    I made purchase first 2 weeks they were taking to long I wrote to them and ask the to send my tracking number and they never send when I asked them a couple of days ago I checked in their page of mirabelle and I found out it was deliver I checked the post office couldn't find it and I checked my cameras at the date and time and the package was never deliver at all no one shows up in camera at the date and time I want a them to send my items or give me my money back this ain't right what they doing

    The following email was sent at noon EST on March 19, 2024 - the same day as the post of this complaint.  Unfortunately, we do not have control of ***** and it appears as though someone may have picked up your packages after delivery, which is out also out of our control.     We are very sorry to hear you did not receive your images and the cameras confirm no packages were delivered.  Please forward any images or video clips of the deliveries from **** on those two dates for review for a refund.  If the packages are marked as delivered to the address on file, we honor to resend the packages or issue store credit for the items.  We do not provide refunds on these delivered items unless you can supply the images or videos so we can file the claim with ****.  
    I have attached the delivery confirmation with timestamps for each day.  Please review the images of the delivery driver and send us what you can to support the non-delivery claim.
    If you prefer to resend the packages or receive store credit, please advise and we can move forward with resolution immediately.
    We look forward to resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

    I placed a ****** + dollar order on Feb 11 2024. It is March 14 and I havent recieved any shipping confirmation email. I emailed on 3-5-24 and got a generic response saying they would notify me when it ships. I emailed again 3-9-24 and 3-11-24. I have not recieved a reply. I am feeling like Im being scammed. There is zero communication.

    I have been dealing with this company since early November. First they told me the tracking was cancelled and then I received a baby swimsuit in February. I asked them if I can send it back and finally end this awful situation. They sent me the tracking information and I got it in the mail right away and just as it was sent to me. The swimsuit was the size for a baby and my daughter wears a medium in little girls. I would just like my money back since this has been a 5 month long process to either get the correct item. I have filed a complaint with my bank as well.

    Hello ******,

    The item was rejected as a stain was found on the inside of the item. The returns team noticed the orange **** immediately, and determined the item was stained / damaged and not sellable. The image of the stain is attached, for support on why the item was initially rejected / declined to refund. Generally, the returns department will stop their inspection and reject items with stains not normally found on new / unused items.

    After further review, the size returned was not the size ordered and you should have been refunded for receiving the wrong size item. 

    We have refunded the order in full today 3.18.2024 back to your payment method on file.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund.  

    I apologize for the delays in receiving the item late, the item being the wrong size, and then being declined a refund due to a stain found on the inside of the item.  I will be reviewing this order's history and making the corrective actions to avoid this from happening again.  

    Please see the email sent today regarding this complaint and we apologize again for the experience.

    I bought my daughter a dress for her 1st daddy daughter dance I ordered a dress from this company I received the product she tried it on and it was way too small and I ordered up in size because I read some of the reviews about some of the other clothes. Anyhow I sent it back with original tags on it and I finally got a response back from them saying they would not return my item that it had been worn and it hadnt. I returned it 2 days after I received it. They will not return it back without me buying a shipping label and now they are disposing of it. I just want my money back they have the most horrible customer service.

    Hello,

    We are very sorry to see that the item returned was rejected, as areas were found that were considered dirty or stained.  We have attached images of the dress showing some stains or dirty areas on the back of the dress.  Other returned items in this style do not have these stains.  The item was also returned without the tag, which is also a reason for rejection, however the stains are the issue at hand.  Please find the images helpful in confirming the item was dirty when returned and inspected. 

    Regarding the timeframe the customer said she processed the return, she wrote she returned the item 2 days after you received it.  Records from **** show the delivery date of February 13th, 2024 one day before Valentine's **** and waited 8 days to return the item on February 21st, 2024, per the screenshot attached.  The statements about returning it 2 days after receiving the item is incorrect.  During those 8 days of possession, anyone could have caused the item to get dirty / stained without her being aware, which we understand, however we are unable to accept this return and can only respond with the information available to support the company's position.  

    We pay for the shipping label to return items to us in new / unused / sellable condition.  We do not pay to return the dirty / used items back out to customers.  We give customers to opportunity to have the dress returned to them if they provide a shipping label.  If we do not receive a response with a label within 10 business days from our rejection email, we consider the issue closed due to the customer not providing a shipping label and may dispose of the item or donate the item to charity.  For this customer, we will hold onto the dress if the customer wants to have it returned to her.  It would be required for the customer to send us a shipping label to send the item to her.  We do not pay to return dirty / used items to customers.

    We cannot issue a refund as the item was returned used / stained.  We cannot restock the item, therefore the return request remains rejected.  

    Please let us know if you will be sending a pre-paid shipping label to return the dress to you, or if you we should dispose of / donate the item to charity.

