  Buyer Beware...I did research on best web sites for discount tickets from ******** to ******. Best Ticket Fare popped up with a price that was too good to be true. And remember if it is "Too good to be true", it probably is. As soon as I put in my credit card and birthdate, I didn't receive the usual confirmation and itinerary. I instead received an e-mail and phone call stating call them immediately, Same story as others where the flight I booked is only available without luggage and they would get me a comparable flight. I spent two hours on the phone and the flights they recommended were all more expensive. They also told me I could not get a refund on the original flight. They sent me e-mails with another flight and used my credit card to book the flight with Southwest and also added a $160.00 additional fee. I called **** and reported them immediately where I filed a dispute. This is a bait and switch company. My plane ticket is booked but the gentleman at **** who helped me report the dispute stated to beware that once this company is being aware they are being reported might cancel my flight and to keep checking with *********. A ****** to research every company and to definitely avoid this one. This company has over 111 complaints with the BBB. I can only imagine they have thousands they have scammed

  They don't even deserve a star period end. Bunch of lying crooks. Sold me a ticket and then tried to get me to upgrade, but I didn't budge. The next day they called again and said my outbound ticket was standby but the return flight was fine. A company can't sell standby flights - so that was a lie. I had already called the airlines and found out that they hadn't even booked any of the flights. Plus there were still seats on both flights - so I caught them in another lie. Somebody needs to shut these crooks down!!!

  total scam - AVOID - give low price to hook you, then upsell for 2-3 times the original price. Will lie that you can't get a refund if you cancel, and all along you have NOT even been issued a ticket. FAKE, laughable positive reviews to get people in. avoid, avoid.

  I purchased non stop tickets 9/13/24 for a trip to ******* on 12/5/24. On 12/4/24 I called bestticketfare.com for my boarding pass. My boarding pass was received but to my shock it was not the flight I paid for. The new boarding pass was set to leave at a different time and the flight to and from both had 4 hour layovers. Bestticketfare.com told me that the nonstop flights were cancelled by the airline and this was my only option. I told them, I paid for nonstop flights and that was what I wanted. They transferred me to another heavily Indian accented person who explained the same thing. I explained to them I was not able to leave at the new time and why would they wait until the day before my flight to make such changes. Again, they replied with the same BS. I finally grew tired and requested a refund. They said my refund would take 5-7 business days and come in two separate payments. This company practices bait and switch practices and I do not recommend them.

  Same story as the 1,000's of other reviews. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS IS STILL ABLE TO OPERATE. Was provided a link to BestTicketFare from ************.com, which states is a part of ********** *******.com, and *****.com Selected a suitable flight, used the checkout page with my credit card, and then nothing. Several hours later I get a call. Broken English, telling I was put on "Standby" and that to purchase an actual ticket on the same plane would cost me an additional $800. I had already paid $302. This is a one-way flight from Arizona to Oregon. Other online companies had similar prices. This was about $60 less in total. Bait and switch, fraud, scam. Now I have to cancel my credit card and file police reports. SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS COMPANY. HELLO???

  As all the reviews state. This a bait ant switch business. The tickets they advertised were a $150 dollars cheaper than anyone else. I had to call them after receiving nothing. The man said the tickets I bought had all kinds of new restrictions that were ridiculous . At that point I knew he was lying. I checked and made sure they did not charge my card and also checked the airline to confirm nothing was issued before the call. The person was saying they had bought the tickets and were in process which was a lie. I locked my Credit card while I was on the phone with him realizing it was a scam. They tried up sell other tickets and he sent me a email that stated I had to pay 1200 dollars more. I had to get a new card and block them on email and on my phone. Stay away.

  Stay away from these Scams artist, they are the worst, they sell you tickets in stand by and is not transparency in theirs business. They sold me a ticket that when I called to get info, they say the flights had not seat available, so I will have to pay over $900 dollars to actually flight. They refuse to refund me the money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

  DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS SITE. Its a complete bait and switch scam. They offer you a cheap airline ticket, but it is not confirmed, it does not come with any carry on, has absolutely no upgrade options, and no choosing seat. They only want to upsell you to an expensive upgrade. This is only a broker so you wont even get a ticket confirmation when you pay. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - IT IS FRAUDULENT SERVICES. DO NOT USE THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I do not know how they are allowed to continue to do business. I implore you to NOT USE THESE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS.
