard the BrandsMart gave me could only be redeemed at BrandsMart and nowhere else, which is totally opposite from what I was told when the rebate was originally explained. Even after going back to BrandsMart 3-4 weeks ago, **************** informed me that the card was activated and I can use it anywhere, which was not the truth.

      they are the worst store ever, beware before you purchase anything from Brandsmart. bought a very expensive ******** Air Conditioner from them that was manufactured defective. Only two weeks after purchase called to tell them it is making a very loud grinding noise and to please pick it up and replace it. They sent one of there dumb experts to access the problem and said it needs a new compressor and was offered a rebuilt compressor!!!! I absolutely refused. I paid $1600.00 for this unit and for a New One ...they refused to make good for it so I reported it to my **************** who put it into grievance .... end result: Credit Card gave me back my money and said there are so so many complaints against this disgusting scamming store

      I bought a set of appliances on the 29th of July from the Brandsmart in ***********, **. I had a delivery date for the 1st of August 2024. I was told at the store that only the refrigerator and stove would be connected. The dishwasher washer and microwave would be set up on Friday August 2nd. I was never given a window. I called customer service to find out the time. After staying on the phone for more than an hour. I was told that there was no record of my set up. It was then set up for Thursday, August 8th. I received a message on Wednesday with a window of 12:30-3:00 pm. No one came. At 5:27 pm I received a message that said we are outside. Unfortunately, I had gone to work. In the interim I was calling nonstop. Only to be put on hold. I started calling on Friday morning. Only to be put on hold once again. I finally went to the store. The people in customer service were so nonchalant. I now have an install date of August 14th. Oh, by the way. I paid an install fee of $99 for the dishwasher and microwave. On my initial visit I paid over $4,000.00 in cash for my purchase. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! ***********************

      Hi what a disaster brandsmart warranty is,I bought a ** washing machine broke more than twice,the first time they fix ,the second time never shows,they keep saying a need a part the when I call the second time the technician was sick,never get back toe and I have a disabled son with incontinence and I need my washing machine they don't care about the customer they only care about your money please never buy anything from this people you will be very unhappy