    TERRIBLE BUSINESS! I ordered 2 items from this business. They shipped (much) later than the confirmation email stated they would be. When they did arrive, one of the packages was torn, but the item looked fine to me so I wasn't worried about it. However, both items were GROSSLY missized. After trying the item on myself and my daughter for less than 30 seconds total, they were placed directly into a box and taped up. I filed a return request and was sent a shipping label. I mailed back the items and waited for them to be returned. I received an email stating they were not able to accept the return because "there was a spot on the sleeve and I didn't check the box stating the item was damaged." They gave me two options, to throw the item away or I can pay (again) to have it shipped back to me. The item was in pristine condition, there was nothing wrong with it. This is predatory, scummy, and all around unethical. Run far away from this scam site.

    Records indicate the order was placed January 18, **** and delivered on January 26, ****. Screenshots attached show the email confirmation on the date of order - showing ordered 1.18.**** and estimate of 1.26.**** for delivery.  Attached is ***** delivery / tracking page showing delivered on January 26, ****, as this item delivered on time, this was not delivered late.  The customer received their 2 items ordered on the day promised, not late.
    The customer tried on the items, and said she immediately packaged the items back for return.  The customer submitted the online return request on January 26, ****, the same day she received the package.  The package was not mailed with **** until February 5th, ****, per tracking with the return link below.  Based on the tracking link ******************************************************************************************************************************; the package was returned and provided to **** on February 5th, about 9 days after submitting the return request online. 
    The package was received, inspected, and one child size sweater passed inspection with zero issues found.  The child size item was refunded as requested.
    The second sweater, which has images attached, shows 3 spots on one sleeve that have a substance not found on our items, and not found on the approved item in the package.  The substance appears to be food or chocolate, but we cannot confirm the substance.  We are unable to accept returned items with food or substances on our items, as we require new / unused items returnable for resale.  If the item has any signs of wear or dirt not easily brushed off, the item is considered used, and not accepted as a return.  For full details on our return policy, please visit  ********************************************************************
    We accepted one item from this customer's return, however the second item was identified, as indicated in the images attached as dirty, and was rejected / not accepted.  We provide the customer the option to provide our company with a shipping label at their expense, to return the item to them, OR we can donate / dispose of the item, pending the condition we received it in.   
    The customer replied to their email stating that the item was not used, and demanded a refund.  Per the images attached, we are unable to offer the refund due to condition the item was returned.
    We replied on 2.15.**** with images showing the area of concern that caused the rejection, and we have not received feedback as of 2.19.****.  We allow ********************************************************** respond to open communication about the returned item, and extend the disposition date by 10 days upon each response regarding the rejected return item.  The customer may opt to send us a return shipping label at their expense to return the item to them, and we have provided them our return mailing address via email.
    For the record, her child size item was returned in the same package, and we refunded this item in full on February 9th, ****.  
    We challenge this review and the details provided as inaccurate or incomplete, as customer received the item within the timeframe quoted, received one refund for the child size returned item, and a rejection notice for one dirty item which was received into the returns facility with food or some substance on the sleeve.  
    We await the customer's final response, after providing her with the images uploaded to this complaint, as evidence the item arrived dirty / used, and we are unable to accept the dirty / returned item.   We have not received a response from the customer from our 2.15.**** email reply with the images.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This company is full of lies. They claim the item was not expected to ship until 1/26, however per the attached email I have it states the item was expected to ship 1/18. This is just one issue showing how scummy and deceitful this company is, they are directly lying about the expected ship by date. I wouldnt have returned a dirty sweater had I worn it. Once again these items were grossly missized and it wasnt even possible for me to wear this item. Again I state, they shipped the item in a bag- which was torn. Although I inspected the item upon arrival because of the torn bag, I didnt see any tears and therefore I didnt **** the item damaged. I believe any spots they claim to see were a result of their poor packaging upon shipping and the poor/cheap bagging they shipped it in. 
    I cant believe how uncooperative and deceitful this company has been.

    We respectfully request the BBB intervene and remove this false and slanderous post from this customer, who is falsely misquoting statements provided in this response, which the BBB can verify.

    The first two sentences on behalf of the company reads below,copied and pasted:

    The customer decided to read it her own way and change the information, as she falsely claimed we said it would not ship until 1.26.****.  She wrote,in an attempt to call out a lie, the below statements, which is a fabrication of what was actually written:

    This company is full of lies. They claim the item was not expected to ship until 1/26, however per the attached email I have it states the item was expected to ship 1/18. This is just one issue showing how scummy and deceitful this company is, they are directly lying about the expected ship by date.

    The customer has now posted obviously false, misleading, and slanderous statements about our company, which should not be tolerated or accepted on this platform. She completely misquoted what was written.  

    If customers return new / unused items, they get refunded for them, as she was refunded for one item. If the customer returns dirty items, the dirty item is rejected.

    The only feedback we need from this customer to resolve this complaint is if she wants to send us a shipping label to return the item to her, or if she prefers that we donate the item to a local charity. We sent new items to the customer and delivered as promised. She returned two items, one item was approved and refunded.   One item was returned as stained / dirty and was rejected.  

    The company is at no fault on this complaint.  Now we are being slandered, falsely accused of lies, and respectfully request this entire complaint from this customer be removed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I dont know how I fabricated an email from this business that literally states the item was to ship on 1/18. I attached the screenshot of said email to my last response. So I have evidence in that claim- it is not fabricated. 

