We had an excellent experience with our interactions with the ACA Group. They were both professional and compassionate. When interviewing us, they did not read from a script but instead asked detailed and thoughtful questions. They spent a lot of time collecting pertinent details that could build a strong legal case to get out of our timeshare. I recommend them without reservation.

*** is not a scam. I was concerned and did a lot of research. Its a long process from start to finish. It took more than a year and a half but they did the heavy lifting and I just waited. In the end my timeshare company cancelled my contract. It was expensive but far less so than if I had to pay for years of ever increasing maintenance fees in perpetuity. Worth it.ACA Group

I am so glad I got in touch with the ACA GROUP to help us get out of our Timeshare. In all the years we had it we never used it. We decided we didnt want it any longer and also didnt want the burden left on any of our children. They took care of everything and let us know what was going on during the process. It was so good working with them. Would recommend them to anyone who wanted out of the programACA Group

The ACA Group explained all of the details with my first call to the office, explained in a way the common person could understand. I was kept posted on every event that occurred during the exit process, in fact the time line was quicker than I had anticipated. After giving payments to 2 different companies that professed to be able to rid me of my ******************, I finally received a call from ACA group. I was skeptical at first, but listened to **** ******** as he explained how *** operated. After talking it over with my husband we agreed to go ahead with ***. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION we ever made and they did everything they said they were going to to.Our legal contact assigned to us kept us informed every step of the way. They said it could take up to 18 months to resolve, but *** got us out of our timeshare in 6 MONTHS!!!!! They were fabulous, honest, knowledgeable and professional. We will recommend them to everyone that wants to get out of their timeshare. Thank you ACA **** *.ACA Group

So far I'm super impressed by how on the ball they are, first day and I've spoke with 3 people all of them explaining everything to me, super polite and making me feel like they've got my back on trying to rid myself of my timeshare. I pray everything from this moment on goes just as smooth, I'll revisit my review when all is behind us. I did my due diligence, I contacted the camber of commerce in *************** and they told me that they are nice people and there have been no issue at all with them. I also looked them up on BBB and the reviews there were very positive. Here's hoping for all good thingsACA Group
