BestTicketFare.com is a SCAM website and should not be trusted. I wish someone like BBB would take action on this company. WHY does the US allow fraudulent companies to exist when they have received numerous reports of fraud?I was stupid. I should have bought directly from the airline but website kept increasing fares on me. So, I looked for alternatives and landed on BestTicketFare.com. BIG MISTAKE. They will show you one fare and then put on unreasonable restrictions on the fare...making it worthless.Bottom line, after 2 hours, this company booked us roundtrip fares on ********* Airlines for 2x the cost I could have gotten on SW's website. This is such a scam. They stole over $400 from me and didn't care. Please don't be fooled; Please don't attempt to do business with this company. I pray someone will be able to investigate and stop this illegal operation!!!!

Bait and Switch; double bill for same flight; they "flat out" lie to you on the phone. They hide or mask the policy (non open, not available) prior to taking your credit card info. They send an email with all sorts of "policy restrictions" - and then call you to charge more for what any other travel agency makes public.1) Claim to have "too low prices" - flagrant false.2) Claim you have to upgrade for carry on baggage. ******* says it is allowed. Claim you have to upgrade to check baggage, Airline says $40 more.3) Call to have you upgrade, but it is $200 to 2X more than the airline page. Tell you it is not available - which is a "Lie".4) I checked with airline, they said they need confirmation # - Agency refused to provide me the airline confirmation number. This company is duping, bait and switch, falsifying airline provided information. They should be removed from travel agency sites.

This is a ******* company. Bait and switch; they offer you a low price airfares, which nonexistent. They then call you trying to scare you with your tickets are restricted i.e. no check in bags even you are willing to pay for the check-in fee and the day you show up to the airport you may not have a ticket to fly. They then try to switch you to another airline with higher price. The US government needs to shut these *** down.

If there was Negative Star or Zero Star, I would have given that to this company. In their website, there is no clear indication that, cheap tickets are limited or sold out, yet they are selling tickets! Yesterday I paid through their website but I was not getting any confirmation email about the tickets. After 90 minutes, I called the "customer service", and the representative said those tickets are over booked. So he arranged tickets with higher price. Eventually, I had to paid double to get the tickets. The worst part is, when I told them to cancel the ticket and refund my money since cheap tickets are not available, then the representative said the money is not refundable and they already have my credit card number and code. That is why I had to buy tickets from them. This is a SCAM. This is a horrible company. Don't be fooled.

These people are a scam. Booked tickets to Hawaii, first class. Paid them and was informed that we were on stand by and no checked bags. They wanted another $2,600.00 for confirmed tickets. Scammers.

I have left a review and want to file a complaint. They are a scam and will not honor one of two ti keys that I purchased. They want me to upgrade to get the 2nd seat. They blame all of this on jet blue airlines and JetBlue says they never received a request. I paid for 2 tickets to attend my son's wedding.

As everyone else on here, went through the exact same thing. As I was online researching for information on this company and I did come across a different number and where it lists that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. The number is different than the one on their website and different than the one included in the email they sent me. The number is eight-three-three, two-two-eight, five-six-seven-two. I asked to speak to a supervisor and told them that I wanted the fare cancelled and refunded since they list a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. After several calls to them of going back and forth, and also communicating with the airline, they said that they would cancel the fare and refund me the entire amount. They said that they would initiate the refund and cancellation today and that I could confirm with the airline that this was done. So I called the airline directly and they did confirm that the fare had been cancelled and that they had already refunded the full amount. Now I'm just waiting for it to actually be credited to my account.I did also submit a complaint with the **** which is something I recommend everyone to do. Also contact your representatives so they can look into it and hopefully try to get these people shut down. You have to be persistent and not accept anything less than a cancellation and full refund.

Be aware this is a classical bait-and-switch scam. They lure you in with a very attractive price. After you think you've made a reservation, you'll receive a 'confirmation' email, but the ticket will not be booked. Instead, you'll receive a call asking you to call back because the ticket you purchased has some 'very significant restrictions.' I'm sure they are running other scenarios too. In short, the 'travel agent' will inform you that the ticket you purchased has ridiculous restrictions like: you cant have any luggage, including carry-ons or personal items (you can only board with your clothing and cell phone), and you can't even purchase those benefits from the airline at the airport. However, your money has already been taken by the airline, and since it is a non-refundable fare, your only options are to buy an upgrade or lose your money. If you dont agree and say it's okay to travel without luggage, they'll call you the next day to escalate, claiming that the airline oversold the flight and now you're on standby. Again, same story, non-refundable ticket, and you'll lose what you've already paid; the only option is to upgrade to a much more expensive fare. The good news is they didnt charge my credit card (at least in my case), and the scam seems to be focused on selling more expensive fares.By the way, BestTicketFare is running exactly the same scam. In both cases, 'travel agents' use westernized names (like ***, *****, etc.), have thick Indian accents, and follow similar scripts. It's possible that the same outfit operates multiple outlets.

They are the worst! Scam artists from *****! i had to cancel my credit card after they took all my information. Tried to book a flight for a friend of mine who is ************************************************************** ****. They called me AFTER they took my credit card information and told me he was on stand by. There was no ticket, nothing! The person I complained to said "if you can't afford to fly then why don't you take a bus" He also said he had all my credit card information and was going to charge me. Too bad for him, I cancelled the card. Stay away from these scam artists! One male and two females with the same accent called me two days in a row after they had my info trying to tell me the $180 ticket was worth $400!
