Took a little longer than expected and it wasn't cheap, but they gave great communication with frequent updates on the status of the case. Everyone was always super friendly and helpful along the way. Best of all they got us out of our BG timeshare and we don't have to pay for that sham anymore! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to escape from any timeshare.

I liked how much they wanted to help with my case at hand. They were very thorough in explaining the process. I did not care for the hastiness in the payment of the lawyers fee after discussing the details of the case. It be nice if a possible client could have at least a day or so to think over what they are getting into. Especially when it comes to having to take a loan out to pay the lawyers fee. I had to make the decision basically on the spot after talking to the representative for **************** the night we talked about the case. While being offered and able to get the loan was very helpful, it seemed rushed to make the initial $500 down payment for the lawyer fee. There was no time to think it over. I do want to thank the firm for listening and wanting to help me out with my case.ACA Group

Your representatives explained things clearly and concisely. I feel that I am being represented by a team of professionals which will expedite my exit from my timeshare contract with a minimum of complications.While this process is just beginning, I feel confident that ACA will carry through promptly and will keep me informed about the progress of my case. The different group of people I spoke to were so helpful, they are extremely knowledgeable. The definitely have gave me some peace of find. They took their time gathering my information on my timeshare. It had been a stressful ordeal. Im thankful they are there for us.ACA Group
