I ordered 8 dresses on Jan 15. It stated ***** days. It has been well over a month and I have received 4 of the eight dresses which are garbage quality. When I went to go return them after very specifically making sure all items I purchased would be returnable, I am met with this isnt returnable in their return portal. Upon asking why, I received emails stating to refresh my page as all items are returnable. When I stated that it still wasnt working they treated me like I dont know what Im doing. After a 4th email stating ** aware of what ** doing and it still isnt working I receive a reply stating that anything about ***** is not returnable. HOWEVER, their site where I purchased the items states very clearly nothing of the sort! I have screen shots and screen recordings of this. Their site shows a full return policy and says nothing about this there. In addition, they falsely advertise their items and what is sent is a terrible replica and not at all the item theyre advertising.Business Response

I sincerely apologize for the issue with the return policy - as you are correct in pointing out that there are 2 different policies for returns. We are working with the IT team to correct this issue. Regarding your order, we will honor full refunds for any and all dresses that are returned to us for your order 703***. I appreciate your screenshot as it clearly shows the line is missing from the return policy page that you see when clicking on it inside the return portal.
It appears the Return Policy link on the homepage was updated, however the Link to the return policy found in the Return Portal at ************************ and on the return portal link at the bottom of the homepage still shows the old return policy, which does not include the line about dresses marked $79.99 and up.
For any new return submissions, please complete the return request form in the return portal and select store credit to generate the return shipping label emailed to you.
***** Normally the dresses are not eligible for a refund in the portal. I understand you request a refund, which we cannot submit or complete before a return is received. If it is easier, you can print out this reply email and include it in the return packaging.
At this time, all items on the order have a tracking number assigned, and have shipped out from the overseas fulfillment center. We cannot stop or cancel or re-route these shipments, but we will accept them for a full refund, once returned.Best Regards,

We have submitted the refund for the canceled dress as we canceled the dress prior to shipment. I ordered clothes for my children over a month ago. I was charged 120 and recieved 1 of the 3 items. These were for Valentine's *** which their site said order now to arrive by Valentine's ***. So I did. Upon not receiving any confirmation on my order then they sent me a fake tracking that didn't recognize my email address. I demanded a refund explaining these items will not arrive and I no longer want them and I haven't recieved them to please refund me for the rest of the order. They said they can not do that. I bought 3 pairs of shoes for my baby and only received 1 pair. I checked out using Afterpay but when I went to my email I wasnt emailed a receipt only an online order # from Afterpay itself. I know that this is probably separate from the stores order #, but when I reached out to them they simply replied that they couldnt find it from the Afterpay #. When I explained that I did not receive a receipt and asked if there was another way to verify (over 1 week ago), I didnt receive a reply back. I was thinking that maybe it was just a delayed response time since Im sure they are very busy, but after reading similar complaints now Im worried. I loved the boots so Id like to keep my business with them I would just like the products that I paid for.Business Response

Ordered two dresses and a hair accessory for a formal event for my daughters. Spent over $200. Ordered in a timely manner with what I feel was fair time to deliver even in todays slow shipping economy (3+ weeks)When my order still had not shipped I contacted company. They did reply immediately but with no real answer or assistance. Finally I received a message that my order had partially shipped and I was hopeful. Unfortunately it was only the hair accessory, which wasnt even the correct one. In fact it was so far wrong it is what has prompted me to complain. They sent me a fuzzy pair of bunny ears! I assure you I did not order bunny ears for my daughters formal event. I contacted the company again requesting a refund. Once again they replied promptly with a link to the return portion of their site. However because my dresses are apparently stuck in limbo (no tracking/shipping number) I am not able to complete the return or cancel. Assuming this website is a scam and I will never see the dresses or my money again. So disappointed and embarrassed for my own stupidity. Dont be taken advantage of like me!Business Response

We have canceled the Gold Dress on the order as that does not have tracking assigned, and issued the refund for that dress today. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund for the Gold Dress. Regarding the Black dress, there is tracking assigned that we have emailed you, and since the tracking is assigned we cannot stop the shipment from being processed and shipped out to you. The return portal is ************************* and once you submit the return request (after delivery is completed), we will email you a return label.

