      Complete scam - they will not refund anything even though the tickets had not been purchased yet. They told me I could not bring ANY LUGGAGE....they are thieves. I had to purchase at another fare with another airline for $500 more. They keep you on hold forever to "complete the purchase". Their english is awful too. I hope the BBB shuts their *** down. VERY ANGRY

      This company is a scam. I saw a good price and I booked two tickets after booking I got a call that this fare had restrictions and the agent told me four restrictions including no luggage, since my trip was an emergency trip I did not care for luggage and accepted all restrictions. The agent told me you will get your e-ticket within 24 hours. After several hours I had a call and an agent telling me that these tickets were on standby, I refused and said if I wanted Standby, I would go to the airport and wouldn't purchase a ticket and I asked for my e-ticket to be emailed. The next day, I called, I asked for my e-ticket, I was directed to an agent, he tried to upgrade me, and I refused, and then he said these tickets were no longer available and were expired. He tried to sell other tickets and I refused and asked for my money. He said this was a nonrefundable ticket and did not want to be refunded. How you can buy a ticket and get a confirmation from them through e-mail and then they say this ticket does not exist? After a long conversation at the end, he agreed to a refund within 21 days I refused and asked for an immediate refund and hung up. This company is a scam, they advertise cheap fares to hook you up and then try to upgrade and make a huge money and if you refuse and accept all their terms, in the end, they say the fair does not exist.

      Complete scam, won't guarantee my ticket will be issued for my departure in 4 days. If it's not, then I'll get my full refund or a stand by seat if it's available. Then they say a maximum weight limit of 3# for my carry-on, who ever heard of that? Call your credit card company to get a dispute and refund going. How do they get such a high exposure on the internet as a legit ticket agent?

      Should be negative stars. If this site is actually real and not some scum bags frauding people would be a miracle. ******************************* which already right there tells u place is a joke with employees having fake names. My company has employees that are over seas and they don't make up American names to use. ***** was the Rudest scam artist at that tryin to force someone to pay 300 dollars each way to check a **** bag on the plane. I'm just glad I didn't Give them my real debit card information and had money on a card I can call in and report fraud on and it not mess my stuff up. This chick is the prime example of the reason why American are cruel to overseas employee cause u know that chick was gunna rob ur money and not give a c*** while doing it. I hope the owners end up behind bars for what they are doing to people

      I was looking for a last minute ticket in order to visit my daughter. When the ticket was booked I was told that l would receive a confirmation. I received the confirmation but no ticket. I received a call the next day and was told that I should receive a ticket within an hour. The ticket still did not come. Im called the next day and was told that I was fourth in line for a ticket and that they were waiting for the airline to get back to them and that I should receive the ticket by the next morning. I called the next day and was told they still havent received the information from the airline. It was a now the day before, I was finally told that I would be flying standby and that I did not have a guaranteed ticket. They said I could upgrade to a guaranteed ticket but it was going to cost another $500. I opted to get the guaranteed ticket and paid the additional money. Then I was told the original flight I requested was no longer available and they gave me another flight. They sent the flight confirmation by email and I approved it. The agent called me back and asked me to sent pictures of my card with all the numbers crossed out except the last four, a copy of my drivers license and passport. I sent this all. They called me about 15 minutes later and told me the second flight they offered was no longer available at the price I paid and tried to get more money out of me. At this point I asked for my money back because I could leave and drive to my destination earlier than the arrival time of my flight. They said it was non refundable so I took the flight. I was told again that I would receive the ticket in about 5 minutes. I waited a half hour still no ticket. My husband called this time and ended up asking for the confirmation number from the airline. We then called the airline and were told that confirmation number was under a different name. We finally got the correct confirmation number. I still have not ticket yet. This company should be shut down.

      Total Scam. I purchased a ticket last year and they immediately called me telling me of the additional cost. I wanted a refund immediately and they would not give me my refund of $357.86.They did however give me a Credit that I would have to use by the end of 2024. I now see this was all BS. I was going to get a ticket to ***** and use my credit but NO WAY am I giving them any more info. Is there any way to get our money back? This is ridiculous!!!

      The website is a scam/fraud. I made a reservation with Bestticketfare in which they indicated they would confirm the reservation which they did not and after I inquired, they cancelled the reservation and refuse to notify me of the cancellation. I was unable to get a reservation for that holiday weekend.

      I Booked yesterday a Ticket from ************ to *******, saw a good Price there and booked it, then 5 Minutes after paying, I got a call saying my Ticket is on hold and I ask why, the Agent said well, you have to pay an upgrade in the Cabin it cost $ 240 Dollars, I ask what? Yes the Agent said, also you cant bring an Carryon or Suite Case, I said forget it, this is fraud and im not paying the extra no way, then the Agent said well, we won`t relase the Ticket, I got upset and said I will call my ******************* and Block you from collecting, the Agent said go ahead, we got your Money, this is fraud and so I informed them I involve a Lawyer and *** you, he just said I don't care, go ahead,,,,,so I booked somewhere else and my ******************* but them on a Black List, ,,,,please be carefull don't book with them you loose your Money.

      This company is a scam. The guy could barely speak English. His wife or girlfriend comes on the line and she cant speak English. They lied and try to tell me my flight is more that what I agreed to on line. Then he began to tell me that I cant carry on a luggage nor could I pay for one. He pretended as if he was talking to a supervisor to get me a lower price. This is not a legitimate business. He began to tell me I cant get a refund and if I canceled the money is gone. Thank God for **** of America. We shut the card down immediately. SCAM SCAM

      BEWARE!! This is a complete SCAM! I was told I would receive a confirmation within 24 hours. They do send a confirmation, but it is NOT a ticket confirmation. After a few days, I followed up to ask when I would get a confirmed ticket (my flight was less than 24 hours away). I was told that I had a "confirmed stand-by ticket", but for $387 more I could upgrade to a standard ticket. First of all, there is no such thing as a "stand-by" ticket. Secondly, I called the airline and there was no ticket in my name. Third, a ticket at that time could be purchased directly from the airline for less than what these scammers were trying to surcharge (and still probably not produce a ticket). They kept trying to say it was a discounted ticket and would list the restrictions on it. The reasons they listed were the standard ones you get when buying a non-upgraded ticket; no seat choice, no cancellation, no free checked bag. However, when asked if I had a confirmed ticket, the answer was no. They were suggesting for me to go to the airport and wait to see if I had a ticket. No. When I asked that the transaction be cancelled because they failed to deliver a ticket, they started to harass me. Saying things like "You have no money and that is why you bought discounted ticket". An agent then said they would cancel the transaction if I left a positive review mentioning their name. I said to cancel the transaction and then I would leave a review. They would not do this. The reviews are coerced and likely used against the consumer. This is predatory website. Call your financial institution immediately.
