Friendly and professional. Explained all the issues and the solutions in a manner that I could understand with pictures and all. A really important part of the visit was that they cleaned up after themselves.

****** was our plumbing technician today. He called a half hour before arriving to verify the problem. When he arrived, he was professional and courteous. He listened to my issues and quickly fixed the problem. He cleaned up the work area after he was complete. I would 100% use Lickety Split again.Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric

1 starStay Away from this company!!! Had them come out to perform a ***** A/C tune up that turned into an experience i will never be able to forget. My unit is old (2007) but it still blows as hard as the arctic circle is cold. Inspectors went into my attic to inspect my duct work which they told me was to small for the size of the units and house. They also said they saw mold and bacteria all over my unit which i did see inside but the attic was covered with it and it needed to be replaced immediately because it was a health hazard and it would be considered an emergency so they can start the work the same day. I was quoted by the supervisor to replace my entire duct work system ranged from 15-18000 not even including (2) new A/C units. I had a few other companies come out and do the same inspection Lickety did but for free and they told me my duct work is the correct size for my house. I was told "if you replace your duct work something is wrong with me", as he encouraged us to not take his word get more opinions. Everyone concluded the same thing. Keep your money in your pocket and out of theirs. I understand people have different experiences but mine was horrible. Last thing I paid for services before they completed the job, NEVER AGAIN!!!!Review fromSusan G

This company is terrible. PREPAID for a $79 main line cleaning and the company did everything but that. A technician and field supervisor showed up to my house. They scoped, not cleaned, the main line and advised of bellies in the line which is preventing water from draining properly. I saw the footage and this was accurate. They also got onto the roof and scoped the vent stack despite my invoice specifically saying "no roof access". No big deal though. After taking a peek into my crawl space (not climbing all the way in with a leveler or anything like that), they gave me an astronomical quote to rectify the main line. When I asked if they would provide a written quote, they said they like to provide it "face to face". That's because they even know their quotes are a joke but they will surely get someone to pay it even now and then. When they left my home, within an hour my wife was washing dishes and the water would not drain. I am not saying it was malicious but my vent stack worked before they came and now it doesn't, potentially because of flaked off cast iron but nevertheless, the scope caused this. Upon calling back, they wanted $823 to hydro jet my vent stack for something they caused!!! They refused to make something right that was wrong. I did not accuse them of causing the clog, it simply happened but the difference is that most companies if not all, would simply ****** it and leave it as they found it. The "supervisor" ***** *. was beyond unprofessional and basically accused me of trying to scam them into a free service and insulting my knowledge of the situation. I ended up paying $300+ because it was 7:45pm and what choice did I really have - my sink wouldn't drain at all. All in all, please stay FAR AWAY from this company. They are scammers and their prices reflect it. You simply cannot do the things they do without knowing they are scam tactics. We got you booked for this Job on 4.11 and we ran the job on 4.14, We didn't have clean-out access to get the problem through a clean-out and had to use vent option. again before the work is done we let you know the price and we can be turned down. however the above was approved by you before work was complete.Wade W

False. There was access and there wasnt a problem until you caused a problem, even if unintentional. And your upsell of hydrojetting is appalling. It couldve been fixed otherwise and you know it. Hope the $400 was worth it because I will continue telling everyone I know to never use your company. Im not the first and unfortunately probably not the last to fall for the fancy mailer. Overall great experience, service technicians were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They did have to come back out, but they expedited that visit bringing a technician out on a Saturday night to fix an issue with the new system. They were extremely apologetic and explained the issue in depth. Since then no issues and they are returning to do a duct cleaning. This was a very fast and emergency procedure due to an unsafe and unhealthy air condition. So within 48 hours of the initial inspection I had a complete new system installed, and they even moved the outside unit at my wifes request to reduce noise inside our kitchen. So as long as no issues arise we are happy.Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric
