1 starI am a 74 year old woman with PTSD who was overcharged $12,000 for AC Ductwork replacement by this snake of a company. They hire very nice, clean cut technicians that old ladies will feel comfortable with. But theyre micromanaged to the hilt by project managers. They use the technicians to use high tech devices to get auto signatures and high pressure sales techniques from the project manager on the phone and say they will take care of you like they would take care of their own mother. My under 1100 sq. ft. home should have cost $1,500. They charged me $13,414. I cant eat or sleep now. I dont know how this isnt criminal. It is certainly evil.Review frompeter d

A technician was sent to inspect my a/c unit. He informed me that the capacitor on the motor was bad but he happened to have a replacement in his truck and would install it for four hundred dollars. I declined as I was suspicious. Strangely and beyond coincidence, the a/c stopped working a few hours after he left. This unit does not use a capacitor anywhere. It stopped working because he failed to properly close the ******** far as I'm concerned that was sabotage because I failed to fall for his obvious scam. I strongly recommend you avoid these low life's at all costs.

I get doctor’s checkups each year, i do car tune ups. but it never entered my mind to do a tuneup on an item that we use daily, and when it breaks it’s uncomfortable to be without!
While the technician did the tuneup he showed me how my unit was over working, that means bad news for my electric bill, not only that, but anything that’s over worked dies in less time.
I am so glad I had this tune up done, I had noticed the air ran all the time, but who wants to pay over $400 to find out?
I paid $49 and now I have piece of mind, and my technician was super helpful taking time to explain to me, so I understood the problem.

****** was my tech today. He did such an awesome job at keeping me informed about everything he was doing. He was super friendly and helpful. He changed out my filters and did all my six month maintenance in no time at all. I would highly recommend ****** to anybody looking to have their maintenance done on their units.
