      This is the worst company, i bought 6 round trip tickets to ****** for 2600 nowhere did it read on the website that these tickets you couldn't bring luggage or even a carry on. Then they said they would give me premium seats for only additional 936 per person, they are scammers and they even told me i couldn't cancel them, DON'T USE BEST TICKET FARE YOU WILL BE SORRY

      I thought I was dealing with a legitimate company. I thought I was getting a great deal for an upcoming trip at a discounted price. The next day I received an email saying that my reservation is on hold. I returned the call only to find out that the discounted price was a sham price. The customer service representative told me that I would be placed on standby at the airport and I may not be able to get to my destination on the day I booked. They then told me that if I upgraded my ticket that would ensure that I had a guaranteed seat on the airline. After going round and round they said that they would need an additional five hundred dollars for the upgraded ticket. I informed them that they were charging more than if had purchased a ticket directly from the airline. I told them that this was a classic case of bait and switch. I implore anyone who reads this, take my advice and steer clear of this business. They are not interested in selling tickets for a discount, only in price gouging the consumers.

      My name is ******* ***** and I booked a flight with BESTRICKETFARE and the price was decent. Round trip from ********* **** to ************************************* March 9th and returning March 11th with a price of $282 which I thought was fair. After waiting for my confirmation email for a few days I decided to call. I called and got a agent on the line stating that they have been trying to call me and since I didn't answer I have to pay another $350 for this flight. I know this was too good to be true. If you are looking to book a flight with CHEAPFLIGHTS or BeSTTICKETFARE I would suggest you not do it. Just like they say if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. I think law enforcement should get involved in these scams that are going across this great country today.

      ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had a HORRIBLE experience. I booked for 2 passengers. Once I confirmed payment, I noticed an error with one of the birthdates and wanted to correct it! So I called them right away. First, they wanted to charge me $400 MORE to make the correction. Their website states that any changes as far as date/time or name changes are prohibited. Apparently that includes corrections too so don't make any mistakes. I told them not to worry about it I would deal with it later but wanted to confirm they had the right email address. I was a bit alarmed that I did not receive a confirmation to my at the time of booking so I needed to be sure I typed in the correct address. I was told that I would receive the confirmation + e-number in roughly 5 hours. Next I called Spirit Airlines directly to see if I could fix them through them. They were understanding and said would correct it at no charge, Funny thing was, I didn't have a flight! The next day I get an email from Jeff W***** saying there was an issue with my reservation. He wanted me to pay $159 MORE ea (for 2 passengers) because they claimed there was an issue with my seating. I told him Spirit had seats available for the same amount I was initially charged. He put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a host of ppl which included Jeff who allegedly went on break and then "left the building", Jacob "Ticketing Manager" who said he (nor the owner of the company) cared if I had a complaint or posted about my bad experience, no one would listen or help me. Jimmy "General Reservations Manager" who told me he can see why no one wanted to help me. I spoke to a total 18 Agents in 4hrs. At some point I had to call from another phone because they kept hanging up. I suffered a family loss and they DID NOT help this experience. I hope the owner or president of the company knows the employees could care less about service or keeping them in business. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

      This business should not be able to have a telephone, a website, a result on ****** or any other search engine. I have never in my entire 30 years of living dealt with a scam company like this before. This is a predatory company that will take your money and then when you ask for a cancellation and refund they just say its not possible which is crazy to say the least. I paid for a round trip flight and the travel agent called me saying that I didnt pay for a flight I paid for the possibility of a flight which is INSANE!!!! I said I never saw anything on your website stating that it was a possibility of the flight why would anyone pay for something that they may or may not get??!?!?! This website and company needs to be SHUT DOWN and sued.

      Do Not deal with this company. You will regret it. Bait and switch. Got a call within hours of supposedly booking a flight. Call ID was "Suspected Spam". They left a message, I called back. Indian *** tells me I can't take any baggage or personal item on the plane and I must upgrade. I said well cancel this order then. He said I can't cancel it. I asked how is that possible? I just booked it and my card wasn't charged yet and I don't have tickets or confirmation? He said they were not going to cancel it and were going to charge me anyway. I turned my credit card off, called the bank and got a replacement. Do not use these "Cheap" ticket sites. You will pay much much more. Just book direct on the airline site and you'll save all the way around.

      Searched and selected first class flight. Paid for it then suddenly multiple calls from this company. I was. On the phone with them for hours as they told me my flight would cost an extra ******* because in fact my flight was not all first class. The pressure and hassle was intense and they should be blocked from doing any business and better yet, prosecuted and sued. Now my credit card company says they can only open a dispute. Considering my flight is to see my 87 year old mother as she's very sick, this is infuriating and I wish a painful death to every one of these lying, scamming ********.

      WARNING never purchase an airline ticket from this company this is the BIGGEST SCAM I have ever seen!!!! This company is selling airline tickets on their site for a discounted price and when you call to get confirmation for your purchase they tell you, there are no more discounted seats and that you do not have a seat on the plane, and yet the same price and seats are still available for the flight ion their website when they are telling you there are no more seats at the discounted price. The only way to get a seat is to upgrade and you end up paying twice as much for the ticket to ensure you have a seat on the plane. You can cancel but they keep the money you originally paid and end up charging you an additional $70.00 for the cancellation fee they say the fee is for the airline company but after talking to airlines this is not TRUE !!! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN in today's economy we are all trying to save a few dollars and it's companies like this taking advantage of consumers that makes us not be able to trust anyone anymore. The customer service at this company is the worst I've ever experienced especially the so-called supervisor James C*****. Mr. C***** I do believe in Karma and feel for you because you will get paid back in life for the way you are treating your customers and the FRAUD/SCAMs that you are putting out to consumers.

      SCAM!!!!! It didn’t seem like a scam at first because it is on the list for Priceline. After talking with the “rep” it was clear this was not legit. The guy didn’t even know his own phone number. Do not buy plane tickets from here.

It is a bait and switch scam company that advertises a very low price, gets your information, and then attempts to coerce you into giving them much more money due to a variety of complications. They will charge your card and you will never get your tickets.