I placed an order January 4th. It is still showing as order placed status over a week later. I reached out via email twice to get a status update on my item as it is for a specific event for my daughter. I have not received any correspondence back. After reading multiple reviews on here Im concerned it wont make it In time for her feb 10th event. We checked our fulfillment center and they indicated the order is shipping out today. The normal transit time to your location is about 3 weeks (from today), but may arrive earlier. Expect delivery the last week of January, and you can follow the tracking of the line haul shipment via the link that we have emailed you today. **** will receive the package from the line haul carrier and complete the final delivery to you. I placed an order for 2 dresses months ago, and I never received it. I finally got an email that it was being cancelled due to manufacturing issues. I never received a refund, the phone lines are cut off and no one is responding to my emails that they direct you to.Business Response

I attempted to return an item on Dec. 10th, their return website was down, so I emailed. Did not receive instructions on how to return until Dec. 12. I mailed the item back on Dec. 19th. I did not get confirmation that it was received until Dec. 26. I asked for a store credit, they said they would send the code to redeem the credit. It is now 1/4 and I still DO NOT have the code to redeem my store credit nor will they respond to any emails I've sent. One email had their phone number, I called it, but they aren't receiving calls, only responding to emails, but they do not do that within 24-48hrs. I have an email chain with them that began on Dec. 12, with the most recent one I sent requesting the store credit code AGAIN on 1/3. I also said that if they did not contact me in 24hrs I would be putting in a complaint with BBB.Business Response

It appears the email you listed here, the emails used to communicate with us, and on the original order are all different, as this is the third different email for you between the original order contact information, the emails exchanged with our **************** team, and this submission. Please check the email that was used for the original order for tracking updates and store credit / refund notifications. We have provided you with the store credit code via chat today 1/5/2023, and see that you have placed a new order already with the store credit. I placed an order with this organization on 11/6, it was a Christmas outfit for my daughter to wear for her program, I had thought I placed it in a timely manner, as it was almost 6 weeks. By the time the program came and no outfit, which I had to buy another one locally, I emailed the business to cancel the order so 12/15 is when my initial email went to advise to cancel this order, there was no need for it. It was an actual santa girls costume, so one Christmas was almost over and she wouldn't even be able to wear, it take 3-4 days for a response, which ok I can understand this but they do not even address what you list in the email, she says that it can come from an outside vendor and may take longer, well ok one you should tell people that most people are not expecting to wait 6 weeks or longer for an item but I wasn't asking for that I asked them to cancel the order, then I emailed again, to again advise to cancel the order, each time I get some generic response, never addressing what the email says, finally on 12/30 - 2weeks after my initial email it has been sent, more than enough time for them to cancel - so I email them again, and advise this is horrible customer service, they tell me I can mail it back, why on earth should I even have to mail it back, I gave you ample time to cancel the order, but they chose to send it anyway, why, most likely it is so I will not want to mail it back due to whatever the cost is and so I am out the money for an outfit she can't even wear now. I want my money back, and no I will not be ordering anything from this company AGAIN! I had placed another order around Halloween and again ordered it well in advance luckily I got it in time. I thought I might have the same luck but nope, still do not have the item. Take note folks, the shipping is horrible, customer service *****.Business Response

I looked into the order with the Santa outfit and confirmed your request to cancel and receive a refund on 12/14/2022. The item was issued a tracking number in the middle of December, however the shipment did not get sent out until 12/30/2022, well after the expected shipping or delivery date. The order should have been canceled at that time, however the tracking number indicated the order may ship out within a few days (from 12/14/2022). We confirm the outfit did not ship until 12/30/2022, and we are very sorry we did not cancel the order at that time.
We have refunded you today for the item and shipping fee, and issued you a return shipping label via email to return the item upon receipt.
We do apologize for this issue and hope that we can work with you on a future order.
