      I purchased a cane from Upright Cane in August, 2023. After a couple days the cane broke. I contacted Upright Cane and I was requested to send a picture of the cane. I immediately sent a picture and was told I'll receive a replacement cane within 24-48 hours. That never happened. I have contacted them several times and have not received a replacement cane. I was told it was on backorder. I started this process in August, 2023; it is now November, 2023! No replacement cane. I will never do business with Upright Cane again.       I ordered a scooter from Upright Cane color was red on Sept 5th 2023, I was charged $539.96. i never received the scooter but did receive a cane which I did not order. They are now saying the scooter was delivered, SCAM, SCAM. They shipped the cane to show there was a delivery to this address, I dont want the cane but there is no address to ship it back to. This order susposely came from *******, **.I have tried numerous times to reach someone but no one answers any calls.I have requested a refund but no luck , keep telling me item was delivered. Has been 2 months with no response.

      I sent a specific inquiry to this company with the following request for technical data: Oct 21, 2023, 07:41 CDT Good morning, I took a look at the upright ****** and searched the site for the specifications on it. Alas, your company has no specificationsonly sales BS. I cannot buy it on BS. I need a set of specifications that clearly states the following: 1) Maximum height of arm rests (this piece of data is generally misleading or false on other websites. I will return this ****** in two minutes if the data that you give me doesnt match the unitit needs to be sufficiently high for a 6 tall woman).2) Seat WIDTH 3) A clear statement that the SEAT can support 350 lb. (I seriously doubt this considering its fairly light construction).4) Does it have some type of brake that would prevent it from rolling away if the user departs from it?       I ordered a scooter from upright cane that was never delivered. They shipped a cane, which I didn't order and say that the item was delivered. It's a scam. They ship the cane to show a item was delivered but never delivered the item I purchased. They will not answer any calls, keep saying the item was delivered and it was not. I have requested a refund and no one will respond. It's been over 3 weeks.

      They actually deserve minus 5 stars. I ordered the scooter on 8-27-2023. I have never received it. They claim it was delivered, along with a cane, in or near my mailbox. My mailbox is at the street, approximately 50 ft from my front door.I'm so tired of complaining without results. They have been investigating it since 9-10-2023. By the way, they took my money immediately!Thank goodness I used a really good credit card, cause they are now investigating this issue!BUYER BEWARE!!

      We ordered The Upright Scooter with a promise of a free cane. They took the $600.00 the same day. Now 4 weeks later, we got the cane, no scooter. We did the tracking, this was only for the cane. Which the put in the box. No address for Upright Scooter. Not sure where to go from here.

      Buyer beware! Their "buy one, get one free" offer is a scam! They only sent one item and refuse to send the second item. I have been waiting months and I have called and emailed numerous times. They will not resolve the issue, and upon looking at this site, others have had the same problem!

      Having recently retired, I wanted to ensure my mobility wasn't limited. The Upright Scooter has been a delightful addition to my life. It's easy to handle, doesn't go too fast (which is perfect for me), and the storage space is ample for my knitting supplies and small groceries. Plus, the upright position means I can enjoy the views on my rides without any discomfort. Truly a 5-star experience for this 73-year-old!

      As a 68-year-old, I was looking for something easy to use for my daily strolls and trips to the grocery store. The Upright Scooter fits the bill perfectly. It's gentle on my back, and the stability it offers makes me feel safe and secure. Highly recommend for my fellow seniors!

      I hate to admit it, but age has slowed me down a bit. With the Upright Scooter, I no longer have to depend on my kids for short errands. It's given me a sense of independence I truly cherish. The controls are straightforward, even for someone not too tech-savvy like me.