    This has turned into a he said/she said situation. I know how I received the items (in torn bags) and I know how I returned the items (exactly as they were received). This company has become hostile, insulting, and unacceptable to work with. I dont care about the money for the refund at this point. I do request that this complaint stays on the site so that other customers can be made aware of this companies ethics. I have filed complaints with many other sites as well as stumbled upon full on groups that have issues with this company and created complaint groups solely for this one company. I even stumbled upon a group talking about starting a class action lawsuit against them. 
    I am obviously not the only customer they have slighted. I am solely stating my experience and hope that others can be informed before purchasing anything with them.

    This business has horrible customer service. I placed an order on December 21st, received an e mail stating my order would ship within 6 days and only recieved a partial order on January 9th. Its now February 6th, I havent heard anything from them & do not have the other part of my order.

    We apologize for the lack of communication regarding the item that was not received.  We investigated the issue and found that the shipment from the manufacturer containing the size that you are missing was seized by Customs for inspection.  The seizure was estimated to be resolved in 2 to 3 weeks from the date of seizure, and expected to receive those items in January.  

    We are very sorry for the issue as the items have not been received into our warehouse to date, and we are reaching out to other customers affected.  We show the item was refunded February 7th, **** for the missing item.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to land into your account.

    I have tried outreaching this company and have not heard back from them regarding my purchase.This order was purchased on 12/29/23 and was to be delivered within ***** days.     - Date of transaction - 12/15/23 - I am not sure the exact amount for the transaction but I would say a little over $100.- They assured me that I would receive my order within 2-3 business days.- I purchased a dress, shoes, and a hat for a family wedding. I was guaranteed 2-3 days shipment/delivery on December 15th when I ordered. I figured I was safe since the family wedding my daughter was to wear this to was December 28th. According to the website everything was in stock and good to go. Later that day I found out the dress I ordered was in fact not in stock so I had to choose another dress but was still guaranteed the same shipping/delivery date. By December 27th I had received the dress but no brooch/pin for the dress. I still had not received the hat and shoes. The company had let me know that the order hadn't even been fulfilled yet, 12 days after the order date. So I had a dress that was just partially there and the rest of my order was never sent. Now they are saying I am not getting a refund for the mistakes they made. They cancelled the shoes and hat before they were shipped and I was told to return the dress, which I did. They told me I would receive a full refund for this. When they received the dress, I got an email from the stating I would not be getting a refund because there was no brooch/pin (which was part of my issue because it was missing when delivered). They said I would not be getting a refund and I could send them a prepaid shipping label to get my dress back.

    Yes I placed two orders with this business. The order number I am discussing is ******, and it was placed on Dec4, 2023. It was delivered Dec11. On Dec18 I contacted the company and told them that one of lace shirts was missing from my order. They responded saying that I needed to contact DHL as if I had not received the package at all. I clearly indicated that I did not receive the entire order (one shirt was missing). They never responded. On January 5 I emailed customer service regarding my second order, and they responded and I then asked why has no one responded to my question regarding my other order because I had emailed them again on January 4. On January 7th they finally responded after I added other information such as: I never received the lace shirt for the 6 year old and I received same size belt was received for my 6 year old and 2.5 year old, which makes no sense. Clearly they cant use the same size belt and this was not indicated in the order. I have to say I am very disappointed in the lack of communication as I have asked about this previously (twice) and just the overall quality of the items, such as the same size belt for two totally different size kids, and then to have a shirt completely missing from one outfit. What can we do to remedy this? They responded Im so sorry to hear that everything wasnt perfect with your order! I responded yes but Ive been emailing you now for weeks and youve never responded to me. You never addressed the actual issue which was the poor quality.     We apologize for the delays in response during our busiest time of the year.  We reviewed your concerns with the outfit regarding the wrong size belt for the 2T and missing top for the 6Y.   I walked the warehouse and we are sold out of the size 2T, and do not have any more belts to send in that size.  I also verified that the size 6Y - all of our inventory is missing the top.  We are unable to satisfy replacing the items, and for this reason, we have issued a refund for the two sets in full today.

    I understand that you likely would prefer to have the sets replaced or the missing pieces resent, however we do not have them in our warehouse.

    The refund of $46.20 has been submitted today for the two items, and they do not need to be returned to us.  They may be disposed or donated as you deem fit.  

    We are very sorry that this has caused you and your family inconveniences and we have refunded those two items.

    Placed an order in early December. Item was late getting to me. I sent it back pretty soon after because it did not fit. I emailed to inquire about why refund has not been issued. I got a response saying return is being processed. Almost a month later, I still have no refund. Sent another email, but no response from company.

    We apologize for the delays in processing the returned item.  Records indicate that the returned package was received and processed for a refund. The refund has been submitted today 1/16/****, and the delay was due to higher than normal return volume due to the holidays.  

    We have increased the staffing in the ****************** moving forward to avoid this complaint from recurring on other returned packages, and we apologize for the approximate 3 week delay on processing your return.  Our goal is within 5 business days, which we did not meet.

    Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund, which has been processed January 16th, **** back to your payment method on the order.
