My order was partially sent. The rest I never received. I looked it up on my order on the site and it shows it was delivered.It was not. I tried to email and it the email bounced back to me stating that the email is currently down because they are working on it. They do not list a phone number on the site. I looked up a phone number online called it and got a voicemail that says that is also down but due to the pandemic. What pandemic?! It is 5/19/24. Horrible company!!!

May we ask if you contacted the company that delivered the package for additional information, as we show **** completed the two deliveries?
Records indicate the two shipments were delivered by **** on May 6th and May 18th, 2024.

Never received ordered item nor responded to my email. Item was to be shipped April 27, but is still saying in production. Was ordered March 13,2024! It is now May 6, 2024!Mia Belle Girls

Dear ****,
We apologize for the delays experienced and confirm the order was canceled the day after the review was posted. The Vest and Dress Set was sold and advertised as Pre-order Now - Ships at a later date. The item was sold as not available to ship until we receive the item from the manufacturer to our warehouse, which would then ship out - quoted as Late April. The manufacturer had to restart production and caused the item to be delayed longer than expected, pushing the arrival to us beyond the expected arrival date into May.
Based on the feedback received, the order was canceled on May 7th, 2024 and refunded the payment method in full. We are sorry we could not fulfill the order in time for your needs, and hope you consider us again for your clothing needs.

I ordered a dress on 03/01/2024, it was supposed to be shipped on 04/01/2024, for 12 days it did not move in the postal system, I kept sending emails but only got generic responses, on the 13 day I finally got an email responding to the problem, basically the dress was supposed to be ****** but it was not available so I got no response from my email on the ******, the I was supposed to be issued a refund, I was very disappointed in the customer service, it is apparent they dont respond with email just are generic, so they are not responded with correct answers that are truthful, I would not recommend them due to the poor customer serviceMia Belle Girls

We apologize for the issue as the item was shipped out but was lost in transit during the line haul portion. When we attempted to replace the item, we were informed the item was not available to send out. We then issued a refund in full back to the payment method on file.
The communications emailed to you were up to date and detailed as much as we could on each email regarding tracking and processing the replacement request. Unfortunately, the inventory was sold out and we could not supply you with a replacement shipment. For that reason, the refund was issued in full. The order was submitted for replacement on April 15th, and once we were informed the item was not available, on April 18th the order was canceled and refunded in full.
We are very sorry this order did not deliver and would love to work with you on a future order if you given the chance. We hope to hear back from you in order to supply you with the latest styles on your next clothing needs!

5 starsSo far I have had the best quality clothes, they look exactly as pictured and everyone tells me my daughter looks like a doll from wearing their styles. They are affordable, and such a beautiful brand with a unique mission behind them. They have impressed me so much and its worth every ***** spent. I never leave negative reviews but with this situation I must. My daughter had a father daughter dance to go to. I ordered a dress, shoes and ****** Original order date was March 9th, I received the shoes first, then the dress, and never received the ****** They canceled the ***** and refunded me for it. I received the shoes and dress after the dance, therefore I had to purchase another dress that would arrive before the dance. I initiated a return but did not submit it, due to the site telling me that I would receive in store credit. I simply wanted a refund. Their item was shipped late, arrived late, was never worn, the shoes never even taken out of shipping package, and yet I still can't get my money back. After a few emails back and forth, this is where I'm at. I will be sending these items back and hopefully receive my in store credit that was mentioned. I will get something in it's place for my daughter, and will not be ordering from this company in the future. Their items are very cute, and I hate that my daughter didn't get to wear this beautiful dress, however the shipping and returns caused me to write this negative review.Mia Belle Girls

We apologize the dress arrived after the father daughter dance had passed, as records indicate the dress was ordered on March 9th, with a shipping estimate of 18 to 21 business days to deliver. The estimated arrival date at the time of order would have been April 8th, 2024 and the item delivered April 2nd, 2024 according to tracking details. The returned items have been received, and the shoes have been refunded, the crown refunded due to not being shipped, and for the dress - store credit has been issued via email on April 18th, 2024.
For customers seeking items that are needed prior to 21 business days, we recommend searching the site for Ships Next Day items listed on this link below, as these are stored in our Florida fulfillment center. ********************************************************************************************
